SENTRY PRO XFC chemical posioning

I used the product according to the directions on the box, my papillion has been needlessly suffering. Shortly after applying the product, she started scratching. Later in the evening, she started twitching, and could not sit still. I washed the poison off, with no relief. She is a laid back dog who could not rest let alone sleep the entire night. My husband had to hold and pet her to soothe her, or she would cry as if she were in pain. This dog has never cried like this not even the first night she came into our home. How pathetic, to watch a beloved pet suffer when by looking at the web sites this has been going on for years. I would never have given this poison to my dog if I knew this could happen to her. Get this off the market so other pet don't have to suffer. I gave her an antihistamine, she is still not her self.Stop this company from poisoning other dogs.

I recently went to PetSmart and needed a flea and tick medication for my puggle because now that the weather is getting nicer, I needed to protect her. I usually use Frontline, but was told by a PetSmart rep. that this product is just as good. Was I in for a surprise. My poor dog started rubbing her back, crying, breathing heavy, drooling, and foaming from...

SENTRY PRO XFC Pet Smart wants to kill our dogs

For any information regarding this post (to see if I embrace Honesty go to www.operationopenarms.org) The complaint below was COPIED AND PASTED from another pet owner because it is EXACTLY what happen to my dog. Same exact breed and 9LBS. I almost lost my dog from using this product. PET SMART is irresponsible to be selling it. Had I lost my dog, it is pure speculation if I would have had a USMC flashback upon returning to PET SMART. This is a very dangerous product that should be removed from all pet stores, retailers, and Vets immediately. Again, I copied/pasted the below because it described my experience with Sentry Pro XFC precisely. Check me as well. Google "Captain GiddyUp"

I PUT SENTRY PRO XFC ON MY ### ZU 11 AM AND 15 MINUTES LATER MY PUP WOKE ME UP AND WOULD NOT STOP WALKING ON ME UNTIL I PHYSICALLY GOT UP TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG., WAS FOR 2 DAYS MY DOG NOT SLEEP AND SHAMPOO 2 HR LATER AND GAVE THEM HALF OF A BENADRIL PILL THE FIRST DAY AND 1 THE SECOND DAY I BELIEVE IS A SEVERE SIDE EFFECT SO I TOOK THEM STRAIGHT TO THE VET AS A PRECAUTION, THE VET SAID THAT IF I HAD NOT WASHED THE POISON OFF OF THE DOGS IT PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN FATAL ANMD I FELT REALLY FRUSTRATED THAT THIS TYPE OF MEDICATION PRODUCTS ARE SOLD

Do not give this to your dog. I gave it to my 20-pound Lhasa Apso. Within a few hours of giving it to him, he became restless and pacing. Then he began scratching incessantly. He wouldn't let me go to sleep at night, clawing at the bed like there was a fire in the house. He was extremely agitated, apparently in pain/misery. He starting getting nervous twitches and couldn't stop pacing. I gave him a Benadryl, then a bath in Dawn detergent. It was 12 hours after dosing that he began to act normal again. He still isn't 100% back to normal, after16 hours.

SENTRY PRO XFC bad reaction to flea and tick product

Within an hour of applying Sentry Pro XFC to both our Golden Retriever and Black Lab/Border Collie mix (both 6 years old), they suffered a severe reaction to this product. They both were in agony, could not sit still for more than a few seconds and were scratching themselves until their skin was raw. After looking at the application site, it had clearly burned their skin. I immediately gave both dogs Benedryl, but the reaction to this product has lasted 2 weeks already. They are definitely not themselves - their energy level has diminished and they don't eat as well as they did before they received the Sentry Pro XFC. Although we bathed them as soon as we realized what was happening, it is obvious that this product is extremely toxic and should be taken off the market.

I encourage anyone who is considering using this product to consult with their vet before doing so - there are many other safe products on the market that are safe for our pets.

