State Bank of India [SBI] status of my transferred account

Sir,
My S/B A/c No. [protected] has been transferred from SBI, Biharsharif Bazar on 21.01.2008 to New Market, Patna Branch.
I have gone to collect my Pass Book & MICR Cheque Book on 17.07.2009 to the New Market, Patna for
S/B A/c No. [protected], but Mr. P. P. Singh & L. K. Martand, Customer Relation Officers not given my transferred Pass Book. They told me that pass book has not came this branch till date & inform us to confirm my Account Status from Biharsharif Bazar branch, but they also verified my SIGNATURE on their computers itself positively without reaching of SPECIMEN SIGNATURE. Why bank officials worried me a lot.
I, therefore, request you to kindly issue new pass book & MICR cheque book & send both the same positively with OPERATING of my Account at an earlier date.

Complaint lodged on 27.06.2012, regarding non-return of original documents after complete and full disbursement of Home Loan. The loan has been taken from SBI, Southern Avenue Branch, 129-A, Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Road, Kolkata - 700026, W.B.
Complaint Ticket No. CC-[protected]. No response received regarding redressal of the said complaint.

SBI IRCTC Card

I got a call from a man telling that he is calling on behalf of IRCTC (Really they r agents for SBI credit Card).
He told that irctc offers u card with the following benefits

1.No platform ticket for any railway platforms in INDIA(No rly officials r aware of it)
2.No charges for internet ticket booking(1%).
3.10% Cash back for AC tickets.
4.Railway points for all the tickets booked online using the card.
5.It also can be used as credit card.
6. Initially Rs 500/- payment in that Rs 350 as rly point.

As it was Saturday I said call me on Monday I will come after looking in deep the full details.But he dint give me time and he said it is a offer for ur transactions in IRCTC .But after applying it on Sunday I came to know that what he said was all bull and AC tickets 10 % cash BACK, rly points etc all for AC(2 tier), I Class and not for 2 class, 3rd AC ETC.
The telecaller dint mention me

1.No points or benfits for 3rd AC, 2 sleeper, 2 Sitting(10% cash back and rly points for only for AC(2 tier), I Class).
2.He dint tell that I have to pay rs 300 from 2 year onwards.
3. No rly officials r aware of irctc card holder no need to take platform ticket.
4. Only after gaining 500 points u can book ticket in AC 2 Tier and I Class and not in other low seatings.
I am non AC travellor and the card is simple credit card for now to me(when there r free credit cards available from others this is a paid card).

So be careful when this call comes to u.Think whether it is useful to u and go for it.

When I had taken the card the agent told me that you can show this card instead of platform ticket but the TC has fined me 350/- rs i am not why people give wrong information to user or railways guys are not aware of technology.

Dudes don't even think of this Waste card, I got this card one week back, and today i got a call from SBI saying they are deducting 1100 change buck from my card for some theft coverage, Even after saying that i am not interest he keep on saying this is a mandatory for every SBI customer so there is no way you can say no wat the F**K, Dudes please don't apply for this card stay away . I am gng to cancel this card tomorrow don't need this bullS**t one

I also got a message... thank you for your interest in SBI card.your app no - [protected] will be processed in 21 days. you can track ur application status online at www.sbicard.com but when I checked it was mentioned that We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. Hi guys, above points are correct. You will get better idea while interacting with agent called you. If you are booking railway tickets in 2nd AC, then only it is useful. Otherwise also, if you fill over Rs.500 petrol at any petrol pump, then transaction fee is waived off.

State Bank of India [SBI] irregularty in seding statement aof account

I am a sbi credit card hold er and for the last two month iam facing a unique problem for which I had also lodge acomplaint to feedback. [protected]@ge.com and head [protected]@ge.com refrence 'caseid=[protected]'. that is I am getting massages from courrier co that the statement of account has been delivered on such and such to so and so person if not received the n send us the massage to 56767.in responce to my complaint I have received a mail today that you can view your statement of acount on your net and so many way but not like to inform me that thecourrier co will delivered the statement to the addressee the mail sent by meenakshi garg - customer service.
Please forward this complaint to the ceo/cmd of the sbi for proper action.

