Select number beds are nothing more than a couple of air mattresses with a hard plastic frame and an air pump. Probably about $200 worth of materials. They charged $2, 500 for the one a bought. Worst $2, 500 I ever spent.

One of the "air chambers" (I call it air mattres) leaks. I called the help number and they sent me to plugs to plug the hose lines to ensure the air mattres was the problem. I plugged it off. Now they want to send a new air mattress that I have to install and ship back the fualty air bag. If that is not the problem the will ship other parts that I have to install.

I think the product is a scam and the customer service is poor at best. I spent $2, 500 on a couple of air mattresses.

DONT WASTE YOU MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

I have had the Select Comfort King for 5 years now. I like the bed. It has worked well for me until recently. Now, it leaks air every night. It leaks down faster if knowone is in it. That doesn't make a lot of sense to me but that's how it is acting.
Does anyone know if it can be fixed? I'll put a tire patch on it if I have to. Guess I will tear into it and see what I can find.

The Sleep Number bed is horrible. It is a $2000 air mattress! We have had it for 2 years and of course, the mattress started losing air. The warrenty is only for 2 years! The zipper broke off too!
We were duped!

this is the worst bed to purchase ever.Do not purchase this cheap air bed.. Quality construction? thats a laugh, they have foam side walls that break down just sitting on them..They say they have an Exclusive plushfit foam and call it a technology, really sleep number, this is standard foam that you can get at any walmart...Oh and lets talk about there Platform base, the salesman said its sooo durable, its freakin plastic, that pops everytime you move on it...Now the warranty, lol if you can call it that, 2yrs bumper to bumper they say...Watch out tho, 1 day out of it your paying a prorated %, 14 or 15 % and it just goes up from there, , , 4 %every year.
Sleep iq, is a 300 dollar up charge, mine has never worked properly, Did you know that the salesmanager in chattanooga told me it could alert me to a heart attack. Just more nonsense from this horrible company. Customer service is a big joke, try getting anything from them to help you. And there home delivery is the worst, they called to schedule appt for delivery, then at last minute change the delivery date..Mine was postponed 2xs first time they said the truck was in an accident, put me off 2 weeks. second time they were atleast honest and said they didnt have the product... No idiots you used my product for someone else, call it what it is...Do not purchase from this company, you will regret it in about 2yrs and 1 day...sleep well

We ordered our Select Comfort bed on the internet 10 years ago. We are still enjoying it! Have not had a single problem with the matresses, the frame, or the remote control. We did replace the egg crate foam which is inside the zip cover. We ordered one from Penney's and cut it to fit. We do have one request from Select Comfort. Why did they stop carrying the original foam pillows with the NASA type treatment on them. We still have one, but it is getting frayed. Tey are the most comfortable pillows ever.

you will find a leaking air chamber or broken pump... then you will find that "cheap number" will charge you for parts.

Funny, I don't have any problem with my sleep number bed. In fact, I love it. The only thing that I can complain about is that the remote loses its LED and I have a hard time seeing what number I'm using plus the fact that when one of our guests decides to change his/her number, it affects the bed in our bedroom which is at the other end of the house. Also I bought two sleep number beds. One for my husband and myself and another for our overnight guests. No complaints.

hi there...i had the same problem with this horrible product...the air kept coming out and by the next day, i was sleeping on a flat mattress..complained to them many times, they kept sending me part to fix this...but nothing worked...finally, i returned the product and it cost me 100.00 to send it back...these bums then refunded my money but kept a 500.00 fee for re stocking charge...i took these low lifes to small claims court and won...my arguement was ...how can you have a restocking charge for a defective product? take the store manager to court...you will win...sid