SENTRY PRO XFC Nervous System reaction

I applied Sergeant's Senrty Pro XFC to my 1 1/2 yr old boxer. Since I have used several spot-on flea controls before, I knew not to apply it too far down his spine as he is extremely flexible and can lick parts of his back. I was very careful not to put it on an area that his tongue could reach. I applied the product at 6:00pm. At 7:00pm, the dog was fine. We had a gathering to attend, so I placed him in his kennel. Upon returning home at around 11:00pm, I let the dog out to potty. I noticed he was salivating...A LOT! He ate, drank, went to potty again, then we headed to bed at about 11:45pm. He would not lie still, was up every two minutes trying to get comfortable and slubbering all over the bed. So, I got up and refered to the package. Of course there were no warnings listing possible reactions, just a number to call if your dog displayed signs of a reaction...yet no detail of what signs to look for. So, I called the number. The lady told me to give him some treats. She suspected that he somehow got some in his mouth. I told her he had already eaten and I would try the treats, but I seriously doubted he got any in his mouth, because of my careful placement of the product. I asked he what else I should look for. She said if he did not stop salivating, bathe him in dawn dish soap. If he started shaking, contact a vet immediately. So...I tried the treats. No help. At 2:30am, I gave my dog a bath in dawn dish soap. When he was donewith the bath, I put him in the kennel to dry. About 15minutes later, he started whining a very pitiful sounding whine. So, I opened up the kennel door. He walked out and could barely stand, shaking all over. No muscle control at all. At this point it is almost 3:30am. Can't reach my vet. Called the emergency animal hospital, which is about 45 minutes from me and in a bad section of town. They said to bring him in immediately. I couldn't because I have two small children and was not about to take them into that part of town with just me (a female) and a sick dog. So, I proceeded to call every vet in the phonebook until I got a live person. The vet I finally reached said to give him 25mg of benadryl and iif it didn't work by daylight, get him to the animal hospital before the reaction did major damage. I gave him the benadryl, and he was fine by 6:00am. THANK GOD! I called Sergeants back. They were apologetic, yet condescending...acting like it was my fault for taking a risk on their product. I called PetSmart(where I bought the product) and lodged a complaint. I called the FDA and lodged a complaint. Now, I am listing complaints and telling my story anywhere I can on the web.

My mom took her 12 year old toy fox terrier dog to Banfield Pet hospital for care. She noticed a few fleas on him so she went to Banfield to get his flea medicine and they vet's office was out. They told her to go buy Sentry Pro XFC in Petsmart. She bought the product, applied as directed and within a few hours the dog was throwing up violently and could not walk. She spent $4k on a 2 day intensive care emergency vet stay where he was in full ketoacidosis with a blood sugar level of over 700. The emergency vet gave him iv insulin and fluids and he showed signs of improvement so they sent him home two days later. He came home yesterday and was quiet but still seemed disoriented. Then, a few hours after coming home, he started vomiting again and suffered 3 horrific seizures. He was rushed back to the emergency vet where he went into cardiac arrest and died. His blood sugar levesl were off the charts. He was a diabetic dog on insulin but has been stable for quite some time. We believe he died from poisoning related to Sentry Pro XFC. Nothing can bring your beloved dog back so please don't use this product. It's hard to fathom that the FDA allows them to sell this toxic product.

It's June 17th, 2014. I applied the Sentry Pro XFT to my 3 year old healthy Lab. Almost immediately after he began acting as if he was being beaten by some invisible force. My story is much the same as all the above. Bathed him twice with Dawn dish soap to get it off and gave Benadryl. His symptoms have neither improved nor worsened. He almost immediately lost the hair on his tail. He twitched, jerked all night while I laid in bed holding him. From all I've read and seeing the dates of how old these complaints are, I'm shocked to discover it's still on the shelves. I bought mine at PetsSmart...you know, the company that cares about our pets? He's going to the vet today and we'll go from there but from what I've read, other than documentation, there's not a lot the vet can do for him other than what I've already done. I hope he survives this. I am ready and willing to jump on board to do whatever it takes to get this product taken off the shelves.

I applied Sentry Pro XFO to my 88 lb. Border Collie (61 lb- >) last night around 11 p.m. He was up the entire night pacing, and running up and down the stairs. When he would lay down, it would be for maybe a ten minute period in which he would excessively lick or bite at himself or lick is blankets until they were soaked. He also was panting more than usual. Then, around 4:00 a.m. he began coughing and hacking. I realized this had to be a reaction to the flea treatment. I gave him 50 mg. of Benedryl and washed him off with Dawn dish washing liquid. It is now going on 8:00 a.m. He has finally calmed down to the point at which he is resting at the end of the sofa at my feet. His breathing is still heavy, but not nearly as bad as what it was just hours ago. Hopefully, we are out of the woods. He's a very special dog, not only to me, but to all the people he visits on the Alzheimer's unit and hospice patients, he's a therapy dog. He'd be missed by many if anything would ever happen to him.