State Bank of India [SBI] for the settelment of credit card no.[protected]

After paying full repayment of card no.[protected].
The sbi employee has given in writting on the back side of recipt no.5263653, dated 6/5/2006 & cheqe no.011904 dated 9/5/2006 of rs.10000/- (after clearing this cheqe no.011904, card no.[protected]. will be setteled. no arrears will be on card no.[protected]). but thgat cheqe was not used by your bank.
on 9/5/2007, your employee asked me that cheqe no.011904 has miss plased & he demand another cheqe of rs.10000/-. i gave a cheqe of rs.10000/- on dated 9/5/2007. your employee Mr. Satish has given in writting on the back side of reciptno.8002811 & back side of cheqe no.017641, (cheqe no.011904. has miss plased so demanding of sbi V.M. Pandey is giving this cheqe as settelment cheqe.
after clearing of the cheqe no.017641. sbi will sent settelment letter to V. M. Pandey) but till today I did not receive settelment leter & your employee are demanding more money.
i sent two letters to your head office with xerox copy of recipts & cheqes but no response has come from your side.
so i request you kindly send settelment letter with in fifteen day other wise i will go to court.

State Bank of India [SBI] misbehaviour towards customers

Hi All

I went today to SBI North Paravur Branch to open a New Savings Account along with a new Demat Account...This is what happened when I went and inquired about opening a new Account..

Me : I want to open a new...
Woman at Customer Relations Desk : (Points to the side and says) There...(And turns her face away).
I goes to where she pointed and struggles to find out the Account opening Form...
it was a blue booklet with lots of pages..I was confused whether I have to fill in all the pages and wanted to know what all types of accounts are available etc So I goes back to the Woman at the Desk..
Me : Excuse me..(No one listens) After trying once again I thought well I shall give a try..
then I thought how can I apply for the account and DEMAT account without knowing about the different Fees etc...I had also written a check to pay the initial deposit and wanted to ask whether I should pay in cash, Should I go and take photocopies of my ID documents etc..
So I goes back to the lady and ask whether she will help me fill the form.
Woman at Customer Relations Desk : (Lady at the desk lifts her face and looks at me with an irritated face) NO - You have to do everything yourself.
Me : OH..(I goes back to where I picked the form and places it back there and heads out of the bank).
The lady continues talking to the assistant manager at the next seat...

While heading back I looks back into the BANK I see a Husband and wife talking to another executive.
If this is the condition when there are only 2 customers at the BANK premises what will happen when there are a handful!

mr. dixit devisional manager sbi main branch aligarh ka behaviour
theek nahi hai unhone mujh se meri file ke serve ke liye 20000Rs. mange hai, mene dene se mana kiya toh mujhe jati suchak shabd kahe.
aur mujhse kaha me teri file ka serve nahi karunga, na aur koi is file
ko pass kar sakta hai kyonki mene is file ko pass hone ka time nikal
diya hai, aur mujh se kaha jisse chahe us se keh do me teri file ko poora
nahi hone dunga.

State Bank of India [SBI] non receipt of cheque book and behavior of branch manager

I am having SB account with state bank of india, Hesaraghatta Main Road, Chikka banavara port, Bangalore. Branch code no.10499.

I submitted my chequest requrest form on 20-06-09 and till today i have not received cheque book. Today i personally went to bank and met bank manager and enquired about this he is replied very orogantly the cheque book might have despatched by their cheanni branch and asked me to go and enquire with post office. I couldn't able to understand why should i go and enquire with post office and also he is not bothered to provide me despatch details. When i said what type of service i am getting from SBI he cooly said if you are not happy close your SB account. Nobody expects this type of response from branch manager. Requesting to advise bank manager to provide cheque book immediately and also advise how to behave with customers.

I want to submit a complaint against a branch of SBI in vishwas nagar, shahdara, delhi-32. They are not providing Demand Draft service. and there is another SBI branch near Baburam School, Shahdara, delhi-32.They have system Error problem from 1 week.please its a request to do something against them...

That SBI manager in hesaraghatta road branch bangalore is really an irritating fellow. He is always barking like dog on all customers. oneday I asked How much DD commission for Rs. 10011 with him. That old ### not listened my question properly and he replied commission for 10000 rupees. Then I told check for 10011. He shouted like street dog at me...It become shame to me infront of everybody. even I also shouted nicely...Really I dont like to enter That Bank premises.
I request kindly transfer that idiot to some desert branch. But one thing I dont understand if any teenage girls coms and ask 100 questions also he answers unnecessarily for long time by wasting his precious time.

