Purchased a cell phone with Verzon service through this "vendor" of Sams Club. I though that I was receiving a "Go Anywhere, peace of mind protection plan"...(Their words) when I added the $125.00 to my purchase. My sales rep, Andy Sobchuk was either not listening or was looking at the commission he would recieve when I explained I was a sailor and would probably need coverage if the Blackberry got banged around. It did and I was sadly informed that the warranty by Federal Warranty Service Corporation did not provide my needed coverage. I trusted the rep and got hosed. READ THE SMALL PRINT! Also, these people are NOT Sams Club employees and you may not get the same response you'd expect from a normal organization. Furthermore, it is rumoured that SC (Sams Club?) Kiosks may in fact, be acquired by Sams Club. These employees may be disgruntled do to the rumors that they will become hourly employees with NO commission.
BUYER BEWARE!

I feel bad for you that you purchased a warranty without reading what the warranty covered, thats unfortunate. Why buyer beware you purchased a cell phone and banged it around then were upset that it couldnt be replaced because you purchased a warranty and not insurance lol. People need to quit pointing fingers at people and take responsibility for their own actions and quit being babies, buyer beware i make random purchases and dont read anything about the product I purchased. You bought a new phone there and got one along with great service i bet, you paid for a beat warranty instead of insurance and actually have the audasity to admit online that you didnt know and you think people should listen to your complaint, grow up.