Applied this to my dog about 6 months ago, no problems. We reapplied it tonight and about 30 minutes to an hour he jumped up and tried to run out of the room but started falling over. He made it into his kennel and started having tremors and seizing. He was removed from his kennel and continued to seize and his body was rigid and mouth clinched shut. He kept trying to get up but could not move and couldn't really walk and was falling over. Washed product off and he started to immediately show signs of relief. He eventually vomited and now is laying calmly on the floor. This was the Sentry Pro XFT 60 LBS or more. It basically was all the same symptoms that everyone else has had.

I went through the samethings except the vomiting. How can we as pet owners get this crap off the shelves? I cannot believe this is being sold in stores when it is cruel. My corgi has not been enjoying her life as of 3 days ago, major panting, she cannot sit still for more than a second and scratching like crazy on he treated area. I have bathed her 4 times with Dawn dishsoap and still when she scratches you can see the oil come up from the product. I wish we can all sign a petition to make this product illegal to sell.

HOW IS THIS PRODUCT STILL AVAILIABLE! THIS IS CRAZY! I WISH I WOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE APPLYING THIS TO MY POOR DOG! SHE WOKE UP THE NEXT MORNING WHIMPERING, CRYING AND SHAKING, I GAVE HER A FEW BATHS IN DAWN DISH SOAP AND RUSHED HER TO THE VET. THIS PRODUCT IS 45% A PESTACIDE! IT CAN INJURE OR KILL YOUR DOG. IM FURIOUS THAT THIS IS ALLOWED ON THE MARKET AND NOT REGULATED.. IT HAS BEEN TWO DAYS AND SHE IS STILL SHAKING A BIT! NO ONE USE THIS ON YOUR DOG! PLEASE!

We were referred to the Sentry Pro XFC Flea and Tick Control by a Petsmart employee who stated that it was the same as Frontline, but cost much less. We had never used the product previously but since we were in the process of a move, money was a bit tight and we decided to give it a try. Last night (8/18/2010) we applied the product according to the package directions, applying it between the shoulder blades of our 3 year old Italian Greyhound, Louie. We made sure to place it where he would not be able to lick it off. We didn't notice anything wrong as the evening progressed and went about the business of getting ready for bed. There was a noise from the bedroom where Louie was and we rushed to see what was going on. Louie was laying on the ground, shaking and twitching panting and throwing up excessively. He was not able to get up at all or walk. He appeared to be having some sort of seizure and was unable to use his back end or his legs. We scooped him up and rushed him to Tampa Bay Emergency Clinic in Largo at approximately 12:30 AM this morning (8/18/2010). We took the box of the Sentry Flea medication with us to give to the veterinarian on duty, Dr. Kathryn Bennett. They took Louie to the back to assess him, along with the box of Sentry flea and tick medication. When she came back to speak with us she was trying to contact the 800 number on the box as it appeared that Louie has suffered an extremely adverse reaction to the Sentry flea medication. She further went on to say that they were bathing him with Dawn dishwashing liquid and washing his mouth out with soap and applying Vitamin E oil to his skin where the application had been. After about an hour he was released with instructions to go give him Pepcid for his upset stomach and to follow up with our own veterinarian today. We almost lost our precious Louie due to using a product that is touted as being safe. Petsmart should not be selling this Sentry product and should furthmore instruct their employees not to misrepresent the product by telling customers that it is the same thing as Frontline. From what I have found out from my daughter today, this product is NOT just like Frontline. This Sentry product is a broad spectrum insecticide and can kill even mammals, while the Frontline type products are narrow spectrum insecticides and kill only insects. This product should be taken off the market before it makes more animals sick and ends up killing one (actually, deaths may have already occured, but I do not know that for sure).

We applied this product on our 3 year old Lab Shepherd mix- I was gone for a few hours. When I came home my husband informed me that she was acting nervous and could not sit still. We washed her. She calmed down for awhile and then the 2nd day she was acting the same way - I called the company- they said to apply vitamin e oil- well at 11:30 at night we did not have any, my husband laid down beside her and kept rubbing and talking to her. She finally setteled early this morning and I called our vet - he said to use benedryl - we did and they also said to bathe her everyday until the symptoms are gone. She is resting but still panting! Wow - I even asked Pet Smart about this product and they said, " They did not have any complaints".

