Security Associates International, Inc. / non-working system, no customer service, inability to cancel service when no service provided.
No siren installed. Digital transmitter not working for months, each time I called to request service for the lack of siren and non-working digital transmitter, I was put on hold for one hour and twenty minutes one occasion and thirty minutes the next. When I would finally get a person on the phone, they were extremely unhelpful, rude, and gave me no options for solving the problems that I had with the system. Instead, they only seemed to argue with me and try to threaten me with why I could not cancel the security monitoring contract. I have and did have every right to cancel a contract that they were in not living up to. If they were, I would have had no reason to cancel.
