Segal Cohen Landis LLP review: The lady receptionist was rude and didn't want to help me

My friend advised me to contact Segal Cohen Landis LLP. I have called them three days and each time the phone was busy or no one responded. I left two voice messages, but no one contacted me back. I called them again and the lady replied. When I explained my situation, she interrupted me and said that she would check the time. After one minute she said that all lawyers were busy and no one could speak with me. She decided not to listen to me and hung up. It was very unpleasant and short conversation in my life.