SENTRY PRO XFC Chemical Poisoning

My two dogs also fell victim to this product. Obviously all online posts and complaints have not gotten this product off the shelves. The EPA did put this product under severe scrutiny in April, 2009.
Come on plaintiff attorneys, where is the class action lawsuit for this product?

I applied Seargent's Sentry Pro XFC topical flea medication onto my dog last night. He is a two year old Siberian Husky and has never had a medical problem before this. He immediately began to act strange and after a couple of hours, he was trembling all over and could no longer stand up. I washed the medication from his back, but the damage was already done! I called the emergency vet (it was12:30 am) and too him in. They told my that the medicine had poisoned my dog and he had to be re-bathed and put on an IV to distribute de-toxification medicine and muscle relaxers. He is doing better now and is currently under observation at my regular vet. So far my bill is $443. I am in the process of trying to be reimbursed for my medical expenses through Sergeant's, but this should have never happened. I purchased this product at Petsmart and mistakenly believed that it would be safe. Please stay away from this and all Sergeant's products so that your pet does not need to needlessly suffer as mine did!

This product should be taken off the shelves immediately! Its just insane that people are still selling this product! does anyone care about the innocent dogs being poisoned?! not to mention this poison is going down our drains back into our earth! My dog is now having muscle spasms and looks intoxicated, he doesn't hear me or see strait. After all these other similar symptoms people are posting why hasn't this product been banned yet, what the hell is wrong with these people! If my dog doesn't get better there will be hell to pay sentry!

Gave SentryPro XFC to our two puggles, Fletcher & Walter. About an hour later I found Walter foaming from the mouth. Called the # on the box, the lady was nice, but that doesn't make up for the fact that now I'm up monitoring both of my dogs as they continually throw up, itch uncontrollably and moan/cry.

Not only will I never buy SentryPro XFC, but I'm going to do everything I can to get this product banned.

I recently purchased Sentry Pro XFC from Pet Co. I normally use Advantage, and thought I'd save money and try Sentry Pro XFC instead. What a mistake! 2 days after using this product my mixed terrier developed a horrible burn on her skin about 2"inches in diameter! I was in shock and immediately rinsed the area on her back, and put neo-sporin on her. I felt like how could a product like this be on the market? I immediately called Sentry at the number listed on the box and the spokeswoman just calmly (or routinely) said to wash my dog with a mild soap like"Dawn" dish soap and put vitamin E oil on her. ? I ended up having to give my dog antibiotics so she would not get an infection, and it's been 3 weeks, and she is still healing. Whoever reads this, I sure hope it helps you. Don't use this product ever!

I have been using Sentry flea control products on my 40 lb. Corgi for some time and have had excellent results! As a competent and responsible pet owner I did research on many flea control products. I researched the active ingredient in Sentry, permethrin, and concluded it to be a SAFE and EFFECTIVE flea control product. It is also inexpensive compared to other remedies (Frontline and Advantage, which both work EXCEPTIONALLY well but are incredibly expensive!) I care for my dog more than I do a child. She is EXTREMELY sensitive to flea bites and breaks out terribly when bitten. She is also sensitive to harsh flea dips and shampoos. Permethrin is a safe and WIDELY available pesticide. That being said, it is VERY toxic to CATS and FISH. To sum up: READ THE PACKAGE PEOPLE! Do some research! Weigh the pros and cons (this applies to using ANY product on your beloved pets) As reported, less than 1% of animals have had a reaction to Sentry (permethrin) and I am willing to bet that percentage would be less if people read the directions and used the product as specifically directed! Don't let companion dogs lick it off each other! Don't use a dose meant for a 20 lb dog on an 8 lb ankle biter! NO PRODUCT IS SAFE FOR EVERY ANIMAL! But is the 1% worth the risk as opposed to my dog being completely miserable infested with fleas? My happy dog and myself think so!

I blame myself for not researching this product before putting it on my shih tzu Benji. Immediately, he started twitching, panting, whimpering and scratching the infected area. At first, I thought it might be the medication he was taking for his ear infection but he had no problems before. It was right after I put the Sentry Pro XFC on him that he starting acting weird. A visit to the vet cleared all suspicions that it was in fact the over the counter flea control that was the true culprit. I called the medical hotline number I found on this thread and they instructed me to bath him in palmolive dishwashing soap and rub vitamin E on the area. It better work or all hell will break loose! Okay well, I just want my dog to feel better and let the company know that using their product result to this mess! After reading other pet owner experiences with the product, I am furious that this product is still available for purchase in stores. We all need to speak up and complain about this bad product. Our dogs health is on the line!

