Scooter Depot selling used parts for new

I am repairing a customer's scooter and needed to replace the front fender sections and legshield. The parts representative told me they had the front fender sections in the color I needed. I asked about the legshield in the same color and was told I didn't want that one. I asked for a white one instead and he told me they had one.
I purchased all 3 components for $175.00. I have been in the motorcycle/scooter business over 35 years and knew that their price was too high, however I only had my customer in mind and not a profit, in order to expediate the repairs. I received the parts properly packed and the box in perfect shape. Upon inspection, the front legshield was in excellent condition and new. When I inspected the 2 front fender components, already assembled even though they should have been separate, it had scratches and gouges and was also obvious that it had been removed from another scooter because the mounting holes already had paint removed from where they were previously mounted. So instead of sending a new part, they sold me a take-off. I called their tech support line for parts and spoke with Alonso. He told me to take photos of the damaged fender and email them to [protected]@scooterdepot.us and he would call me the next day after reviewing them. I took 7 very detailed photos and sent them along with my written document as follows: (copy and pasted)
Dated Monday June 4, 2012 12:11pm
Parts were properly wrapped and shipping box was in perfect condition and properly labeled. Did not contain any packing list or invoice. Damages are on both pieces of front fender. No damage to front shield. Please send replacements asap so I can satisfy my customer.
Thanks
Next day goes by and no call back. The following day I called again and spoke with Chris. He said Alonso was not around and didn't know where he was, but he would be glad to help me. After explaining the situation to Chris, he asked me to also send him an email to [protected]@scooterdepot.us with photos and he would take care of it right away. I forwarded the email I had sent to Alonso and again did not hear back. Several days go by and again I call the tech support line. When asking for Alonso or Chris, I get a Daniel. He explained to me that Alonso was no longer in the picture with this situation and so he would "bite the bullet" and promised to send us a fender out right away. and after I receive it, I can then return the damaged parts.
Directly after my phone conversation with Daniel, I receive an email from Alonso which is as follows: (copy and pasted)
Dated Tuesday, June 12, 2012 11:51AM
Hi jennifer I cant replace these part because the don’t have substantial damage to make and order. Thank you.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
I called Daniel a few days later to verify that he shipped the fender as promised. He then stated he will go and check on it, and after a long phone hold, he stated it had not been shipped because his boss said that I needed to ship the part back to them before they would send us a replacement. I was also told by Daniel that I would be responsible to pay shipping for the return. I asked him if I send back these parts, will they send me my replacement or not. He stated they probably would. I asked him who is Alonso and is he your boss. He stated no, but only a co-worker that handled dealerships. Daniel then states for me to not ship back the damaged parts until he had talked with Alonso and that he wanted us to call back the next day.
Since we are at the point of our season where business is really busy, I waited a few days to return the call to Daniel. On Wednesday June 20th at 4:40pm CST, I called and Alonso answered. After he verified that he knew who I was and what the situation was, he apologized for not responding sooner becuase he had been in the hospital. I questioned him as to why he sent me an email stating the he would not replace the parts. He stated he was looking at my email with the photos right then and that he would take care of it and send me the fender parts today or tomorrow and to not worry about sending back the damaged ones. I asked him if I could call tomorrow and get a verification that he sent it, and he stated yes.
I have attached proof photos with this complaint submission.

Update: After many more calls to get some restitution or resolution, I received only the front half of the fender which had as much or more damage than the first. I was assured that the part would be inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality. It also was a take-off and not a new part. You ask yourself, How hard can this be?
An 11 year old has more common sense knowing if a small painted part has scratches and gouges all over it .
Makes you wonder who ties their shoes in the morning. I give up on these ###s to get anything correct. I know that I will never refer anyone or again do business with these idiots. Actually, when you have someone repeatedly doing the same thing expecting a different result, you have come to the conclusion with the term STUPID.
To put this in short term, this is a mass exhibition of gross inefficiency, perpetrated by mental midgets!

I ordered a 200cc street legal Enduro motorcycle. They called to tell me it was unavailable and would I want a 125cc dirt bike instead for the same price. After some research I found out they are not allowed to sell this model in California (emissions), so they lied to me. This company appears to be run by Chinese nationals with no clue - stay away from them!

