Extreme unethical employee treatment including verbal threats and harassment, unwelcome comments, racial slander and an volatile work environment. This company should be investigated for employee harassment and abuse in the workplace.
I have heard that the company has a nightmare for a president and they treat their staff horribly.

Maybe you should spend this much energy on getting your books back. If you spend this much time complaining about other people's complaints maybe you would have your money back by now.
This was supposed to be about a former employer who basically sounded exactly like you.
All profiles are public here, just wanted to see what kind of a person spent so much time and energy correcting people's complaints.

I'll chime in a few years too late. The "president" has zero idea what he is doing, and has finally driven the company into the ground, recently laying off over 30 people. He is a nightmare. He berates employees, screams and yells and gets loud just to get his way. He has zero business sense. He shouldn't be making $3, 500 a year let alone the $350, 000 salary he pulls down. Incredible how big of a joke this company and this man is.
This company first of all has the worst woman in the world answering their phones. I believe her name is "Nancy"- she was rude, disrespectful and then hung up when I called for a refund. Their service is trerrible and consists of pre-recorded old television programs that are terrible quality, very choppy and LONGgggggg download times (Which really shouldn't be an issue). They are using programming that is so old that I find out I could stream FOR FREE. The president of the company argued that this was a unique service because I could "keep the program" like I want some bad quality, old program! The idiot actually believes that people are going to think this is the best service when in fact IT IS'NT. Don't waste your money folks- the people at SCOLA are under some dilusion that this is the SH** and it is- SH**!