I also did an internet search for this product an hour too late. I have now given my dogs two baths and a Benedryl each. They are suffering from itchy chemical burns from this product and are clearly uncomfortable. I have left a terrible review of the product on PetCo (where I bought this product). I will tell everyone I know that has dogs, thinks about dogs, has seen a dog, etc about how absolutely horrible this product is. I also will be writing to my US senators to see if they can help do something about regulating this industry since these companies clearly need some guidance.

i agree with all these complaints, I bought this stuff on 3-18-13 because I had no money for frontline, and i had found fleas on my 4 year old maltese a couple days before.my poor dog within a couple hours was hyper, panting, itching, her skin turned red, and she started twitching.I gave her 3 baths, was up all night with her and brought her to the vet, the next day.four days later she is still twitching.this product is dangerous.i will bad mouth this product every chance i get, and i will never use a sergeant product again.karen l.

I have a 47 lb 6 month old pit bull and I like most of you used this product for the first time and will NEVER use it again... My baby is soooo sick right now. I applied the med one afternoon and the next day he had thrown up his food, was shaking, started dry heving, and looks so sad. I like most of you called the hotline and she didnt even tell me to wash the stuff off. They just said it "could possibly be a reaction" if symptoms presist to contact our vet." I went ahead and gave him a good bath and used some dawn to wash where the meds was applied. He is now laying in his bed but has still dry heaved a couple of times. My heart hurts to know that when I was only trying to help him by keeping him protected from fleas/ticks that I have caused him an even worse fate. Im not sure what action can be taking against the company but I will still voice my opinion on this product... NEVER would I use this product again or recommend this product to anyone...

I bought Sentry Pro Flea squeeze on application for my 3yr old beagle mix, 42lbs. After I applied the medication to her she acted fine she was still scratching, but i didn't really think of anything more than just the fleas. About 4 hours afterwards she started running around acting like she was freaked out and she started shaking her head back and forth like she had something in her ears and foaming at the mouth. After the seizure she acted normal again. I ended up giving her a total of 4 good bath's with dawn dish soap. About every hour she had a seizure and started to become not herself. I called the emergency hotline on the box, and i spoke to a lady who told me to 3 things and she would be fine: give her 1/2 tuna juice with 1/2 water, rub vit.E oil where i applied the medicine and of course scrub her real good with dawn soap. The customer serivce rep never told me once to contact the vet. if this continued or that this can become fatal. She Also told me that she was not having seizures and that symptom is very rare to have. I gave her a bath and out the vit. E oil and the tuna juice/water. After doing the Tuna water her seizures started every 15minutes which before was happening every 1hour. And i truly believe that the tuna made it worse. In the morning i took her to the vet because the seizures seemed to get worse and longer. The vet told me that all OTC medicine contains a pesticide in it that is toxic to dogs whether they ingest it or it is absorbed into their skin. She was put in IV fluids for 2days, having valium every 4 hours to calm her, and atropine and a tranquilzer to relax her neuro system. After 2 days of IV fluids and medicine and not to mention a vet bill. I do not recommend this product to anyone or to anyone who is using this product to please stop. If you’re dog even scratches this product and then licks his feet or is just has sensitive skin. DO NOT USE. This is very toxic to dogs and is not listed on the box of what all this can do to your pet. Sergeants Brand will be hearing from me and i do plan on having them pay my vet bill. If anyone has suggestions or advice about how to go about this please e-mail me. katz76209@yahoo.com

I applied the bewitched poison to my dear Silky Terrier tonight and within forty-five minutes, I took her to bed with me. She normally crawls in bed and falls fast asleep at my feet, but tonight she would lie down for two seconds, sigh and roll over or switch position. She continued trying to get comfortable for at least fifteen minutes before I took her to the kitchen for water, and so I could read the label on the box of Sentry. The box said nothing whatsoever of any side effects or symptoms she may get from the product so I got online to check it out. Now here I find out all of these pups have been getting seizures from this stuff.