Scooter Depot non working defective product

I purchased a 150cc trike from Sunny Sports on 8/12. received the vehicle with SOOO many damages that i could not even believe what i saw. I called and explained about the damages and was told to send pictures. I sent the pictures and have come to the conclusion that 9 parts need to be replaced. 9 VERY EXPENSIVE PARTS that this company doesnt have. They talk about how great their customer service is and how they have ALL the parts in stock. try calling them pretending to be a normal customer and ask for parts..see how long you wait before you talk to someone..i have documented every single call to this company as follow;

8/29/11 9:18amtotal hold time 16 minutes..on the call with Aaron for 1 minute and got cut off phone line went dead
8/29/11 9:43am total hold time 14 minutes talked to Kelly and he rushed me off the phone asking for pictures i had alreadysent to them 1 week ago

8/30/11 10:33am total hold time 13 minutes talked to Alonso he again asked me for pictures..i forwarded to him by the time he got back on the phone with me i was told he was going to luch at noon

8/30/11 2:18pm total hold time 24minutes while on the phone i advsised Herbert or whoever answered that i would place a stop payment on the order because of all the calls and no one has helped me.

MORAL OF THE STORY IS..BUY FROM SCOOTER DEPOT/ SUNNY SPORTS YOU MIGHT AS WELL CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD RIGHT AWAY TO MAKE A STOP PAYMENT BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY WILL THEY ALWAYS DO THE RIGHT THING..THIS COMPANY IS OUT THERE JUST TO GET PEOPLE'S MONEY AND ANY PROBLEMS THAT COME WITH IT THEY JUST IGNORE

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU DONT CARE TO LOOSE $1000 OR $2000 OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Scooter Depot MC-TS9 trike scooter

I purchased the MC-Ts9 trike from scooter depot .The people there were VERY friendly and helpful BEFORE the purchase. This trike arrived with several problems.. one main one was It had a GAS LEAK on the EXHAUST pipe! when i called to try to speak to the girl that sold it to me they kept putting me on hold. She wouldn't take my call. After about 5 attempts and being put on hold forever I was told she only deals with sales.Incidently (This girl was as friendly as a best friend before the sale. I was then told i needed to talk to technical support. I asked to speak to the mananger and a VERY RUDE woman told me in a very friendly soft voice She did'nt REALLY care i was having problems with the trike and that it was MY problem. As far as technical support, their knowledge of trikes is VERY limited. My husband had to figure out how to fix it. they were pretty useless.Forget replacment parts. the warrenty is a joke. It came with a scratched up windshield. i was told i had to pay to ship it back to them and then ONLY if THEY thought it needed replacing they would replace it. hmmm. This trike was suppose to be BRAND new.If it came damaged you would think the company would pay to have it shipped back wouldn't you?...You also have to wait forever for them to get the parts to you. they told me they have hundreds and hundreds of people that need parts, and that the more IMPORTENT issues are taken care of first. (Kind of a RED flag when they have THAT many people needing replacment parts in the first place)They lie to you too. They say it isn't but this is REALLY an icebear trike. My husband does all the mechanical work on it and it is labled icebear underneath where the parts are. It is a dumb thing to lie about but if they lie about the dumb stuff what about the more importent matters ? Will NEVER RECOMEND this place to ANYONE .CAUTION...Buy from here at your own risk!