AND IN THIS CASE WHEN I MEET BRANCH MANAGER THEN THE ATTITUDE OF BRANCH MANAGER IS NOT GOOD AND HE SAID THAT I WILL NOT DO

State Bank of India [SBI] false statement

Dear Sir,
I used to have a Sbi credit card in the year 2006/2007. At that period I purchased something and made the payment to credit card Via Cheque but somehow that cheque was dishonored and returned to me . So I have made a cash payment for the same . As there were some problems in the billed amount I thought I better cancel the SBI credit card.I Called the customer care and after confirming about my account they canceled it in the year 2007.
But 1 week earlier I got a statement narrating that I got huge due and payment department calls me every morning saying when I will make the payment which is totally irritating. Please suggest what to do about it .

State Bank of India [SBI] one time settlement

This is a serious complaints against SBI credit card which was issued to me. The card no is [protected]. The card got expired on Jan 2008.To my dismay I have been receiving the card statement every month with interest charges after my card got expired. I have not requested to renew my card nor they have asked for any renewal. But they have added renewal annual charges. I was hounded every month from the payment collection department by some lousy guys who did not have the minimum courtesy to speak to a gentleman.
Within one year the charges went upto Rs 8000 plus.
After lots of negotiation, final settlement was done and as per their final settlement letter SL.No-24418 dated 18-05-2009, I have paid Rs 1190 as final settlement vide my cheque no 152145 from Bank of Baroda, Salt Lake branch. An SMS was received from SBI regarding the recipt of the payment within 2 days. However a letter was received from SBI card on 24th May, 2009 that the payment was not honoured and a request was made to issue another fresh cheque. Immediately another cheque was issued with no. 154131 vide Bank of Baroda dated 23-06-2009. I was not informed by any SMS this time.
Today SBI had sent me an SMS that new credit card statement have been sent with due of Rs 3460.10.

SBI credit card has posted in CIBIL that amount of Rs 8000 Plus is defaulted which discredits the credit history for any future commercial and consumer borrowings.

I have never faced or experienced such a lousy company handling credit cards with lots of harassment to the customers and foul mouthed low paid agents for customer liason.

I strongly suggest customers and consumers to be aware of becoming an SBI credit card user.

Respected Sir,
100% now I believe that if you have money then you can get anything, every thing is possible by you. If you are a poor then you can’t get anything, every thing is far and beyond possible to you, also you get poor judgment and poor comportment in all aspects of life, in our country INDIA. For example 1. I. I went to Police Station more than 100 times, made 5times entries (complaints) into G.D. but Not even a microscopic actions took place against the alleged bodies. On the contrary Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta (S.B.I. OFFICER Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No. 033 [protected]) he has much more and enough money so they purchase all police personnel's and some political leaders, some Dada. Etc. Only I used to get many letters and many phone calls which all seem to me needs to be thrown in the trash, as it all are valueless, toothless and only simply a solace to the poor. What an undone boy I am! Woe is to me! My wife and her family, Sandip Samanta and his family harassed me and my family, they are torcher me physically and mentally.

We got married 05/03/2002, and have a daughter who took birth on 09/07/2005. My wife and her family lodged a case 498A/34 IPC, FIR NO.276, date 31/08/2009, P.S.: BAGUIATI, against me and some of my family members it’s a fabricated, baseless, legless, toothless and doesn’t have any commensurate to the fact. My wife is engaged and having an illicit affair with a boy (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta S.B.I. Officer Ph. No. [protected], Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No. 033 [protected]) just opposite to my house, all the matters are known to every person in my village, and also they have certified me written about my fresh character and nature. When my wife left form my house with Sandip Samanta taking many vory gold and cash 1.20 lack Indian rupees. What a demon she is! She didn’t take our only daughter (only four years old) who is now in my house having severe asthma supported by inhaler. My wife filed the 498A case dated 31/08/2009 and I was arrested on 06/09/2009, The Learn" ed court granted me on bail on 19/09/2009. Barasat court. I have lots of irrefutable evidences, (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy and a c.d.) with me where it is cleanly reveals which translates my wife and the boy that they are in illicit relations. Believe me I and my family would love very much (which is very rare seen in our society) to my wife and never any kind of love lost didn’t happen. They (My wife family) are very very poor and live in a bosti Address: 70/H/8 Manicktolla Main Road, Kolkata – 700054, Beside 5 Star Club, my mother saw 1st time and she arranged my marriage. Before marriage my family did not see the pedigree of my wife’s family, now we understood also realized that they hailed from a worst status. My wife, her family and (Sandip Samanta, S/O. Shankar Kumar Samanta) all they are misusing this law. Now my wife’s family knows all the affair-related matter. My wife left our only solitary daughter to me who is 4 years old having severe "Asthma Disease, depends on INHALER, here political Hide and seek, ducks and drakes and lots of unfair means are going on and the father of the parents (THE FATHER OF THE BOY WHO HAS ILLICIT RELATIONS WITH MY WIFE) are rich, so they are spending money to everywhere with a view to be escaped. Now I decided that in no way I can’t accept that demon wife. I hired a lawyer his name Mr. Kamelash Nandi. I don’t know what will be happened next? It’s an utterly a huge and a palpable offence subsequent to which the boy deserves severe and examplanary punishment so that no one can dare to abuse this law. My mother is a sugar present shies sugar is now 400. If possible please help me. Please investigate the matter thread barely and save me and my family. I leave here one question to every one that in this die-straits situation whom do I take care to myself (TRAGEDY), my daughter, or my mother (severe Diabetic)?. My wife filed another case me U/s. 125 Cr. P. C. Case NO.167/2009, (Smt. Nita Sarkar Judicial Magistrate. 1st Court Sealdah South 24 Parganas. Date 16/12/2009.) I am millions miles away from the genuine and authentic investigation and inquiry. No inquiry, investigation were executed against the F.I.R lodged by my wife. It is very painful, lamentable as well as heart rendering, breath taking affair to me and my family. My heart bursts into guffaw when I see the nature of the inquiry and investigation. One thing is as clear as crystal to me that the law and the task of the law enforcing agencies vary from man to man. A new proverb is going to take birth very soon that "Justice for the rich and Injustice is for the poor" A rich reserves the right to indulge in any kind of heinous business but the poor is restricted to involve in any type of excellent deeds" To see all these my heart is about to come in the mouth and the ground under my feet gets shook. In a word all types of Law are for the poorest and the richest will enjoy the richest judgments from all quarters.

