Securitas employee treatment

Absolutly the worst company to work for! You will be treated like a dumb ###, even though I have had more experience that many of the management persons with in the company itself! The branch manager, STONEY LOVE, is about the most inconsiderate person alive. It seems hard to believe that this person is in charge of this branch. He has no prior police or corrections experience.

On the job, I was instructed by the management to alter an outbound load. After I did this, I was called by Stoney Love stating that the management of the the site wished that I no longer return to the site. I was instructed to do this by them. Soney Love is a spineless person which will not stand up for the officers that they employ. He is scared to stand up for anything, basically he is the ultimate ###-KISSER!

The site supervisor, BILLY WILLIFORD, was caught stealing company time and lieing on his time sheet. Not to mention he is a lier and a major alcoholoc! To this date, he has never been punished. Even after having plenty of documentation proving this occured, he was never disciplined in anyway! More proof that Stoney Love has NO SPINE!

I have over 10 years as a police officer and over 6 years experience as a Correctional Officer, after all of the BS that this company puts you thru, it is really a big waste of time. Once I was removed from the post, They called me to ask me if I would take another post, I said O.K. the very day that I was to go to work at this post, the office called and advised me that there was no longer a post available at the post. How stupid and inconsiderate! They then called a week later and stated that they found a post for me but it was more that 35 miles away. The pay was 8 dollars an hour. I advised them that it would cost me more in gas to drive that I would earn.

Since, I have been recieving unemployment, I recieved a letter in the mail they other day asking me to fill out a form statiing that I resign. WHAT THE HELL! I will not fill the form out nor will I return thier uniforms until I recieve my vacation pay in full. Which I am sure I will never ever get!

IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING GOING TO WORK FOR THESE PEOPLE, CONSIDER THE FACT THAT THEY WILL NOT BACK YOU UP IF YOU EVER NEED TO USE FORCE DURING YOUR JOB. OR BACK YOU UP IF YOU MAKE COMPLAINTS ABOUT ANYTHING THAT A NORMAL EMPLOYER WOULD CHERISH...BE AWARE THAT THIS COMPANY SUCKS THE BIG ONE!

Stoney love and sharron (the only other person in the office other than stoney) are related...they are close family and that is prohibited in the "handbook"...and I'm positive that they are pocketing money and the don't fill one of the field supervisor positions so they don't have to pay out for that position...terribly ignorant management...

Securitas operations manager is a liar

I have been working for Securitas in Allentown PA for just over 4 months. When I was hired, the HR Manager was very nice and upfront with me on the fact that I would be a floater until a permenant position could be found for me. Well, the Operations Manager Charlie Harwick spoke with us at that Introduction - he started telling us how he had rules that we had to follow or we would be fired. How the new male officers had to be clean shaven. How you couldn't miss work at all in the first 95 days of employment or you would be fired. He even handed out a set of papers that clearly contraidicts what is in the employee handbook! When I went to my first site - the other officers had beards - even the supervisor! Other officers at the first site told me how horrible it was to be working for Charlie Harwick. I was warned that he would screw me over in scheduling and shore enough, in the next week it happened. I was called by Harwick and told to go to a new site, where I would receive 4 hours of training. The site supervisor at my first site had already told me that I was to be working for him - that I was on the schedule for the next two weeks. I didn't know who to believe. I went to the new site and found out that I wasn't going to get any training - but to be left at the site all alone for the next 8 hours. Then the site supervisor from my first site called me the next day and yelled at me for not showing up at his site. When I told him that I was called by Harwick to go to another site, he told me that I shouldn't have listened to that man. He said that I should have called him to double check the schedules. Who are we suppose to listen to? How can the so called Operations manager be so incompentent!? All the officers at the site tell me about how Harick can't remember when he calls officers and when he doesn't. Officers have been fired because of his screw ups. he blames them for not listening to him. I am looking for another job or hoping for a permeanent assignment where harwick doesn't do the scheduling.

That's SO crazy.. My friend worked for the same company at 1500 Market St i Philadelphia. They lost the site and she was out of a job for 3 months. she had the chance to work for the other security company that took over. She decided to say with Securitas. And that was a mistake.. Big time>>> When they found a site for her, she end up getting put off the site.. Guess for what? Smoking a Newport... Which was crazy cuz her site manager give her a light... Next thing you know shes back on unemployment under a new account manger, cuz the old account manager said she rat him out.. They treat there employee like trash... so I would get out now before they get you too.