TS9 Trike problems
Independence, US
Jun 22, 2011 2:28 pm EDT

We purchased our scooter used and what service that Scooter Depot offers is of no use.
I called about the owners manual and tool kit. The sales rep. stated that tool kit was for a one time use only and that owners manual only come with the trike when purchased new. I asked about their customer service department for an e-mail of the owners manual. They didn't offer that because their customer service dept. doesn't have any of the owner's manuals. What a bad decision on their part for future references?. I bought a used "Lifan" scooter and the people at Lifan said go to their website and down load the owner's manual I was looking for. What a difference in attitude and service from a company who wants your future business. Not like Scooter Depot.
When needing information about the type of fluid to use in the transmission I called and talked to the service technician Almonzo and he told me he didn't know what went in the transmission?
When I pressed him for the information as to where the transmission fluid goes into the top of the transmission he said he'd go out to the shop and look a the TS9 and let me know where it went. There is no top load screw to remove for the replacement of the transmission fluid but he informed me that there was diffinitely a top load screw to remove to put the fluid into. WRONG! The hose at the top of the transmission is the only accessible place to replace the fluid. The next question really bother me and if any one can help me it would be of a great assistance. HOW MUCH TRANSMISSION fluid ( ml was the answer I was looking for) is need to refill the transmission? HE SAID, "JUST FILL IT UNTIL IT OVER FLOWS!" What an answer from a technician trying to service owners of their products. There is NO FILL hole on the side of the transmission so over load it with good transmission fluid or gear oil as it is called 85w-90 is what I'm using. I did as they said and didn't use the GL-5 but did find some GL-4 at NAPA which is much better suited for the transmission. The Warning sign on the rear end reads use ONLY GL-3 but GL-3 is not available and GL-5 has some additives which might damage the transmission. The GL-4 is an upgrade of the GL-3 and doesn't have the additives that the GL-5 has. So beware when changing the transmission gear oil.
Please contact me if you have an owner's manual for the "Trike TS-9" so we can work together to solve the problems the dealer doesn't want to hear about. E-mail me at tandemtownusa@msn.com or call me in the Kansas City area [protected]

Fellow consumers with buying items from Sunny Sports Inc and getting misrepresented - I guess I will see all of the above in my County Court House - Will keep you posted!

Consumers - Please contact the CA State Attorney General for Consumer Fraud - my case is being investigate by Mr. Zinzun and Ms. Adrian Javier. They have more than 50+ documents/evidence against them from me. They are aware of this website to include the Better Business Bureau that have over 200 complaints not answered by Sunny Sports Inc and all of their Alisases companies. Together we can raise enough Consumers Complaints in order to show how fraudulent this company is – they won’t even address the Better Business Bureau. They will have to answer to the pending complaint with the Attorney General if enough people complain. I am the “spear” just need enough ripped off/angry consumers to be the “SHAFT!” against this company(ies):

Bought a Gokart from them in Feb 10 for my son's 11 year old b-day. They knew all of my son's details. They stated the gokart they sold was perfect. The gokart is suppose to carry up to 400 lbs and 2 seater. I later was told by them the persons can not be taller than 48 inches but the Gokart has a plate riveted that no one under 16 years old can drive it. I guess only midgets older than 16 years old and under 4 feet can drive. Totally misrepresented. Thank God I used my VISA. My bank has all evidence and refunded my $1, 167.00 within 2 days. I have filed back in Feb 10 a complaint with my local police department. My attorney has contacted them but seems that NO ONE, to include Ms. Amy Barnes, wants to sign their name to any documents – probably aware their signature will be used against them in a court of law.
Well, I got back all of my money from my bank AND I still have the gokart. I suspect they want the GoKart back because they will try (it will not happen with me – I fight back legally) and impose about a $700.00 return policy they have (impossible to comply for an honest consumer if you read it).
I have filed a Small Claims Lawsuit and awaiting for them to come to court on 8 June 2010 in Kentucky. A consumer can legally do that even though they are in California. Ms. Barnes threatened me with their attorney (yeah, right! ). My attorney has contacted them in writing. Don’t feel threatened by them if you are not in California – know the law about internet commerce. They HAVE to file a lawsuit in YOUR state and NOT in California where their company is based from.
Put in the California Better Business Bureau their name/address and you will see the hundreds of complaints against them! Not being libel or slander – just informing the public on this company’s business ethics/dealings. Good luck! Angry US Army Retired Soldier in Kentucky.

Considering the wholesale prices that were offered to me by Scooter Depot, I decided to start a business selling go karts and scooters. Little did I know that Scooter Depot did not back up their warranties. I've purchased 15 go karts and 2 scooter from them. Out of the 11 go karts sold, almost every go kart incurred some type of problem that I did my best to repair and replace parts for my customers. I ordered the parts from Scooter Depot in early December 2010 and as of 1 March 2011 I have yet to receive any parts. In order to please my customers, thinking I would get support and service from Scooter Depot as one of their dealers, I have:

Replaced an entire go kart for a blown engine; Scooter Depot will not back up the engine warranty nor will they send me a simple head gasket to repair the blown engine.

