This company fn sucks! They steal from their employees in Hawaii. When your annual vacation check is due, they don't send you one unless you COMPLAIN to them. I've worked for this company in Hawaii for over 5 years and they don't send out our checks until you pay them.
You know whats even more jacked up about this company? I personally gurantee they do this: Say a site starts out at 10.00 or even 10.50 an hour, they will pick on Micronesian and Filipino immigrants by giving them $9.50! I gurantee you this happens because it's happening now!
Mostly, they withold some peoples vacation checks until you complain to them.
SECURITAS is even doing away with our prescription plans! THIS COMPANY TRULY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUARDS!
Why does upper management get sick leave but not the guards? Because we are nothing to them just pawns!

Well on new years eve I had a party kind of big with multiple units in the neighborhood that attended my family and I lives on la'au street we was having a great time night security approached me early evening and said clean up your mess in a nice manor I agreed as I told ok and plus I had already talk to the property manager. At midnight someone had ignited a firework so we all walk towards the road area to see also neighbors as well which we could not see but we could hear it. A few seconds later your security officer approaches everyone amd my self yelling who had pop that firework and turned towaeds me and said you popped the firework I replied back hey you no what I know my rules around here I already talked to the manager today I know what I can and cannot do. So what im trying to say is that as a security guard you should observe and report not judge and point fingers as I am a security guard my self. I WANT A FULL SINCERE APOLOGY FROM HER BECAUSE OF THE WAY SHE TOOK ACTION.