Securitas not a good comapany at all

This is the absolutely worse company to for(but it was not always that way). To start I am a Veteran of the US Army, so i do know what is expected from workers. That being said when I was hired on with this company my first post was a good post for the better part, I started armed and this company manly uses 38 revolvers(crap gun), some of which would fall apart when you picked them up(not maintained at all), then came time for my re qualification. The gun they had issued me to re qualify with was filthy, with medal fragments in the chambers(all), so I asked if I could take it home to clean before re qualifying, then person issuing the gun said "no it is against company policy for officers to take weapons home for any reason", I then asked "can I go home and get my cleaning kit to clean it here", answer "no I am the only one in the office aloud to clean the weapons", so I asked "can you clean it before I re qualify then?', answer "no I don't feel like cleaning it you will have to re qualify with it how it is!" So I then stated "I will not shoot a weapon this dirty it is unsafe." He then said " wait out in the lobby!" So I went to the lobby and waited about 10 minutes and was called back to the offices. When I got back there I was told by the Account Manager at the time to not worry about re qualifying today and go get a clean weapon from the site tomorrow to re qualify. I did and passed the reQUalification. About 2 mouths latter the account manger was promoted to FSM and another account manager(who use to work at the site) came in. At this time I was a Sgt. (promoted by old A.M.). His first duty there was to get out as many people as he needed to to get his friends in, I was not one of his friends apparently, sense I was removed for "personal reasons", (maybe because his fiance had a small crush on me). But that actually worked to my favor sense I was offered a spot in loss prevention under the first A.M. The pay was less but I worked a lot more hours averaged about 75 Per week, so I made more there and it was closer to my house. I was removed from that site for getting injured on the job. Then they didn't fill out the workers comp paper in time for me to have surgery which would have healed in 3 weeks. So instead I was out for 3 mouths, again this was fine with me works comp = paid leave, and free doctors visits. Plus my daughter was a few mouths at the time so I enjoyed the time I was able to spend with her. After returning to work the spot open was in a community, this was absolute crap work, I was removed from that shortly after for going after a gate runner(my job). But that was fine sense they lost the account 6 mouths latter HA HA HA HA. After that account I went to a master planned community as the graveyard supervisor (do to the FSM putting in good words for me). I was there for 7 mouths and then removed for unknown reasons, Securitas said "client request" client said "securitas request", I believe the client in this one sense he called the day after it happened wondering what was going on, I had a good working relation ship with client who liked the fact that I had almost stopped all copper theft around the community. Lied to I was by securitas be surprise there. After that I was at high rise site where I was accused of stealing things from room. I asked for the supposed proof and all the sudden the camera footage had gotten lost. WOW considering I never even entered a room. Was removed from that site do to need to cut hours. Lost site a few months latter HAHAHAHA. Then on as a flex officer this was the worst up to this time. I was removed from this because, they had called me to work a site but I was a doctors appointment for my then 1.5 year old daughter, (I told them about appointment 3 months a head 1 mouth a head and 1 week ahead in writing that the scheduler had singed off on), I informed them that I was at the doctors office, they then asked "can't you reschedule?" So I again said "I'm at the office now getting ready to go in." So the day I was called into the office a laid off of work, and reason "unable to perform duties". That was fine as well again paid leave (about $30 less a week). After 8 months of being laid off they called me in to work a convention, which here if you are collecting unemployment you have to accept any work. So I did. after which I was put at my most resent sit (still there) and this is buy far the worse site to date. At this site there is obvious favoritism, for day shift officer that is personal friend of the A.M. and she able to show late everyday, have multi colored hair, be out of uniform, use the client computer for personal use use the client phone for personal use. The employees of this place have even complained about the day shift not acknowledging them when they come in, them watching moves on the computer (them = A.M. and officer). The employees have the client about this but nothing happens sense the A.M. is cheating on her husband with the client. If any goes to our upper management we are told that we have to talk to the A.M. first, sense she is the one doing it it won't get fixed, she has also been caught changing officer time sheets to cover for her friend. Again if we say anything we are told to talk to the A.M. The FSM of this branch will do something after you contact HR about it. But then you get removed from site, and as for the alert-line it does no good sense they just tell Branch manager about it. But it anonymous, so they don't know who to get ride of. But nothing gets fixed I have personally reported this to the alert-line more that 50 times in 7 months. The last thing I have to say for now is my A.M. would probably do better if she was there more than 25-30 hours a week and did her paperwork if for nothing else so she would know when things on the bike didn't work no lights for 2 months and she didn't know even though everyone put on the reports everyday.
I am started school for Criminal Justice soon so at least in a couple of years I can get a real job. I am filling out several applications a day, I have applied for some places so many times they sent me e-mails saying to stop putting in application and they will get to me when they make decision.
Conclusion you will do great in this company if you have zero morals, and don't mind sleeping with everyone to get a head.
If you believe in working hard and have good morals, and believe in your wedding vows you not last, and they will plot against you so you quit(it takes a lot to be fired in my branch), clients have caught people smoking weed on site and sleeping securitas solution move them somewhere else.

