Sebastian ISP / Horrible and only choise

The experience date has been since we got DSL and phone with them.

They have it so that they are the ONLY dialup and broadband ISP in this town. If you get dialup in the nearest next town (Auburn) then you would be charged long distance.

They also overcharge. The service I have now for DSL is $40 a month. The SAME data rate and speed with other ISPs around California would only be $20-$25 a month.

Their tech support is horrible. They wont allow me to access the router to forward ports (router/modem combo). They wont give me the login details to run my own modem. Their tech came out here 3 times to forward some ports and failed to do the job right all 3 times.

I am sick and tired of there being no choice for internet and phone here. Something needs to change NOW!
