Made a serivce call for 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Called at 11:15 to see if they were still coming. Got someone who could barely speak English. Keep repeating "you are on the route." After 21 minutes with her (with 39 minutes to go to noon), she gave me a supervisor. He said "You are still on the route for today." I asked him if he understood that we had taken 4 hours off work to get this taken care of and it has still not been taken care of. At 11:50 (while still on the phone), he finally told me there were two people ahead of our stop and it probably wouldn't happen by noon. I then aksked him if I had to wait another four hours and then still not get it taken care of. He kept repeating "I apologize, you are on the route." Finally he said if they couldn't make it out today (after waiting 8 hours on them), that I would have to reschedule the service call.
OMG they will NEVER hear from us again. I am going to post this everywhere I possibly can to let people what "SEARS services" really is like. Service my ****.