After coming form the DumDum Central Jail, I mat with the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and asked him politely: “ SIR I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE SO MANY ENTIRIES INTO YOUR G.D.E. BUT YET NO ACTION SO FAR HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN FORM YOURSELF” then BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, went through all my papers (20 pcs. Adult S.M.S., Adult picture with the boy, G.D.E, MANY MANY OTHER PAPERS RELATED TO MY CASE and TWO c.d.). After seeing all my papers he told me that I cannot take any action until and unless you lodge a case against all of them.

Then I Prayed to the Ld. C.J.M at Barasat court to lodge the case, against the alleged person. (the payer to the Ld. C.J.M. is enclosed which is self-explanatory) after filing the case the BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, in stead of taking not any take proper investigation/ not take any action/ not take any type of query to recover my Cash and Gold form the house of Shankar Kumar Samanta, The BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, took my case as a Golden Goose, and how much money BAGUIATI POLICE O.C. Mr. Goutam Mitra, and I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, has taken is well known to them. Neither he took any take proper investigation/ not take any action/not take any type of query nor he did roundup them against my case.

When I saw that already near by 70-80 days went by “ I went to the BAGUIATI P.S. to know the status of the case then BAGUIATI POLICE I.O. Mr. Prasenta Kumar Das, Mr. Ajay Kumar Ghosh, became outraged me and my mother that if you ask about Shankar Kumar Samanta and his family I will sentence you and your family in the Jail, all their languages is so much filthy dirty which I cannot express front of you.
As I’m 100 percent innocent so I screw up my courage to place my grievances to every body in order to get redress. So I want to let my matter informed all the Indian and others. I wrote my matter to our local P.S., Local Councilor, all M.P., M.L.A., Minister in W.B. and Other States, C.M. in W.B., CBI Department, CID Department, S.P. and Dy.S.P.(N.) 24 Parganas, DGP Bhupindar Singh, All the I.P.S. AND I.A.S. OFFICERS. Governor in W.B, and President in India. P.M. in India, National/International Human rights department, AAP KI KACHEHRI – KIRAN KE SAATH, Kolkata Police, and all police officers in W.B. informed Kolkata Commissioner of Police, Manager S.B.I.-Branch: 24B, Nimtala Ghat Street, Jorabagan, Kolkata- 700006, West Bengal, India‎, Bank Ph. No. 033 [protected]. My nation, all of the news channels, and all press, Talking with some NGO’s: 1. Universal Right and Duty for Human to Abide URDHA, 2. Human Right Commission’s Mr. Ujjal Paul and Mr. Shibaji Dasgupta. 3. Bhatat Bachao Sangathan BBS. 4. Forum for Social Justice and Development FSJD. 5. Ajjtak News Channel’s Miss Menogya. and many more, (anybody can’t help me/ fight for truth /don’t take proper investigation/do not take any action/don’t take any type of query/ Still Now, many department told does not comes under the purview of our department. Then my question is where I go now? I see they all are in sound asleep. The reason is best known to them.

