It's simple as this, Barbara Graham screwed up and refused to take responsibility, so i was blamed and terminated for a mistake she made in 2006. This company has always been micro-managed. Barbara basically believes that if you do not have a degree, you do not deserve to be paid a decent salary, no matter how well you do the job. And if a mistake is made by her, she will deny it and blame an employee. There is an employee currently working for the company that is morbidly obese and Barbara will not put her on full time because she states it will cause the insurance to increase. There is another current employee that Barbara constantly put down to me, because of the way she looked. Barbara expects all employees to dress as though they make a 6 figure income, when she barely paid them above minimum wage. The largest client Barbara had terminated their contract with Sensibill in August, to save money for their practise, they took their billing inhouse. She done everything possible to make it hard, so that they will fail and return to her company. I have been contacted by this practise since my termination, several times, for information that she would not provide. One of her current employees informed me that she made sure that the client did not hire me by reminding them of the contract signed many years ago. For all Externs, if you do you externship at Sensibill, she will not pay you more than $9.00 per hour.