Last spring, my Daisy had seizures. Right around the time I first applied the stuff. It never crossed my mind, or the vet's that it could have been that. I never even thought about it. The vet was convinced that she got into some behavioral pills, but now I KNOW that this stuff is what caused it.
She had terrible seizures and was very stressed. The slightest stressor caused her to have tremors. My vet said she would need to be sent to an animal hospital, but that wasn't in my funds. He offered however, to take her to his home to watch over her. He's a godsend. He took her home with him and administered shots and she recovered.

I understand that Sentry-Pro cares about the people's side effects, they were clearly labeled on the box. But they left out the fatal and costly side-effects my companion suffered.

Companies never fail to warn those of us with the power to sue. Because of them my normally calm girl is pacing in circles around the house.

My Chihuahua was given Sentry XFC after his bath and before bedtime, when I woke, he was standing by my bed unable to control his hind quarters and was jerking his hind legs violently. His jerking was so violent that when I would place food in front of him, he would try to eat but could not hold himself still enough to put his face into his bowl. He would lay his body atop his legs so he could rest from time to time and keep his legs somewhat still. I had to hold both hind legs firmly on the ground every time he ate for about 3 full days. I was treating him with benedryl and anti inflammatory meds and they had no effect other than maybe calming him slightly. It has been 3 weeks now and my chihuahua is doing much better, no twitching, but seems to still have a slight weakness in his hind legs. Hopefully this will improve and wont end up being a permanent disability for him. From what I'm reading here, I'm beginning to think I am VERY lucky to have my little guy still alive. WHY is this stuff on the market, I'm reading complaint after complaint of suffering pets and guilt ridden owners.

I usually give my dog Frontline but stupidly bought this crap at Petco thinking it would work the same. About 30 minutes after giving this to my 9 lb shi tzu/yorkie mix he started acting crazy. He is always calm and ready for bedtime especially after a long day of playing which he had. He couldn't get comfortable on the bed and started frantically moving around. I turned on the light and noticed his eyes were crazy dialated. My boyfriend and I immediately bathed him thinking the medicine was bugging him. Then we read the label and it said all this stuff about if you get it on your skin to wash for 20 minutes and how its toxic to humans and cats. This scared me because if its so harmful to humans how can it be okay for a small dog? We washed him 2 more times and slathered vitamin E oil all over him and he still won't calm down. His heart is racing like crazy...i gave him something to chew on to try to distract him so he'll stop moving around like crazy...Im so worried and feel horrible that I was the one that bought this crap and gave it to him!

Same problems, my yorkie exhibited jitteryness 1 hr after application. An hour later he started drinking a lot of water, about 15 min later he started foaming at the mouth. I then bathed him in a "deep cleansing" human shampoo. I did research on the internet and re-bathed him 3x in diswashing liquid. He still had the "shakes" and his right rear leg would twitch uncontrollably. He began to become lethargic but still exhibited rapid heart rate and breathing, and I monitored him closely for seziures, but for the most part left him alone. He continued to attempt to nest, then would jump up and nest elsewhere to try to sleep, jump up, etc. Five hours after application I put him on my lap and just began scratching him vigorously, after 20 minutes of scratching he fell asleep. He is in my lap right now and twitches every now and then, but he is sleeping quietly. No seizures, no vomiting, and he is eating his fav jerky snack. I see redness at app site so I put on jojoba oil to soothe his irritated skin, I did not give him benadryl either. I would not recommend this product to ANY pet owner. My dog did not ingest more than 2 licks and it is causing extreme effects. How can a medicine so toxic be on the market?

Just came back from PETSMART in PACE, FL. I brought in the box and receipt from yesterday, along with a print out of this thread and many others like it. The "manager" did not give me a refund for my purchase of SENTRY PRO XFC because it was not in a resalable condition. Why on earth would you want to resale this stuff? PETSMART corporate executives are you listening? There is a problem here, use leadership and take care of it! The "manager" at PETSMART PACE, FL said that there is only a handful of dogs that would get a reaction to the medicine and that she has heard of no other complaint about it. I guess we are all the first ones to complain about this poisonous product. I know she knew what I was talking about as she failed to acknowledge the stack of papers in my hand were the front page reads, "PETSMART WANTS TO KILL OUR DOGS". Needless to say I am writing to SERGEANT, PETSMART CORPORATE and the LOCAL NEWS PAPER here in Milton, FL. With the amount of affected animals and people why is this still going on?
