Cocomo Misleading product title/description and rude customer service

Bought the meal replacement shake in shopee.sg where it indicate 5 flavour pack (any 3 flavour choice) so I thot if I buy the pack, I would receive 5 canisters but with 3 flavour of choice but apparently only receive 3 canisters. No indication of number of canister or bottle in the description as well. Feedback the misleading title on the product placement to the seller but seller replied rudely. Product was not delivered in carton box to prevent it from denting but it was wrapped with the paper wrapper and large plastic envelope.

Cocomo expiring in 10 days, seller disagree on refund

Ordered a box of ampoules from cocomo via qoo10, and they sent me an item 10 days before expiry (another one being 6 months from date of expiry -this one I can let slide) and adamant on not giving a refund. Told me I should have checked with them before my purchase should I want a longer expiry date rudely and dismissively, AND ARROGANTLY. Excuse me, what do you think is an appropriate time before sending a customer skincare? Ridiculous seller. After I raised this short expiry issue, cocomo removed the ampoule series off from their listing citing 'sold out'. also blocked me on all socials after. This kind of attitude will not get you business. Thankfully qoo10 refunded me after more than 2 weeks of chasing, which is a separate matter of incompetency OR bc seller refuses to let me get a refund. No matter what, do not forget lemon law exists.

Desired outcome: Already gotten refund from qoo10, presumingly out of their own pockets, but cocomo is one of their merchants so it is rightful they take responsibility

Cocomo Oseque high end touch foundation

I have ordered oseque high end touch foundation and 1 more product from cocomo website singapore. They had taken my money and didn't gave my products. I tried to emailed them but no responses. I also had whatsapp but they are not responding, the lady is so rude and a big lier and she even blocked me in whatsapp. All my money is lost now. That lady should be in jail for her deeds. She is making fool to everyone by doing frauds. Never buy any product from cocomo website. One day, this cocomo company will be closed for their illegal activities.

Cocomo Scam promotion

Promotion is buy 2 free 1. Seller is a dishonest hooligan company. Only sent 2 and refused to send the free box. Fraud! Do not buy from cocomo. sg or their shops in Qoo10 or lazada. Seller is very rude and disgusting! Stingy! Knows it's her mistake still pretend nothing happened. Damn thick skinned! Never come across such seller. Dishonest piece of crap. Hope she wind down her business. Scammer.

I found a human hair almost 2 inches long in the cocomo biscuit and it's cooked in it, That is gross and disgusting at the same time.

Now what should I do?

do I post it on social media with proof or complain it to the food authority?

These things are poison for our children. No one is allowed to play with our kid's life.
