Sentry Pro flea and tick treatment

My dogs had a severe reaction to the "pesticides" that are in this product. I read up on all sides effects and instances that others have experienced and I was shocked. That fact that this product is still on shelves is ridiculous, and if my dogs had died from it, I would be suing the crap out of them!

My 2 dogs were agitated, itching, licking themselves, send scratching so much their skin turned red. I washed them each 3 times with dish soap, as was suggested online. I also gave Benadryl, CBD oil, and hemp treats to calm them, to no avail. It was sad having to watch them go through that and there was nothing I could do to comfort them.

It was strange the timing of it all too. The symptoms seemed to show up the next day and last for 24 hours. What they were experiencing was exactly what I was reading other pet owners had experienced with this product.

No one should have to go through that or loose a pet over this product.

Sentry Pro sentry pro xft tick and flea

I used this product on my 21 pound shih tzu on august 28, 2018. Within an hour, he was pacing, agitated, anxious, and had muscle tremors. I called the vet the next morning. He told me to wash my dog and give him benadryl. He also said there were complaints against sentry pro. My dog did not get better and developed heavy breathing and he started crying. I brought him to the vet and he was given a steroid shot. It is 3 days later and although he is slowly improving, he is still not himself. He is stationary and I have to lift him up and place him. He becomes extremely thirsty at times and still has muscle tremors.

I do not understand why this dangerous, awful product is still on the market. Do not purchase. A class action suit needs to be issued against sentry pro.

Sentry Pro Horrible Reaction

I purchased this medication for our 6 year old Aussie. 12 hours after putting it on my dog he started losing his hair, 24 hours later he had two large, bleeding bald spots on his shoulder blades and one at the base of his tail. We took him to the vet and were told he has chemical burns from the medication. We gave him 2 baths (with dawn dish soap) and started the antibiotics. By 48 hours he has started refusing to eat and lethargic. He is going back tot he vet again to hopefully figure out what is next. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

Sentry Pro dangerous Flea & Tick Product for dogs

I purchased Sentry Pro flea & tick for dogs from pet smart today 11/20/12. I put the Sentry Pro on me Canaan Dog Breed and 2 hours later he started going nuts, scratching, biting himself, foaming at the mouth and growling at anyone that got around him. It took three baths and two more hours before he started getting back to normal. This product turns a well mannered dog into a crazy dog.