Securitas employmenty

screened by securitas for a position assisting sheriff but disqualified by sheriff without any reason given. What agency will help me find reason so I may remedy the matter as there may be false information in my file

Securitas unfair practices

I worked for this company for 6 years. They def., follow the GREY Line qetting away with everything they can to keep YOUR money. They have the worst Insurance for the GUARDS. Of course upper Mgnt has the better Plan. They do not return your calls. They mess with your insurance year after year. The latest issue with me is they give you a check on your anniversary date for your Vacation Pay. Well because I rec'd a different job and didnt work until my ANNIVERSARY DATE which is May 23, 2010 they are keeping my two weeks worth of Vacation Pay. I'm not done fighting for it. I tell them they are steeling from me. I will continue to complain on different sites until this is paid. Believe me there's more bad stories I could tell you about this company. Hard worker. Laurie

I was to work early every day for 2 years, was told by supervisor I was the best worker they had. Problem, the guard who relieved me was late every day, 5 minutes, 10, 20, every single day for two years, I told my superviser, I told the field superviser, I called the office continously for two years, they did "nothing" nothing at all. Same excuse every day, "hey. I'll get yuh back for this tommorow, I'll make it up to you, company does not care, the poorest quality. Also, I worked a contract for two years, I doodle while I work because guarding can have its slow time, I thru it in the garbage, the next day I get a call, another guard went thru thre garbage and read my doodles, yes there were a few sware, cuss words, anyway a fellow employee digs thru the garbage, turns my scribble into the sup, I get moved to another account, why son't they send me back, because after we had our talk I said so and so dug this out of the garbage did'nt he, so and so happens to be a paranoid skitsopherenic and should not be working there in the first place, they would not send me back because I might cause harm or confront him, so and so got promoted to field superviser. One screwed up company, I would not be there if the economy was not so bad.

Hey I know how that feels. Here is it ten days since my anniversery date (I have been with the company for six years) and they still haven't gotten me my vacation check yet. The pay is piss poor and I was counting on that vaca pay to cover my electric bill. Now my power is off in the middle of summer here in Arkansas. All because the district manager is piddling around and not sending in my info for vaca. There is another guy at my site that is also waiting for his check as well. Everyone else (who by the way have been at our site for only a few months) have gotten their checks before their anniversery date. Why the hell is he waiting around on mine?

Securitas uniforms

Due to the fact that Securitas is an extremely cheesy company to work for and you have the misfortune of being an employee on their payroll. Please, please should ever leave the company for whatever reason make sure that when you turn in anything issued to you make sure they give you a receipt. I was terminated by them for absolutely no reason whatsoever. This is how they stay in business, they hire a lot of people and fire a lot of people. They take advantage of being an "at will" employer, after leaving I returned everything that was issued to me. And since then I have been harassed by this company, I received a post-card indicating that I can not be considered for employment at this time, and the strange thing about this is I didn't re-apply to work for them. This just shows how completely unorganized they are, and now after two months I received a letter from some third-rated collection agency named Transworld Systems, Inc. demanding that I pay them $250.00 for unreturned uniforms. Now, why in the world would I want to keep their stupid uniforms? They have absolutely no value to me or anyone else for that matter, this indicates just how crooked they are. If I actually had their uniforms why didn't my previous supervisor just call and remind me to return them?
Why in the world did they have to hire a collection agency to harass me about something that is completely untrue? I am actually glad that they sent me this letter because my attorney told me the more negative unsolicited correspondence I receive from them, the more it improves my case against these sleeze bags. And so Securitas, if you are reading this complaint do me a favor, keep em' coming because you are about to make me a very happy man.

You are so right! It is in their Policy and Procedure manuel to make sure that they make your life as miserable as they can! Yep, it's there I tell ya! Once they get their hooks into you, then they try and steal your SOUL! I mean, THEY WANT BLIND LOYALTY UNTIL THE DAY YOU DIE! THEY WANT YOUR FIRSTBORN TOO! They will suck you dry every day of your life, and you will receive no recognition or rewards for your faith and loyalty to these Scandanavian Masters of Deceit!

For those of you that are strong and can resist these "Swedish Bodysnatchers", they will kick you to the curb weh you are of no further use for no reason whastovever, so consider this a BLESSINGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! YOU'RE FREEEEEEEEEEEEEE! You are ALIVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Yeah it is a real bad company to work for they lie like crazy...And they also always forget what they tell you...When I was in Hawaii I saw our Guards working at the Airport they said it is the same stuff there it is a real bad company to work for...They treat there workers like garbage...Is this the jobs our Govenment says they are making for people out of work...Let them go out and work for these bad companys for a week and see what its like...Top Company...Dont think so

Securitas poor management

Poor to nonexistence security along Houston Ship Channel. These people would not make good parking lot attendents. Securitas should have all contracts removed from the Houston area until further investigations can take place.

They need to make things better for their employees and stop diverting time and half pay from our regular hours they do this hoping everyone will not notice Well if I work 80 hours I want my 80 hour pay not 72 hour pay.

I see a Civil Lawsuit and discrimination lawsit coming against Securitas at the 249 houston location. Employees for Securitas there are fed up with their in house rules and policys that are only for the better of their own management.They look down their nostrils at the people that has made them there. They take for granted that they reign supreme ove the problems and poor treatment of their own people.They should be investigated by EEOC and let known that people have pride and professionalis about their jobs that they have been on long before their type of management arrived at 249 Houston.