Used another new go kart to replace the engine on a customers go kart due to another blown engine. Still haven’t received the head gasket. Get this, they wanted a picture of the blown gasket. If I were not mechanically inclined this would have been a difficult tasking.

Another go kart was returned for a bent axle; refunded customer. Scooter Depot will not send a replacement axle.

Another go kart was returned for a broken gear shifter, broken mirror, broken steering gear; refunded customer. Can not get the parts for them.

A different go kart had the steering gear broke. Scooter Depot would not send the replacement part so my customer found another company to send him the part.

The list goes on. We have decided to shut down our business, wasting thousands of dollars, just over the quality of Scooter Depot’s service and dependability.

I thought I was going to start a business and use scooter depot as a wholesale resource. I have received and sold several go karts from them all of which has had some type of problem or another. They do not ship "FREE" parts even though I paid for the additional warranty to have 6 months free parts. In fact, two months later, I'm still waiting for the same parts and they said..."we didn't have them in stock". I am shutting my business down because of their lack of service.

Scooter Depot Big Scam

Don't buy there, rather take your money and give it to some poor bum at the streets! These guys just scam you. One big ripoff! I bought a scooter in March 2010 - got a 2008 model. It's supposed to have ABS brakes - of course it doesn't have them. No engine kill switch on the kick stand - no safety inspection! First take off the kick stand, because if there isn't one, it will not be inspected! Because of the age of the scooter it's totally rusty already - actually it should rust on me while I drive it over the years, well they took care of that for me - somehow?!?
They don't have a customer support after sales - just before sale they talk to you!
I got my lawyer and the credit card company working on this case now - because these scammers don't talk to me on the phone.

Scooter Depot Scooter doesn't run

H O R R I B L E! Stay away! We ordered a pink scooter. Customer service and delivery were flawless. Drove it 2.8 miles and that was it... dead in the water. My husband had to take the carburator off and send it back for a new one. Just got that and it leaks from every gasket. Now we need another carburator from them and keep wasting money now for return freight. What a waster of money! By the time he does get a brand new scooter working, it will be winter and I won't be able to ride it, and that is only if we ever get it fixed.

My scooter from "Scooter Depot" doesn't run either...and when it did the front two wheels wobbled so bad at 30 m.p.h. it was unsafe to operate it...it sits idle at the cost of $ 2, 437.00 ! Look at www.topix.com post # 525 Greg out of San Antonio, Texas is gathering people for "Class Action" lawsuit in his "Reply"...I answered him and am waiting to see...since so many people are having problems with this company listed by : Scooter Depot & Sunny Sports...also look at www.pissedconsumer.com type in scooter depot...you'll see that me and you got scammed big time. So, you can take loss or join a class action lawsuit or fight on your own...Thanks for your posting ! L.J. in Austin, Texas

Scooter Depot Terrible service

I read the complaint here and said it was just other people complaining.I was very wrong in not trusting what other consumers had to say. If you buy from this company, you will have to but some anti depressant also.I bought the 150cc atv for my daughter and the salesman was really helpful. When I got it delivered, the battery was bad. 2MONTHS LATER OF ME TRYING TO GET SOME SERVICE, I still don't have a battery. I call and get put on hold and then disconnected. They never call back, respond to emails or have the brains to take care of a customer. If you want to buy something from them, send your money to me and I won't send you what you want and never take your call. That will be the something you will get from them

I recently bought a motorcycle from you guys. having never bought somthing this big over the internet I was a little aprehensive. After purchasing I did some research on your company. I seen a few negative reviews and did not realize that was a small snapshot of what was what most companies would have selling that volume. I call back very paniced and spoke to Anna I must have spoke to her many time and every time she has been very polite and professional. I can only imagine how hard it is for this wonderfull lady to deal with people like me. Altho I am never derogitory I know I can be a pain as I have ADD and will call often. That being said I would like to apologise to Anna and any one else I gave a hard time to. I would also like to point out to anyone on the fence about purchasing from you guys to set there mind at ease. I recieve the bike and title from you guys in a timly manner in perfect condition. Also with the assemble videos you have online assemble was a brease. You will have my business again and again as I will be purchasing a dune buggy soon for my grandson. Thanks again guys Mark Hammonds

I called about Scooter Depot's advertised prices and found that these were bogus! For example, the JM26 is advertised at $579, but is actually $850 w the 6-mo warrantee and $199 for shipping (neither of which was indicated in the ad). since the 6-mo warrantee is not optional, it should be included in the ad price and, of course, shipping cost should be noted up-front. I mentioned this to the Scooter Depot rep, but he acted clueless. I was ready to purchase this scooter, but after my call I decided to research further. Fortunately, I came across this website. I would suggest calling the BBB and Chamber in Chico and then following up with Calif Off of Consumer Affairs in addition to the State Attorney General's Office.

