My name is Diana L. Jones. I purchased a car from Selbyville Holly Kia on April 18, 2009. The salesperson was very pleasant, and professional. I purchased a 2005 chevy colbalt. I had a trade in (2000 Alero) and I put a downpayment with it. 8 days later, I went Maryland and the car wouldn't start. I had to wait 30 minutes before it started. I called the dealership, took it back and I was told it was in the security system and then was I given instructions on how to use the keyless rem0te, and that may be the problem. Well the following week it was still doing the same thing, plus I got in the car one morning and the carpet on the passenger side was soaked. I had to take it back again, it was a leak around the fire wall. It was repaired, I thought and I had to pay half of the repairs, 112.50. Another week went by and on May 15, my daughter went shopping in Dover, De. and the car wouldn't start. I called Holly Kia, took it back on the 21st. The general manager would not speak with me, but instead sent a sales manager, who had only been there 2 days he said, to tell me there wasn't anything could be done. The work order stated if the not starting continued, that I would have to consult the GM dealer. Also, the service manager told my daughter and I he couldn't fix the security problem. Why should I have to fix problems with a new car that were already exsiting? I truly like this car, and want to keep it, I just want it fixed. This company is well known and has had a good reputation, why would they treat a customer this way. There is no way this car should have this many problems and they put out to be sold. Yes, this is the 23rd, one day after getting it from their shop, and my daughter took pictures of the water dripping in the same area again this morning, so what did I pay that money for. I'm so upset and disappointed, I never thought that I would have been treated this unfairly. Thank you for your indulgence. Diana L. Jones