Securitas may be a good agency to work for, but their managers My wife has been with Securitas for some time now. I dont agree that all employees for Securitas are lazy and dont care. My wife is proud of her job, and love the people she work with. The people of Hewlett Packard that is. She has bee with Compaq And Hewlett Packaed for 16 years.Never once has she been offered a raise, and her health benefits with Securitas are deplorable. THEY SHOW FAVORTISM AND ALLOW SOME EPLOYEES more options than they do others. I know for a fact all of the managers there are homosexual, and or racist. If you are not in their click you are trashed and denied fair and reasonable employee benefits. At once she was making14.00 an hour, but when Securitas took over her pay was cut 4.00 an hour. and put in a higher profile job. How can this be. She gives her all for the employees of Hewlett Packard, and resolves any and all problems that arise at her post. Has numerous letters of appreciation, and thanks for her services there. She has a medical problem that she has been living with for years, and have not been a factor in her employment as Guard(receptionist). Why is the best insurance that is offered by Securitas only given to certain people in their lil click at Hewlett packard. Securitas may be a good agency to work for in some locations, but the management at Hewlett Packard 249 and Tomball in Houston should be replaced or given jobs that they are better suited for

Securitas 'foirmer employee black-balled

It became apparent that when I went to apply for a job at a different security firm, some of the same personel that inhabited the securitas security human resources department, now shared information "out-of-school" concerning the aptness of persons former records with that company. This is a direct contervention of state law which prohibits the confidentiality of those files being used to influence a rehire of a person in a different company.. Whether directly used, or fruit-of-the-tree-of-poison-knowledge"! No company may, without consent of the applicant (in florida), attain any prior work performance insight, other than an affirmation that they worked for a prior company."the old act of "black-balling", or caging-a-worker, is unacceptable.. And is clearly and illegally descriminatory.. Affecting the right of an individual to seek gainful employment! Cease-and-desist in this practice at once, and advise your personel not to engage in this odious practice!.. This industry has so many problems; don't make more!..

ONE COULD SAY THAT SUCH AN ACT, IF PROVEN TRUE AND VALID, COULD "CREATE A FLOOD OF CONTREVERSEY" THAT WOULD BE DISADVANTAGEOUS TO ANY SECURITY FIRM TRYING TO GOBBLE UP SMALLER FIRMS..WACKENHUT, THEY ARE NOT..BUT THAT COMPANY HAD IT'S CREEP-OUT FACTORS ALSO..NO MORE PERSONAL FAMILY TYPE BUSINESS' LEFT ANYMORE THAT SKILLED FOLKS FEEL COMFORTABLE WORKING IN..IT'S ALL "THE CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT", AND THE GUARD GETS SKEWERED-AND-ROASTED..NO FUN, NO INCENTIVE FOR A CAREER!

I falsely evected from ralphs grocery. never stole anything or acted in any way to warrent such treatment . the guards name is mr ferreno address ralphs grocery 110 g st san diego calif.

Securitas poor management

I didn't believe all the bad hype about the company when i beganworking for them. Even employees that worked for them told me about issues. Then i discovered that most of this as true. I got witten up and suspended for 3 days for letting a guard out of a stuck elevator. Simply getting this person out lead to my suspension. I was pulled from the site and put at part time position making $7.50. When they finally moved me to another descent site with a better pay rate the site supervisor told me that he as already told to make sure to find something to fire me for. I managed to just do my job and not make waves so instead Mike Kirk decided to say that Iwas "missing too many people daily". When i told several employees at the site this they laughed and said bull. I was just fired tonight for sitting there and taking my lunch break and trying to relax while was eating. He drove up beside me and said your fired. caught you goofing off while on duty. This man seems to be slightly manic and has employee relation issues. Nobody trusts him and ith good reason. He is only keep around because he makes a good "yes" man. he has lost more good employees then i can count. foolishly thought when i started that it must just be angry guards talking bad about someone they don't like. But this guy has real issues and nobody will do a thing about him even if you complain. This company ranks as one of the best jobs i ever had in terms of things I learned from working for them, but Michael Kirk needs to go.

With total legally bound cooperation, as we have spoken over the phone and in accordance your agreement, yet full of courage, today - I have taken time to analyze all the existing facts and historic evidence related to the Historic Case - going back to basic existing evidence:

Therefore, with the utmost personal respect to you and to the human integrity - I will dare to take the ultimate risks, and will be clearly presenting existing facts and writing to you based on the evidence as the final contesting presupposition supported by the clear crystal existing all the evidence - contract, payslips, HMR&C data and all the communications accumulated other the period of this betrayal - as well as the statements that we have made and commonly agreed - Make-up-Payment for short-fall in hours work for 2010 to 2012 - as contracted hours and CUSTOM&PRACTICED night duties undertaken by me during the long standing employment within the company.