I have purchased 50 products, as I am a dealer and I guess that is where attitude counts, when we are upset people are less responsive, when we react with a better attitude, oyhers are more willing to help, no company is perfect, and yes, I have had some problems, yet so what if you buy a product for 35 percent of an in state purchase and you need a professional to help? Do people expect perfection?I have dealt with them for months and developed a relationship, just took a bike back as it was to small for the rider, and opgrated him. Did I make money, no, yet that is business, I am sure that many have had real issues, yet let us be real, Michael, Dealer.

I ordered a 150 cc scooter from Scooter Depot, and have been told it is
on the truck, should be here by the end of this week. So far I am not
impressed with their customer service, and as far as getting an answer on e-mail...forget it! In the literature on their web site I read
they are supposed to let you know when the product it shipped and also the tracking info. Well, I'm still waiting and have not received
anything as yet (1 week!) As far as the scooter is concerned, I hope I
do not get a lemon as some others have. I will withhold judgement on
it until I get the scooter.

I ordered 2 mopeds from them...it took almost 2 weeks to get them and one was the WRONG color...had to send it back and took over 2 weeks to get the second one...even though they told me TWICE they put a rush delivery on the order...bullllcrap...bunch of liars. The titles also took FOREVER to get and without the titles, cant register them. I would not refer anyone to buy from them...very bad service and don't care for their customers. NOT A GOOD COMPANY!

I just recieved My scooter today. Yes, I knew it was a chinese produced moped, and that's why the price was so cheap. The reason I went ahead and bought it is because, even though items aren't name brand, it doesn't mean they wont function the same. Look at all the generic items there are out there...and it's all the same. So yes, do not buy if you dont know some of your way around a bike. I did have to assemble and charge the battery myself, which I found suprising. As well as maintenance to the carborator due to too low idle rpms. But nothing too complicated. I'm 18 myself, and so far so good, I've contacted tech support a few times and they were overall helpful. Except for the last guy said that there was faulty wiring in my starter switch and I'd have to rewire it myself. I checked, nothing wrong. Guess why the bike wouldn't start? The kickstand was down. Apparently, the kickstand is also a kill switch and it took my own frustration to figure that out, not a tech support guy telling me to rewire my new moped. So useless maintenance was done and an extra hour of work for no reason, but I will keep updated on how the bike is running. Everything takes a little work, just take the time to do it, and life usually runs smoothly.
Let's hope my bike does the same.

Until the next update...
Elliot

I bought a Scooter from ScooterDepot and had a pretty good experience. I ended up going back and buying one for my wife too. The bikes did not come with a manual, but when I called the support dept. they were able to email me one. I've called back a few times and the people who answer the phone were nice and overall I'd recommend them to anyone. They have been in business for longer than most all other companies and it seems they do care about the customers they sell vehicles to.

Scooter Depot Bad product & service

I purchased a scooter from Sunny Sports/Scooter Depot. I have had nothing but problems with it since I received it (later than promised). First, I paid extra to have it delivered with a lift truck but it came with one driver and no lift so I had to find someone to help the driver unload it. Then I had to replace the fuel filter because it was cracked. The turn signals don't work correctly. Sometimes they won't come on. Now, the scooter won't start at all. I have emailed and called Sunny Sports several times. When calling there is always 3 or more people on hold before me. I have asked twice that they call me but have not received a call. I wrote an email giving them a date by which I expected to hear from them before I contacted my attorney but that date has come and gone with no response. I have had five people that I know try to work on this scooter but noone knows what is wrong. I have tried to get a professional to look at it but since it is an off-brand and from China nobody will touch it. All I wanted was some guidance on what to do with this scooter. I have never been treated so badly nor ignored so obviously. Anyone ordering from this company should have their head examined. My appointment is tomorrow. Seriously, the website says how great their customer service is but I beg to differ.

