I don't know who are these people, but today they took money from my credit card without my permission. Stay away from them!

There is serious fraud going on here. This payment processor is a part of the problem. They play dumb like they do not know what's going on and they are just the billers. But it is 100% fraud.

The scam involves a lot of these recurring monthly membership sites mainly involving porn. They offer free trials or 3 day - 7 day trials for $2.95 or so. After the trial you billed anywhere from $19.95 to $39.95 per month. These membership sites have a large number of payment processors they use such as segpayeu.com.

So even when you cancel your membership, whether it be online before the trial is over or you get billed and call to cancel...they wait 2 or 3 months and send it to another processor. some that i know of are firstsups.com and optsupport.com. This cycle will continue on and on and on. Irregardless of how many times you cancel you will eventually be charged again. They do not care because they do not think people will be aggressive to complain to authorities over the membership to a porn site.

This activity is illegal and needs to be reported to your attorney general. Go over your bank statement over the past 6 or so months and see how many of these similar charges you have but in another name. Take that information and submit a formal complaint to the attorney general. List the processor and the membership site.

When you contact the processor to cancel you are entitled to a refund for every charge they made to your account. You claim fraud and unauthorized charge.

I too have had recurring charges for the last four months from this company, that I don't recall authorizing. Something similar to this happened to me several months ago, and I informed the supervisor that I knew of their history and threatened to take legal action and he immediately refunded all of the charges as opposed to the two they offered...no such luck with these segpayeu people. They told me they would refund two charges and then send me an email regarding the rest, to catch them in their lie I requested what email address they had on file for me. After being put on hold for several minutes the woman finally came back with an email address confirmation. Seriously, this is absolutely ridiculous.

Just recently charged 29.95 by segpay. I was told by my bank that it was an alleged internet transaction that I could not have made. The funds were somehow connected to a bank in Cyprus. Shut them down.

I have two charges worth right at $6o.oo and i have not authorized any i have no idea what these charges are for. If i bought something i dont mind paying for it but i know for sure i havent bought anything or said yes charge my card for anything online since the first of the year. Plus since these charges have accured and not expecting them i have had $500.00 worth of nsf charges on several checks that was shy just a couple of dollars. Like i said i dont mind paying for something that i ordered but what i have the problem with is being charged all this money. I have had many problems with my account and could not figure out what the deal was until now. I went to the bank today and filed a affadavit for the unaurthorized charges that i have on my account. I would appreciate you all taking a look at my account and repaying me the money that i am owed.

THANKS ALOT

Segpay declined may card and still ran a $49.00 charge through. They even emailed the declined info.
My bank immediately reversed the charge and I sent a fax of Segpay's email about the false declined info.
How can my card be declined and still be charged $49.00? They are not brainiacs at Segpay, just thieves.

I am currently dealing with segpay. My bank has told me that segpay HAS to reimburse all transaction and all processing fees past and present. They apparently started charging my acct this last January for some kind of a prescription plan for over 39.00 per month. I just caught it today and SegPay said they would only reimburse the LAST transaction. I called my bank, got the legal information I needed and then called segpay back requesting to speak to a manager or supervisor... NO LUCK. The lady took my information and said I would receive an email with information with in 72 hours... I told her that with in the email, I want an explanation of HOW these charges were brought about. Did a sales person from some other order duplicate my card number and then place an additional order for commission? As most sales rep companies contract with third party companies... therefor the each sales person is to try to sale as many products as possible... I'm assuming this is what happened... Segpay did NOT deny that this was most likely the case.

I will come back and update how they handle my case. Does anyone know where best to file a complaint on SegPay if this is not resolved properly?

SEGPAYEU.COM charged my Visa for $29 and listed charge as (Services and Merchandise) I never ordered anything from them.
I did order WUYI TEA from Penn. USA (to try for $4.99) which turned out to be from China. I never ordered it again but was charged for the full amount of a box of tea, even though I'm not at the address the first sample was sent to. I tried calling the company but the line is always busy and when I contacted the company in Pennsylvania which was listed on the box, they said they had nothing to do with my product.

You people have made me very angry! I cancelled this the same day because it was not going to help me out at all. Now I have been charged for oct. and sept. It was supposed to be a $2.95 charge for three days. I did not authorize this purchase for two months in a row. Scince I did not authorize this I have been told it is not legal, this company will be investigated. I think it would be a good idea for you to reverse the charges.

I was just notified by my credit union that a fee of $19.95 was charged against my account by segpaye.com. I understand they are in Florida. Someone should investigate and shut them down!

The same thing happened to me. I got lucky and my bank's third party watch group caught it for me. If it is an option, through your bank, I would ask for a permanent block on the card they are using and get a new card. That is what they had to do for me.

UPDATE: the segpayeu.com recurring monthly charge was actually $29.95. They said they would stop the billing and refund the latest charge. I thought this was over a purchase from India but, the segpay people said the authorization came from a purchase made on Vidz.com. I researched this site and it is a porn site. Someone, (possibly a family member) may have made this transaction not knowing these charges would be the result?