Nevertheless, with reinforced strength and courage - I request you to be more compassionate towards your fellow employee and employ the humbled wisdom and the foundation of the human integrity - to reconsider your outcome analyses and proposed final decision:

Fact one: It is crystal clear and you have been fully aware of the fact that The Line Managers - have not honoured my contract: - see grievance notes, evidence and outcome proposals:
- If work would have been given honoured the presupposed 48 hours in according to my contract - as well as my CUSTOM&PRACTICE working night shift duties, I would not made the appeal or requesting for the long standing grievance, and as you have clearly acknowledged - there would have not have been a shortfall in wages for January 2012/ just for a single month period shortage of £500 paid in February 2012 - Also - I would have earned minimum £48 hours x 52 weeks at overage £8.00 and even at some sits sometimes up to £10:00 per hour, as it is the case in Bracknell, Reading & Basingstoke area, where I was CUSTOM&PRACTICED My normally night duties!

Fact two: if the contract would have been honoured - There would have not been A Need for Contestation / or Grievance that was led by Mr Sean Teatheredge - concluding in "£1881 compensation for "NOT HONOURING the 48 hour contract" making up sum for shortage of work during employment - April 2012/April 2013"... And you have clearly agreed on these when we have met at the hearing in Swindon!

Fact three: If I would have been treated with respect and accordance to human equal rights, according to The Existing Signed contract - I would have been earning my presupposed wages (Much better than the proposed minimum wages) and would have not had the need to commence the grievance or accepted the offer, Mr Simon Taylor would have NOT have implemented such drastic measures - work discrimination as to have fabricated evidence, constructing case in order to dismiss - as well as to waist so much time and companies assets in order to go through endless hearing processes, damage my trust in the company and inflicting unnecessary stress / lose of earning, dismissal - and as you clearly are aware: reinstated under new contract manager: Thanks to Mr Paul Lotter's genueity and integrity - and HR Pavadeey Gyie integrity in notes taking - evidence exists: you cannot ignore the history!

Fact four: time scale of the investigation and unacceptable delay: I have worked tirelessly as to cooperate with you and governed all the facts as to be treated fairly and legally to be paid what was promised - yet true - I claimed no certain figure, but that was to be calculated according to payslip statements and THE EXISTING CONTRACT & CUSTOM&PRACTICED undertaken work!

Please always Remember - there's no such thing as a "small act of kindness" (gesture of good will as you claim - proposed £1800 to be paid on 10th of August - that is the outstanding shortfall in hours for April 2012-April 2013 and the amount is fester than £1800 it is precisely according to proposed details - £1882.37 see the details / evidence presented to you!

Fact five: as other the so many years I have shown commitment and respect towards everyone, especially to those who were positioned higher on management level, looking up from whom I could have learned something: but now please explain:
1. What is INTEGRITY of judgment - asking me to produce all the evidence, when you have promised to assist me in solving the short-fall in hours? - Your claim of Integrity and Respect towards your employee and fellow associates, when such situations are arising, why gross misconduct is practiced?
2. Why you - the highest position within the company DO ignore the existing evidence provided - even in the existing statements: plenty showing shortfall of 48hours per week?
3. Clear evidence From HMR&C - as requested when you and Mr Michael Clancey have accepted the fact that there is clear evidence of breach of contract - not honoring the 48 hour contract: and these is NOT stated in The Hearing Notes: WHY? Why notes have not been produced at the end of our meeting as to be read and signed by me? WHY you did not keep your agreement - communicate within two week period? Why took more than 8 months to disregard the evidence and all my efforts to cooperate as searching to settle the agreement: short-fall in 48hour breach of contract - April 2009-April2010 to April 2012?

Being a genuine person as sated before and as I should respect you and your positions within the company, as the final indication of cooperation and intending to avoid going to Tribunal, refrain from prolonged disputes - ignoring the fact trying to mix them like "water and oil", repel each other, my FINAL proposal as stated on on the time of hearing and during the conversation - let us workout a figure that will settle the disputed shortfall in hours: like milk and water, mingle together, the existing evidence and the good will, and with clear conscience - legally and fairly to settle the battled agreement and move on successfully!

With personal integrity undamaged, respect for intellectual excellence but no financial compensation agreed, the restoration of personal vigor and discipline to ideas of "moving forward!' is like drooping dead on the final line at the finish of the prolonged "Olympic competition, "

My personal curricula of events and experience which aim to settle with you, yes I have been reinstated to work, yes I am working very long hours 14 hours shift not including commuting, while strengthening my personal intellectual fiber and stretching the power of my mind, personal commitment and responsibility towards my family and two little girls, as preconditions of recovery today;

The repayment of The short fall in hours it is inevitable: “Human diversity in approaching fact(s) and acknowledging the existing evidence it makes tolerance more than a virtue; it makes it a requirement for survival stringent and unavoidable.