State Bank of India [SBI] cash debitted but not received

I am holding SBI Saving Account and intend to withdraw cash from ICICI ATM at Lawspet Puducherry for Rs.15, 000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) but unfortunately I only received the transaction slip no.5702 stating unable to access the account. Error Code 72. Later after few days when I checked my account I could see this 15, 000 being debitted from my account. I gave a complaint at my Branch at Porur, Chennai till now I have no reply and they say its still under process and it will take another 2 months.

Is it a mistake to have saving account in a nationalised bank, Its a shame for the country.

Sbi credit card are worst in the world, customer care people are not professional, they are like as a un educated, lower maintelity person, they does not know any # and while talking they all are over confident. this is the 21 centuary but their behaviour is like as a old bank clerk at this present time is competation time and require more proffessional staff I think soon these credit card wil be closed people will go where they will get good services with respect, I will not recommend this card to any one in my business and friend circle

SBI bank is one of the most worst bank. We cant expect any respects from bank officers. They will treat as us as a beggar. Especially in Coimbatore (PAPPANAICKEN PALAYAM BRANCH) the manager is merely waste. An Old person working in this bank never respects any of the customers. The administration of SBI is very very very very very very very very poor.

SBI online net banking, when i send the request for third party transfer, the password for to confirm the transfer is normally coming to my mobile within in seconds.. but from 5 - 6 times i tried message with confirmation is coming in my mobile.
So please check and reply.

Hi.

I applied for net banking on 26-11-09, same day I got my use rid and password same but still its giving error message "Invalid Username or Password". Then I tried to logged a complaint, it giving error message "Invalid Account number and Brand", I know its correct. Today I visited to branch, but concerned person was absent (normally concerned person use to absent). 1 person checked that, he said everything is fine but I need to meet that person. He suggested me to contact with toll free, but its never connected. Then I tried to landline number, 1guy picked the phone, that guy keep telling me I have to do like that like this, but he doesn’t have the rights to raise the complaint. What a ridiculous service it is, really pathetic.

At the time of login it give trouble, it shows a message that your user id or password is wrong.

State Bank of India [SBI] noc not received

I was your old credit card customer. Initially I used to get statement on time and pay well on time. later on as usual statement getting late and hence payment getting late. later on I requested to reverse those charges by talking to customer care, and they promised to do so .While taking this card it was told that it is free for life. Later on again aske me for an add on card free of cost which I agreed. Later I saw the charges put on me. I talked to RULI GOSWAMY, Customer care executive about all these problems. While I asked her to close due to these problems she told me to pay for purchases done by me and to write a letter for closure. I did the same and later I received a letter on 14th April 2004 vide Ref no MQ0031050006405 which says that to cut card is cancelled and destroy your existing card. I did the same and I thought that things are done. Suddenly after one year last week I received a statement which shows 12100.93 outstanding. I was stunned. Then I talked to my brother who is PO in SBI and he adviced me to talk to you and get the NOC for the same. Hence I request you to send me NOC at the earliest

and insurance number to this card is [protected].
but sbi credit card people are telling no insurance amount is applicable to this card .any body can help in this matter .And also tell me any legal help is available in hyderabad to look after all these matters

I have to admit that SBI employees are illmanered and bad to speak to starting from the helpdesk to manager every one is arrogent, rude and lazy.I didnt get an account opened in the jeevan deep branch of kolkata because they spoil my day and i shall never even enter that branch.

hi,

There is one more useless SBI branch in Chennai, adyar.

Deliberately slowing down their work & make the customers wait for a long time, One lady will be always talking to the customers in raised voice in a humiliating manner, cheques will be purposly sent delayed for clearing, in general all the employees in this branch not properly behaving with the customers, even with the senior citizens and students if they commit some entry errors in the forms like Dd request or paying in slip... again instead of helping them... the employees will be shouting and humiliating in a loud voice making them to feel shy.

On the whole all the employees in this branch are not discharging their duties properly. They just dictate, command & humiliate the customers.

Should these unproductive & manner-less people are needed for SBI...?

Why cant they be sacked out...?

Do they actually deserve good salaries..?

Why public keeping quite when these people are striking for their wage hike...?

Cant SBI management recognise that there is a need to reduce their unproductive employees wage bills atleast by 50%...?