This company is horrible - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I've been begging them to send the scooter I paid for on October 12 (it's now November 4) and after emailing back and forth begging for a phone call, my moped or my money refunded, today I received an email from them stating that they didn't receive any emails from me, that they've been calling me (they have NOT), etcetera. Now I have to figure out how to get my $900 + back from them! I actually had to cancel my credit card for fear they would put more charges on it!

Jason the suppose to be manager of customer service avoids contact, wants pictures of electrical problems, is willing to pay for parts if I can prove that they are defective. The cart is sitting in my garage with so many problems and it has less than 20 miles on it. I am still on the first tank of gas. He expects me to transport it to a mechanic and I should pay for this along with any troubleshooting done. I just paid $1100.00 for this and it is unsafe.

The brakes are howling all the time, is that normal? He told me to pull the rear axel and repack the bearings...I aam not a mechanic, nor is it my responsibility to pack bearings in a new cart.

Bottom line is my 10 year old daughter was driving this and I no longer trust the steering, can Sunny Sports guarantee that it will not come undone again? I attached a clamp above the steering clamp hoping to prevent it from popping off again. The time it happened my daugher was driving it and was only going 10 mph, what would have happened if she had been going 35 mph?

Broken Parts, all in the first 3 hours of driving. Also I had to push it back 2 miles when the steering and chain went out.

Headlights
Steering
Dash
Cluth housing
Chain guard housing
Rear Breaks are howling
Electrical, after it heats up it stops running
Battery disscharge, probably to do with the constaant need to restart the cart
Chain will not stay tight, contantly having to retighten it to stop it from coming off.

They sent me a headlight a clutch housing that I had to ggrind down so the chain would not hit it. The dash was damaged on shipment and they did not send another one. I sent them detailed pictures along with the carrier doing the same.

I purchased a Scooter from this store. It came defective, to return it, will cost you $200 bucks. Save your time and money and DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

They expect you to try and fix it, part by part, when THEY sent it with a defective parts.

Had 3 more people that wanted to buy SCooter, good thing they waited to purchase after I got mine. I saved them time and money. They will be going elsewhere.

They sold me on 07/01/09 what they said was a Roketa DB-36 200cc Dirt Bike. It is not a Roketa or anything like one. It came with no instruction, no serial number or who the manufacture is. Tried to purchase a rear wheel and of course they do not stock the wheel or will tell me where to purchase one. Tried to purchase a wheel on the internet but nobody has it so I guess I'll use the dirt bike as a paper weight. When you call for customer support or parts, plan on spending atleast 1 hour on hold. I see on the internet that they now go under four differant names.. HUMMMMM wounder why. This is only one of nine differant problems I have had with this dirt bike.

I'm having the same front end wobble or shimmey once the scooter goes over 35 m.p.h. The company will not even send a "Mechanic's Voucher" to correct the problem ! I balanced the two front wheels at "Pep Boys" and adjusted the camber on both sides to No Avail ! The company is telling a run around story about ordering parts for you...caught them in several lies...Now I'm demanding a order confirmation number or tracking number for the parts they said were ordered and they have NOT produced this in over 70 days ! I'm NOT messing with them anymore...Very upset about a new scooter having so much problems...it's less than 3 months old and is falling apart piece by piece ! go to www.topix.com look for post # 525 Greg from San Antonio, Texas and send him a "Reply" if you're interested in joining a "Class Action Lawsuit" against "Scooter Depot" and "Sunny Sports" and any C.E.O. of this organized scam company screwing people around on these so called quality scooters and A-1 customer service...that is FRAUD at it's highest level with a "Website" that is still online taking advantage of buyers as you are reading this email...Join or swallow and take the LOSS...L. seriously worried:
I ordered a moped from this company. They called me that very same day to say they only had that moped in pink. I changed the order for a similar one but they haven't given me a confirmation email. I heard that it took 8-9 days but it been 13 and I have a feeling I am going to be waiting a lot longer for it. I am incredibly worried now, after seeing this site. I am trying to save money for college and couldn't afford a car to get to campus so i figured a moped was the way to go. I don't have $1, 000 to blow off but I feel like that is what I have just done. I definitely should have done my research. I am already regretting this, and I haven't even got the bike.
