Senex Services — Incompetent Company
I received a bill for a trivial amount from Senex. I called them on the phone and got noting but voice mail. The voice mail was full and hung up on me. I tried for several weeks and even sent a hand written letter because I had no idea what the bill was for. About a month later Senex gave me a call.See the Top 10 Worst Companies in Indianapolis, IN It was a bill for a blood test that my insurance company must have gotten screwed up. Anyhow, the amount was trivial ($140). I would have been happy to pay the bill, but Senex Services put a bad mark on my credit file. This is unacaptable as I WAS trying to pay the bill. I still would pay the bill if they would just remove the negative mark.
