Purchased the Machoman 250 in July 08, arrived several weeks later, damaged. Reported the damage to Scooter Nitro but they would not let me return it eventhough their website stated that the buyer had several days to return it. The website did not mention that it would be at the buyers cost to ship it back. From the very start things didn't work. We've only riden the bike 200 miles and have constant repairs, now totaling over $400. No bike shop will touch it because they cant get the parts. It's a beautiful bike, too bad it's now a $2000 paper wight in the garage. I'm willing to join an class-action law suit that is being considered

My machoman was purchased in July 2008, also. Like yours, mine is a paperweight do to faulty electrical system. Please let me know if you have any more information about that potential lawsuit.