My actual life is a fact, as the existing 48 hour contract - working and fully commitment to 54 hours per week night shifts, 14 hour night shift excluding commuting time for traveling to site (commitment & responsibility from my side honouring more than my existing contract) in view of which I have no occasion to congratulate myself, but it is a clear evidence that I have worked and even during so many years of employment trusted you disclosing all the evidence to you as senior investigators and looking up for a fair hearing: please don't disregard all the evidence!
As for my integrity, by practicing living faith and with genuine aspiration I have had respect shown time and time again towards my associates and towards you as genuine investigating superiors, yet the hearing nots were not presented to me according to The Standard Practice at the End of The Hearing as to read, Rectified / Amended and signed! It is clear evidence that the hearing NOTES presented to me at present are inaccurate and inconclusive that clearly failed to deliver what it was commonly agreed during the meeting, promises made by you - holding on your Position: with Integrity, legality and transparency: seams that all have diminished - I hope that NOT lost!

I am only one, but still I am one in integrity!

I cannot do everything, but still I can do something - intending to battle through the entire legal process with the presenting clear as crystal all the existing evidence!

Please take note of the fact that I present time and time again - all the existing written evidence and facts are used as ammunition because I cannot do everything or conspire with my fellow managers (as it has been practiced by Mr Simon Taylor in order to dismiss me) and the notes and data are clearly The Much Needed evidence supporting the case before it will be settled and will not expire - unless you will settle as it was initially commonly - legally bound agreed!

I will not refuse to do something that I can do, bound by my conscience and honoring my contract - I long to accomplish cooperation in receiving the outstanding promised payment - legally known as compensation for shortfall in not honoring the contracted 48 hours - total estimated of 4291 hours (employment period of [protected]) and the noble task at the deemed appropriate financial compensation value - even on minimum wage calculation as you have clearly proposed - I am Legally Bound to Accept minimum Wage per outstanding short-fall payments!

It is from these that I speak - and today CLEARLY contesting your presupposed final decision, finally requesting time-extended evaluation In recognising the humanity of your fellow employee - as work associate and fellow human being, please treat me with equal human rights according to my contract as well as to my CUSTOM&PRACTICED NIGHT DUTIES During the entire employment period with the company - and PLEASE do oblige by legal boundaries: I need my outstanding funds to be Calculated accordingly as I have to pay my fast encasing debt that was enquired during No Work - No Money period!

With all my Faith that gives me the strength by which a thrive to cooperate and hope to restore shattered trust, please respect and honour the existing contract and shall emerge into the light successful resolution that is amicably accepted and bound to be legally and genuinely correct:

As according to your legally bound statement explaining the situation and your proposed legally bound evaluation/remarks:

"You provided me with a yearly salary of £19, 968.00 from 2010 onwards which you worked out as an average based on a rate of pay of £8.00. I explained that although your Contract states a 48 hour week, your rate of pay would not be below minimum wage which year on year has increased from £5.93 to £6.08 and now currently £6.19. For this reason, my opinion differs that you would have maintained a year on year salary of this amount..."

Please reevaluate and calculate the figures accordingly - if we estimate the given/take approximate hours - CUSTOM & PRACTICE - Night Duties for my Entire Employment: Saturday Night to Thursday Night:

April 2009 - April 2010 total estimated 971 hours (even if it is £5.93 calculated at your discretion!) - £ 5, 758.03 (I had the 56 hour contract - CUSTOM & PRACTICE based on Night Duties)

From April 2010 - January 2011 - 56 hour contract changed in to 48 hour contract - CUSTOM & PRACTICE based on Night Duties) - April 2011 total estimated 2070 hours (even if it is £6.08 calculated at your discretion!) - £ 12, 585.60

April 2011 - April 2012 - total estimated 1250 hours (even if it is £6.19 calculated at your discretion!) - £7, 737.50

And finally - adding the offer made by The Securitas Manager Sean Teatheredge statement - that is Legally Bound Evidence, he clearly stated:

"Ø I accept that your 48 hour contract has not been honoured. Therefore I have concluded that you are owed a total of £1882.37. This amount is subject to deductions (Tax & NI) at the prevailing rate" that was deemed appropriated and never disputed!

As I have always cooperated with you, in considering all the facts and evidence, before will proceed to external intermediaries and bringing on other legal representatives, as final request brought to your attention - presenting clear calculations and factors that are based on statements, and agreement as well legally Boyd contract, and CUSTOM & PRACTICE of my normal night shift duties, I leave at your discretion to reevaluate and calculate honouring not only the contract, but in decent manner a humanly bound respect and genuine approach to the situation.

With all the presented evidence and with my due respect and cooperation, that is my genuine request for compensation!

Please do inform me accordingly of your decision and offer as to save time, unnecessary legally bound efforts or costs.

A. Does not reflect The Reality - it does not make any sense for me to agree or to disagree with what you are offering as it does not reflect the reality.

