Scion XB / Misleading customers for business

I was called from Richard Ferrari a salesman at Preston Toyota (which who i had leased a Matrix from) He said he had great news that They would pay off my lease to get me in a new car. I still had 2 years on my Matrix. I said "only if it benefits me cause I only have 2 years left on my Matrix lease". He said "Absolutely". I then drove from Youngstown, Ohio to New Castle Pa to hear the deal. When i arrived he tried to lease me a Yaris, Which I did not fit my needs, it would not be enough room. We then agreed on a Scion XB. Little did i know they were adding on Negative Equity from my Mattrix to my new Scion payment. I thought when they said Paid Off it meant Paid Off. They assumed I knew this. So Just because they were slow on business they were misleading people. I am a honest hard working person who was just taking advantage of by a big company. I wanted my Matrix back the next day and they said they couldn't give it back to me cause they Paid It off..no they didn't, It was in my new payment. I have contacted the BBB of PA and the Attorney General of PA, if it doesnt help me, maybe it will someone one else purchasing a car at Preston Toyota of New Castle.

    My wife and I purchased a Toyota Scion XB from this dealer, William Smith was the salesman no problem with him. It was the service person that was very rude, his name was Tony T. We had to put it thru maryland inspection which was something else it didn't pass inspection we needed two back tires, frontend alignment, wheels unbalanced, tint on window didn't pass few other things also, so when we took it back the oil was dirty claim they changed it but it wasn't. Tony put two new tires on the back but they were different, he Tony T said he would take the maintenence required off the dash he didn't do it, Well to make a long story short 2 hours one way I thought Tony T was very rude and rushing us in and out. I think we should be paid back for all the work we had to get done that should of been done in the first place. My wife and I would like to talk to someone about this issue.
