SC International Garments & Accessories Co. Ltd review: Defective products and dishonest supplier 2

Our company imported 1.019 shirts from the supplier SC International Garments & Accessories Co. Ltd. 400 of these shirts had SERIOUS DEFECTS, which meant wasted money and products. These were all products we could not use or sell, because they had problems like: black threads on white shirts, no buttons, wrong designs and so on. The list of defects is huge.

We contacted the supplier's owner, Celia ([protected]@sc-fashion.com) for a solution to the problem. This is the worst part of the case.

Her answer was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST. Even though we sent her more than 30 pictures of the defects, PROVING the defects, she simply said "we are not responsible for that" and accused us of making this up.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER! THEY HAVE UNACCEPTABLE QUALITY AND ARE VERY DISHONEST! IT WAS THE WORST SUPPLIER WE HAD IN CHINA. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY!
