Scooter Depot/Sunny Sports Motors, moped / no title with vehicle, refusal to send, fraud, extreme rudeness

I purchased a moped from this company and received it with no title, which means I am unable to register or drive it. The vehicle was purchased on June 26th, and 2 months later I am still trying to force them to send the title. They either answer and hang up without saying anything, answer and say hold then put you on eternal hold either never to come back for over a 1/2 hour or to eventually come back after over 25 minutes, say they will call right back and not, or just refuse to help when you finally get a chance to talk to them. They have even answered with "wa wa waaaah, " and hung up! They wait weeks to respond to emails or not at all. They have tried to tell us they don't even have records of our purchase when we are providing them with invoice numbers, names, addresses, every bit of info, and we have credit records of our purchase. We have contacted the better business bureau, secretary of state, state police and attorney general, and paypal. We have been told to sue them. Paypal won't give us our money back or help either; they keep just telling us to, "contact the merchant, " even though we have explained the situation that we have made hundreds of calls and spent hours on hold to no avail. Now they are claiming they UPSed the title on August 13th but that they have no tracking number. We called UPS, and they said this is not possible and that the company had not sent it. (Clearly if they had it would have arrived by now anyway.) I can see no reason a company would operate like this about titles unless they are selling stolen product. Someone should be investigating. I know there are hundreds of complaints like this against this company and am interested in a class action suit with anyone interested.

    I too am waiting for a title and for an acknowledgement that they have received all my E-mails.
    They put me on hold forever and were very rude to me. I'm waiting for 2 damaged fenders to be replaced and sounds like I will have trouble getting them and my title.
