I bought a box of Almond Royal for my daughter from a local store at San Jose, CA. After 30 minutes, I came back to the store and asked for exchange. The store employees immediately told me that "do you know we have to destroy the returned box even it is not opened because Dept. of Health requested". This statement made me frustrated and feel kind of guilty. Do the See's Candies employee have the right to tell me this in order to make me feel guilty that I might change my mind to take the Candie back?
