I am literally disgusted by Sears.com. The issue is simple. I bought and took possession of one microwave. I was charged for two. The second microwave that has NEVER been in my possession is still sitting in the Madras, OR store it was shipped to. This issue has been going on since April. Refund my money. NEVER shop at Sears.com and NEVER give them your CC number. They have stole my money, kept their product, and wasted hours of my time. Sears.com is a nightmare.

Sears is refusing to refund half of my money on a washer and dryer purchased online on March 31, 2018, delivered on April 27, 2018 and then canceled and returned on April 30, 2018 because they delivered the wrong appliances. After picking up the 7 items that were delivered, they refunded me for 2 of the items immediately. The washer and the stacking kit. After numerous calls, they refunded me for an exhaust elbow a month after the order was canceled. They still owe me about $1, 000 for the 4 remaining items and regardless of how many times I call and how many different departments I talk to, they do not refund my money!

I am dealing with the exact same issue. I cancelled my order because they kept delaying the delivery of the item. SO, I never received the item and I have not received my money. I get the same run around about the case investigation and nothing happens. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a retail company. I will NEVER shop at Sears again.

I have been having the same issue now since December. They keep telling me that they need to investigate and will call me within "48 to 72 hours". I have been hearing that for a month now, and they never call back. I asked to speak to the customer service manager today, and was told that she was in a meeting. So I asked for the supervisor. The representative went away for a few minutes, and then came back to "tell me what the supervisor said". I asked, "So the supervisor doesn't want to talk to me", and the representative tried to play it off like the supervisor was on the phone with a lot of people. She said that as soon as she finished with the people in her queue, she would call me back. It has been 3 hours now, and no call. I have proof that I returned the items, and they just won't give me my money back. They also tell me to contact the store. I have called the store manager several times, and get the "have to investigate and we will call you back in 48 to 72 hours" speech, and never hear back from them. Today the customer service representative tried calling the store and no one answered! This is ridiculous! I just want to get my money back. They have had the product since December 2017!

I've been dealing with Sears CS for over 3 months trying to get my refund for a cooktop that was cancelled by them. They keep sending me email confirmations of case management case initiated. They insist I will receive another email confirmation they will refund me. I have to keep going in circles talking to overseas customer service with bad connection. They sound soo far away and hard to hear. Never order from Sears.com. Their service isn't like how it use to be.

I cancelled a mattress order January 7th an hour after I placed the order online. Sears still charged me $559 and it is Jan 27th and I still have not been refunded the money. I have called at least 8 times about this and have gotten different stories each time I have called. I've been guaranteed my money would be refunded, told I would receive emails within 72 hours and haven't. Each time I call customer service and ask to speak with supervisors, I am denied. I have asked to speak with their refund department but am also denied. I'm not sure what to do to get my money back.

Never order from Sears.com! Placed an order for 4 new tires to be picked up in store and get it installed, went to location waited for 2 hours, and came back to find out that the tire was no longer available, I requested for a cancellation. They said since I placed the order from the website, I would need to call Customer Service. After I left Sears, I called the customer service to cancel and so I was told they will refund my money back and it should be 3-5 business days.. it's been 5 business days, and so I called CS again, and now that person says, the refund would now take 3-7 business days..called again since its already 7-8 business days, Now male says I called to cancel the order a different day. So, I assume the first person I called to cancel, never documented saying I called to cancel to get refund. It wasn't hard for them to withdraw my money the same day I purchased it, You should be able to refund it. It's not like your a small business. I want my effin refund.

NEVER to business with sears.com! Customer service is HORRIBLE. I was charged for an item to be picked up in store, which was NOT available, after I was told the order was canceled and I was NOT charged. Tried to reorder to have shipped to my home and card was declined because they DID charge me for the first order, again I was told I was not charged. Now I am being told they will credit me in 3-5 days. I need this item at my home in 2 days! I have been on the phone for well over 2 hours now and still cannot reorder! Never will I do business with Sears again!
