SBI Credit Cardambiguity in billing

From last six months I m using SBI Card. It's the worst card I've ever used.Customer service is very bad. Customer care executives don't have the manners of how to talk to their customers. Billing statements have lot of ambiguities because of which I've been charged 400Rs. extra for finance charges and when tried to talk to call center they talk very rudely.

This is my advise to all people. Plz don't go for SBI credit card.
