Securegasredemption / Gas credit rebate-Is it a scam?

1 Westminster, CA, United States Review updated:

I got this deal through Linder's furniture, $500 gas rebate voucher; you suppose to register with them through then tell them which gas company that you're wishing to buy from. Then they send you monthly voucher. You suppose to send them your receipts ($100 total) then they send you $25 gas credit to you in 58 business days. Well, 3 months I haven't received anything. Does anyone out there has the same problem like I've got. This kinda scam got to stop!!!

Securegasredemption - Did not recieve any gas cards
    United States

We buy a new Dodge Truck and recieved a gift card from the dealer for free gas. We sent in the $5.00 and every month sent in gas reciepts for $100.00. We have recieved nothing from this company, and made many phone calls, and emails. Today there is now website. This was a scam to get money.

I as well purchased a bed frame and mattress for my grandson, ( his first bed in his first bedroom at 13) also was told we would receive $500 in Free groceries. Only to find out you have to buy $100 of groceries a month at one only market, so Iam thinking this makes some business sense for the markets. And, NOW March 11, 2009 after completing and following everything correctly mailing in our$100 receipt and the $25.00 Voucher for Dec., Jan., Feb. and maybe March. Well at this point I think they want me to quit sending them e-mails (and that is the ONLY form of communication) But I still Plan on contacting further Govermental Agencies until they and Linders stop advertising and taking advantage of innocent people. They should feel Disgraced.

    Free gas rebates
    United States

In august we purchased a automobile and were offered the $500.00 offer from this company. We downloaded the voucher and began submitting proof of $100.00 gas receipts in September. After 4 months of submission and no reply or rebate, I called them. The phone number listed with vouchers was unlisted. I continued to send monthly receipts. The March mail was returned to me that address is invalid. The dealership that I got this "offer" from is claiming that they were scamed also and has no liability in this matter. What are my options? This scam is widespreadand needs to be addressed