B. Although I Thank you for acknowledging the fact that "The Disrespect and Un-LAWfull" misconduct was not "mine!" And due to the fact That my request reached a "No turning back point!" - where the historic principle - "No Work was given! The contracted hours were grossly disregarded - and my endless requests for work were neglected... I think that now is time for going on Legal Principles due to solve this case.

C. Please NOTE:
- I had to cooperate with you and present all the evidence and contract too...
- I requested "A FAIR and Honest!" treatment - unfortunately: Without any prejudice, I truly feel that I am being betrayed yet again...

As per your Email - without my agreement you have taken the stand on offering me the minimum wage: I really consider that "Inappropriate!" When you know that Overage Company Pay/Hour it is correct.

However calculating and deducting what you have figures I was supposedly earned on £8.00 and £9:00

That calculation it is not plausible:
Why: because you have not taken in consideration The hourly rate! I understand the "minimum wage" approach, but in this case - if you go by minimum wage, I am clearly entitled to compensation for all of The Above mistreatments.

Therefore: with no prejudice or any disrespect - although it is genuinely appreciated your efforts - even now more than year and half, I honestly do consider that: Not the initial £1000 or £1500 or £1800 than £10, 000 and latest £11, 800 does not represent clearly The Outstanding Figure - And with broken heart and profound pain - I consider clearly that this offer genuinely does not reflect the true situation. I simply cannot accepting your latest offer.

As I have done so much work - provided all the evidence, and still searching to reach a genuine comprehensive solution, needless to mention that I have waited so long for Payroll, and the HR to clarify the case, and at present - still not progressing according to what must be done as The Figure Offered does NOT reflect the reality: what is the next step forward?

These are just disgruntled employees who couldn't accept that they were fired for not following Securitas company protocol on the job. Regardless of what someone on the site you are guarding tells you to do, your primary job is to act according to Securitas guidelines, which is what you agreed to when you were hired and what you agree to follow with each paycheck you accept.

This may be a hard pill to swallow, but the blame lies with you not following guidelines, not with Securitas.

I agree I used to Work For Securitas The Supervisor was Dave Madena and i was working at Best Western When There was a fight in the hotel lobbey and the manager of the hotel asked me to step in and do something about it, So i did. The next day i was put on suspention and was transfered to a different site (Futer Pipe). I was told not to go there by many different people but dave made me so i went and just tryed to do my job. but dave just keep coming by all the time to try to catch me doing something wrong. the finally i got called to the office on one of my off days and dave sayed that i wasn't making my rounds so he fired me!

( needless to say the manager of Best Western Found out that i was transfered and fired Just for doing what he had asked me to do So Securitas Lost the contract with Best Western!)

Securitas they suck

Never seen a company as s****y as this except for Kaiser Permanente who now employs them to rip off the Security Officers employed there.
Our seniority was taken away our vacations taken back to 1 week, and the benefits cannot be used they give Kaiser the freedom to keep every cent put out for employee health care and still to take more from anyone who would dare to try to use it. The Sacramento Securitas Office is run by a bunch of nasty women who hate everyone. Kaiser's unions don't dare back us up either, they didn't like the union who was trying to take us over so they ran away from the issue. You know they will eventually start with their EVS crew and take the benefits from them as well. Stand up and be counted now or it will get worse

On february the 18 th i canceled the contract 2893916 according to paragraf no 15 in the contract. On february the 27 th you came to ouer house and remowed your equipment .
According to Spanish law you must repay the costumer within 14 days.
I still have not recived any repayment.

Securitas liars!

They are liars and try to steal your money. One time I was owed 80 hours of vacation and they only paid me 56 hours. I called up area coordinator Wendy Guillen-bank to resolve the situation [protected]) and she said it would be taken care of. Weeks went by and no money was returned for vacation. I called her back and she gave excuses and the runaround. I called up california corporate HQ and they stated that others have complaint about her too. I got my money back in 3 days. Them my supervisors complained to me that i caused problems for everybody at the office and that they admitted that the reason for the unpaid money was they wanted to take nm seniority away from me from the old company they bought out ( First security services). I am glad I left the company. now I do security in house at double the pay rate and quality benefits. Securities never wanted to promote me or give a pay raise even though I did an excellent job thought them for over 6 years. they now loose good customers and hire the worst people. They sometimes hire psychos and criminals as security officers. Many of them are lazy and don't take baths. Some of them do not speak english properly.

Today is January 11, 2019 and Securitas is the same bad company after all of these years. What a shame. In South Carolina, they do not answer their phone and when they do answer they do not put the applicant in touch with a recruiter and the recruiter does not return the call. The receptionist acknowledged that she received the application but there is no follow-up. I called regarding the job that I applied for and the person that answered the phone was not the receptionist this time. He stated that all of the jobs listed on the Website and the other career websites are no longer available, yet they are still showing up as opened. The locations listed on the Internet are not the correct addresses. I went to one location listed and the location is vacant. There is so much more.
They are still doing a lot of underhanded things. I am not sure what yet but this can't continue this way.

