Sehawi refrigerator

Dear sir
This is my second complaint against sehawi.sadly l haven't recieved any response from you.
As l've mentioned before, l've bought a bosch refrigrator about 7 month ago.unfortunatly it is out of order, 4 technicians have visited it but each time a new problem has been aded.
Now It is about 5 days that l've had to use my neighbor's fridge.l would appreciate it if you advised me how to get my legal right.sehawi doesn't accept to change it.

Sehawi refrigerator

I'm nahid bagheri from iran
Seven month ago l've bought a bosch refrigrator. Sadly it doesn't work well.4 technacians have visited it, but each time a new problem has been added.
According to my legal right it has 3 year gaurantee but sehawi doesn't accept change it.
I request you to convince them to change it.
