I bought a pocket bike for my son for Xmas. I ordered one at scootercrew.com a month before Christmas along with a helmet. When I received the bike it was damaged in several places. I called the company and emailed them several times and had to send pictures of the broken fairing. They told me they would replace it twice. We are now in middle January and I never received the helmet, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, they have told me that since I have complained to the Better Business Bureau, yahoo, aol, goggle and several other places that my warranty is VOID. They have threatened me and my son got a broken bike for Xmas. This company has the worst customer service ever. For 1 full month they had there voice mail pick up at all hours to avoid negative calls. I urge you to please shut these idiots down. They do not deserve to have a business! Thank you. I would hate to see anymore people get screwed and inconvenienced as much as I have.

I ordered a scooter about 7 weeks ago. It was in-stock when I ordered it and said 3-5 days shipping. When I did not receive an email notifying me of shipping, I called and they said that everything was backordered and due to ship in the next 2-3 weeks. That was 6 weeks ago. I have called about 6 times, each time they took my number and promised to call me back with an update, NEVER have I been called! I called again today and they told me that the scooters are "on a slow boat from China" and they don't know when they will arrive. After being asked yet again for my phone number so they could call me back, I asked the woman to cancel the order and she hung up on me. Now I have to send an email so they don't end up sending it to me. What a bunch of idiots! If you go on the website now, it says they have everything in stock and ready to ship - DON'T believe it! Run from this company and even if you have to spend more money, do so and go somewhere reliable!

Please avoid this company. When I ordered my scooter the web site said they would pay for return shipping if I was unsatisfied. The scooter came and the holes in the board were drilled incorrectly. I was told to take it to someone and pay to get them drilled correctly. I refused and told them I wanted to return it at their expense. They said that was impossible. By the the time I got back online they had changed their website to say that there were "no refunds" period. Fortunately, I had printed out their original website refund policy, but it still took weeks and many, many phone calls and emails to get them to arrange for pick up of the scooter. Then they attempted to charge me for the return postage and even sent it to a collections company that I'm still dealing with a year later. Save yourself a lot of headaches and by the same scooters through another company. There are several online. They all sell the same stuff from China.

Read the fine print. Screwercrew.com will not do anything but sell you a scooter period. No refunds, no help, no nothing. Once you pay for it you're on your own. The sales people are rude and ignorant.

We ordered a scooter 2 days ago from Scootercrew and it has already arrived. Took 20 minutes to put it together and our son has been riding it around the neighborhood all day. We have only Great things to say about Scootercrew. Order your scooter today with them. We will be ordering another scooter tomorrow.

I purchased a scooter from ScooterCrew and it arrived totally broken! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are a RIPOFF. Nobody is helping me get it fixed despite paying extra for a warranty. They told me to basically F-OFF when I called to tell them that they sent me a broken scooter.

We bought a pocket bike for our son's 10th birthday in April, 2007. It took a few weeks to get here, but it finally did on 5/11/07. Son rode it 4 times in one day around the yard. The next day, less than 24 hours later, he went out to the garage to ride the bike and there was a puddle around the bike. Hubby looked it over and determined it was gas. Took the seat off, and discovered there was a burr in the weld on the exhaust header pipe, which was rubbing against the plastic gas tank, and had melted a hole in the bottom of the tank. Hubby emailed Scootercrew immediately (tried to call, but got no answer), and they offered to SELL us the upgraded exhaust. Hubby wrote back and explained that it was the tank that was the major problem. Mind you, it took about 10 days to hear back from them (he tried calling, could never get an answer, left several messages). In the meantime, hubby filed down the burr, wrapped the header pipe in heat shield tape, and tried to use plastic weld on the tank. (Our son REALLY wanted to ride). So, it's now summer time, we travel A LOT in the summer. Got an email back from him while we were out of town on 2 week motorcycle trip, saying he would mail us a new tank at his cost, for $5 shipping, money order. We were not in the position to do anything about it at that point. When we got home, hubby emailed and asked if there was anyway we could pay by credit card or PayPal. He said no, only cash or money order, through the US Postal Service. So, hubby mailed the money order. Never heard another word from him. This is late July by now. Then, hubby calls him and emails him in late August to find out where the tank is. I'm not sure how he heard it, whether over phone or internet, but Scootercrew then tells him it's not up to him, but that we need to contact the manufacturer. We have no idea how to do this, and he's no help. So, today, I check the mail, and there's a thick, handwritten envelope in there, addressed to my hubby, with my hubby's name and address for the return address, too. Upon opening it, we discover all of the emails from my hubby printed out, and the $5 MO in there, no note, no nothing. I guess we should be glad that we got the $5 back, but we're still out over $200, including shipping.

Basically, avoid this business!
