    I have been double billed for my Pro Limewire. Had trouble ordering 360 Share Pro, placed order and before I could download it my computer errored and I couldn't down load it. After one hour of trying to download it I put it thru again and now I have been billed $62.36 twice on my Visa card.

    I booked a gas cylinder for refilling on 09-08-2007 and I was assured to get it refilled within 4 /5 days. Till 31-08-07 , I did not get it refilled , when I contacted the Agency i.e. M/s Nair Gas Service, Vikas Puri, New Delhi. The lady on reception replied rudely that you have not requested for booking earlier i.e. on 09-08-07 , and you have to book it again. She further asked to again book it today and the delivery would be made within next 4/5 days.

    I was told that I could search any record I wanted for 29.99 but have not been able to search any thing I wanted How do I get to the searchs I need with out having to pay any more money ; they said I could search for all recored but when I get to the part that I want to search they ask for more money, please Help!! RG
