SC Kiosk in Sam's Club / Cell Phone Warranty Replacement
We purchased 2 Blackberry Cell Phones at the SC Kiosk in Sam's Club with Sprint as the carrier on June 2010. We purchased a 2Yr Wireless Replacement Plan, which was paid in full up-front. We were advised that we simply had to return the phone to them for a replacement phone at no charge if there were any problems. My husbands phone is no longer working properly and when we went to Sams were advised that the Kiosk is now run by Sams and they gave a number we could call about the Warranty. When calling the number -[protected], we were given a reference number and told we could take the phone to any Radio Shack Store for a replacement. The staff at Radio Shack says they no nothing about the warranty and the ref # isn't something they use or are familiar with.
