SCS — lack of contact and lack of delivery of cushions
Store - Cribbs causeway Bristol
Trying to chase delivery of accompanying cushions for the 2 ex demo sofas purchased in October.
Have sent numerous emails to store - recived one reply from. Helpful colleague who said she would ask manager rob to phone me. He hasn't. I have since sent another 3 emails stating that he hadn't contacted me - no response.
This is the same manager that never replied when we had issues with our delivery date - he told us it would be a week as it was a store item, then we found out it was the week after when we were on holiday. We were them told scs were unable to store sofa. Finally we arranged for elderly parents to receive delivery whilst we were away.
All we want is our cushions delivered as promised.