They are a bunch of idiots. Management constantly lies to its employees. When someone quits it took up to two months to replace them. Everyone else was expected to work 70 hours plus per week until someone was hired. The field supervisor was a complete [censored]ing idiot that had a massive hard on for the company. That grease ball [censored]er thought he was some kind of cop and would say some of the stupidest [censored]ing things. They also had a bunch of bottom of the barrel employees. One guy used to [censored] his pants. Another was a [censored]ing [censored]er that pretended he used to be in the Marines and would talk about getting blowjobs from tribal women in Africa.

I 100 percent agree with you guys. I even worked with a employee that was taking voyeurism pictures of womens upskirts while working the sound transit contract. Hr didnt want me to say anything to law enforcement about it..so I contacted king county sherriffs office which pissed them off. Securitas could have lost the contract. I received no recognition for It and they were pissed off. I have over 15 yrs armed and unarmed security experience, and securitas is a joke. They are soo unorganized and if your not sucking up to management..your chance of advancement is nill. Someone needs to clean house on these book smart..street stupid management.

Mark Harder is so aloof and unprofessional. I also had issues with Mary in human resources at 150 S. Wacker in Chicago. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. What a terrible company to work for and terrible company to keep your business safe.

Another thing I'm talking about the one In Orlando...They really don't care about there team...did i mentioned that i was trying to have to a talk about moving up in the company.. meeting was set...but my manager left me hanging...and didn't even give a call back a apologize...it show how much they care

I've been working there two years... they cant honor the facts that they state when they first hire you...I m trying to go back to college and when i got hired with them they stated that they will work with me in order to take my classes and still have my 40 hours...but no I have seniority over two people there and what ever they say, alwayss goes...and yes they do rip you off when it comes to vacation, i was short by 12 hours on my vacation pay...the manager that hired me was legit he alwayss takes care of his team MIKE DALTON. ... now the one that we have doesn't answer phone calls or even care what the situation is example: I'm too busy call me on Monday or I'm sitting down i just got home...but he alwayss says when you meet up in his office Call me if any problems...I like what they say about getting a raise...write incident reports and you will get a raise...BBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

I agree that there are some serious issues with the company. The office in New York, Manhattan may need investigation of its practices. Wages not paid to workers, incompetent scheduling personnel, possible racism and preferential treatment given to whites/hispanics, lack of 40 hour week for many officers, no holiday pay or overtime, straight time for holidays, no backup of officers when clients complain, disregard of client directives by management. How some in management/scheduling obtained their positions and maintain them despite client complaints needs investigation .New hires may get position as regular guard over some Flex Officers with more time on job/site which may be due to favoritism, inside contact, racism, paying for position, etc.
Giving special attention to individuals who served in the military is alright as far as hiring is concerned but all should have the opportunity for positions of supervision and being in field as inspectors especially being that you will have to be trained anyway by the company for its and clients needs.
People who do not get paid for the work they have done need to contact the IRS, New York State and City Tax authorities so they can look into and go over hiring records and pay and tax deductions, see who was hired then did not get paid, etc. Labor Department needs to take a good look too. Going to company HR is a waste being that at the end of the day all company HR employees from the top to bottom have the company name on their paychecks so there is a realistic limit to what they can and are willing to do about many things that may need addressing. People with issues may need to have them addressed to the offices in Europe so they know there are issues over here. Getting present clients to see how management/pay issues can affect the quality of service from the guards at their site may get some assistance from the client who may threaten to cancel contracts and this in turn can cause problems for future contacts with other clients who find out about issues concerning the company. Businesses do not want to have security on their sites bearing the name of some security company that has been found to deal badly with its officers. Businesses have reputations and images to project and protect and do not want the public associating them with some company that deals poorly with its workers. Go to some security company sites and you can find a listing of the clients that they serve. What client wants to have its name associated with having dealings with a problem security company. It will say a lot about them to the clients they deal with.
Securitas like any company has profit as its bottom line and they do not want anyone or anything to inferfere with it.
If problem management is going to cause their bottom line to drop out from under them they better do something to address the matter.
Playing musical chairs, moving problem management around will not solve the problem.
Complete replacement with quality competent people is in order.
Set standards and time periods one must be on the job before one can become a full time officer not giving full time positions to persons with a few months or weeks on the job over long time experienced personnel.

Is it not amazing how Securitas managers want you to feel like your the ### when it's really them. No one ever wants to tell you how much an hour your making when you first hire on or what benefits you have or don't have or what full time means to them or in the real world, they never give you a total overview of your job duties just keep piling on more each day in training. Seems like some of the CLIENTS would wise up that the lowest bidder may not be the best security company. I have never been lied to or taken advantage of any employer as bad as this one. When I quit they placed blame on me for not having a fulfilling work life, even though branch manager told me when he hired me and idiot could do job, I should have stopped at that point, second stopping point should have been in orientation halfway through the day when they told us we would only be paid minimum wage in training, there were no variable wage rates mentioned in interview process. This is not a good company in my opinion