Cant the public realise that very good productive, qualified, computer savy youngsters can replace all these people..?

No Government authority or even the SBI management is dare enough to question these people. The point to be noted is... most of the VVIPs and celebraties living in adyar knows about this useless SBI branch... and it is surprising every one keeping quiet.

Before someday i read about education loan given to students by state bank of india . It was also mentioned that SBI do not need any security if the loan amount required 4lakhs .
My father went their and the branch manager in babhnan gonda said my father to go to sbi main branch campass gonda. My father enquired about the loan form the concerned bank manager of babhnan gonda. Who first of all refused to give any loan for the two.
Then checked my documents told my father to bring the fee structure from the college He also enquired my father pan cord .Then my loan is not passed by bank manager from two year. when my all dacuments is correct .

without any consent.in spite of my repeated request company chared a lot of fbricated amount in the
name of protection. as it was not cared by me. in the month of dec 2008 i have paid all the charges to
the company. now for the verificatio of charges i have purchased a lapto from e-zone lucknow by using
the credit card rs. 54440.00 on 29.01.2008 and paid a sum of rs.54500.00 with in a month and
2 days before the last day of the month. in the statement company chared a sum of rs.810.45 as intt. and 62.20-22.47-26.97 as fabricated charges.when i have informed the company the company acknowledge the receipt of amount on 26.02.2008. after making all the paymnet company chared
a intt of rs.1025.74 intert on nil balance and reveresed the orginal fabricated intt and other charges on
09.03.2008 but shows the amount credited after debiting the chaarges. we therefore request you to
kindly examine the statement of jan to march 2008. on the streinght of the chares excess kindly
arrange to refund of rs. 27, 700.00 as excess chares charged by the company from jan 2004 to jan 2008 and clear my account immediately otherwise we have left no course of action except file a suit
under cosumer protection act to safe guard my intt.

I had taken loan on my above card & paid 9 installments regularly.

& put a request through customer care on 26.7.10 for preclosure of above loan.
for which as per your customer care, I have to pay Rs.14343/- towards preclosure charges, Interest & service tax for above loan. for which i received reference no. from your customer care is [protected].

Immediately on 27.7.10, I had dropped my cheque no.698477 dt.27.7.10 for Rs.14343/- in your Vasai West Branch.

BUT I AM SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT, STATEMENT GENERATED BY YOU ON 3.8.10, YOU ARE SHOWING EMI FOR MY LOAN.

As I have paid full payment for preclosure of loan such as preclosure charges, interest with service tax, you are requested to transfer payment of Rs.14343/- vide my chq. no. 698477 dt.27.7.10 of Standard chartered & adjust my loan amount & show as nil payment.

Please do the needful at the earliest so that I can pay only 5% of outstanding of balance transfer taken from you.

hi,
i am using sbi card from jan-08. in april i lost card and made a call to customer care and asked them to block that card, and i clearly said i don't that card in future also. at that time that representative did not tell anything about account closing. but i don't know, we need to close the account. later they didn't sent any statments. one fine day i got statement saying 2000/- for protection plus insurance. even i don't know about that insurance.
now they are asking for that payment.

State Bank of India [SBI] money disappeared

In spite of friends warning that State bank of India (SBI & onlinesbi/gls) SUCKS, I still trusted India’s largest bank for transferring funds from US to India beneficiary. I completed the transaction on amount on Oct 23rd of 2008 and even after 5 working days (yes five working days) nothing happened. I had to spend $33/- (thirty three dollars) to send fax to 00-91-22-[protected] (Kind attention of Sri. AJAY SHARMA Chief Manager (Express Projects)) then were-in I could see some activity that the debit was successful. O.k. the amount was debited and now after another 5 working days, the party has not yet received it. Website says “in process”. I cannot keep spending money on FAX. This is pathetic service. Even the branch office numbers provided SBI EXPRESS REMIT-US 91-22-[protected], Sri. AJAY SHARMA Tel: 00-91-22-[protected] and Sri. Anil Maroli 00-91-22-[protected] has no voice mail and the timings are worst. It says 10.00 to 17.00 hrs (IST). Currently being in US, and making a call around 6.00 am (EST on Nov 6th which is around 4.30 pm IST) NO ONE ON THE ABOVE NUMBERS PICKS THE LINE. Do they work? I guess not but do take fat salaries.

BTW have opened atleast 5 tickets and sent 3 mails and have neither received any reply.

Be-aware friends. Don’t waste your valuable time in this. Stay away from this.
