Scott Lieberman, disbarred Tucson attorney review: Sexual harassment and professional negligence

I hired Mr. Lieberman for what I thought (hoped) was a simple case 2-3 years ago. He kept getting overly familiar with me and would text me about things that were personal and not work-related and he got more and more inappropriate. He implied he wouldn't mind if I sent him inappropriate pictures. When I ignored that he asked if I wanted to see some of him. During all this he would sometimes discuss my case with me but never do anything about it.
He sounds like a creepy sexual predator who used his position to prey on emotionally vulnerable women and keep them as a captive audience by pretending to work their cases. Is he in jail?
