The pan lost it's non-stick properties after about 1 year. I contacted the company and they asked for a photo of the pan and suggested I do a procedure involving boiling and soaking water and baking soda.

The pan became unusable several weeks ago. I contacted them again and got the same run-around with photos and emails and telling me it was my fault.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in New York, NY Believe me, the pan was carefully cared for.

There is nothing one can do to get them to honor their warranty. That's clear. Last night I walked down the hall of my building and threw it away. My AllClad and Cuisinart and even Farberware are still fine.

This is truly a Scam. They have no interest in customer service or repeat business. That's why the pans are so expensive. Don't do it.
