SavviBuy Lack of delivery, no customer service...

I placed an order worth over £1000, (Order #SVV22351953 confirmed) and was given a delivery date between 21/23rd December.
Then I received the following...

"Order Delivery Update
We would like to update you on your order's delivery status. Our fulfillment centres have confirmed that they have begun processing your order for delivery.
This means one of the following selected couriers (UPS, UKMail, Royal Mail) will now commence delivery of your order within the next 48 hours.
Your designated courier will update you via SMS on the delivery tracking information and time slot of your delivery on the date below.
The delivery date for your item is: Friday 23rd December 2016.
We thank you for your custom, and furthermore we thank you for your patience during this incredibly busy time of year.
We take this opportunity to wish you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Regards,
Savvi Buy
Customer Relations Team"

Needless to say, it didn't arrived. When I called their helpline, I just got a recorded message promising delivery on Christmas Eve.
Needless to say, that didn't happen. After various requests for further information, finally on 27th I got...

"Your SavviBuy Order
We would like to apologise to any of our customers who did not receive their orders in the delivery timeframes that were allocated.
We have outlined all of the options below that may be applicable to your situation along with recommended steps to claim your refund.
You would like to cancel your order and request a refund
If you would like to cancel your order and request a refund then please follow the steps below:
- E-mail merchant.[protected]@savvibuy.com with your order number and name. Clearly state you would like to cancel your order.
- Contact your bank and request a chargeback.
A chargeback is a request to your bank to reclaim any money you have paid for goods that have not arrived. This request is carried out immediately and your funds will re-appear on your bank statement within 1-24 hours however your bank will confirm the exact timelines. More information on chargebacks can be found here.
You have cancelled your order but are waiting for your refund
If you have already cancelled your order but are awaiting your refund then we advise the fastest way of reclaiming your money is by contacting your bank and requesting a chargeback.

Are they trying to tell me they are going bust?

I called their support line again and a message told me that outstanding orders would be delivered by January 6th.

I also called looked at a number of other suppliers selling the same product (Dji Mavic Pro), whose websites were all accepting PRE-ORDERS for the item, which was anticipated to arrive in UK in February.

I then put my order number into SavviBuy's tracker ... it came up with "Australia, Argentina, Trusted Delivery Partner" So it wasn't even in the UK when they accepted my order and took my money! I tried to go online just now to get the exact tracker data, but their site seems to have crashed.

UNBELIEVABLE!

They need to be shut down (after I've got my goods or my money back!)

SavviBuy Order not arrived still

Ordered ps4 game mid November still not received it from savvibuy. I've phoned on numerous occasions you can't get anyone to answer I've also emailed them. The game was Call of Duty special edition my order number is SVV2237983. My son's xmas was ruined as this was his main present. Ice since brought elsewhere so trying to get a refund without success so far.

SavviBuy Hatchimal

I ordered a hatchimal from this website at the end of November and it promised delivery between 6-12 December. Then when it didn't come they promised delivery by 23rd December! I didn't understand why they took my money from my account before it was out for delivery which is the usual practice. It didn't come and now I can't even get into the website to get a refund. I want my money back. Luckily I had a back up gift and it was for my niece! I feel sorry for parents that didn't have it for their own child. If the website has said they wouldn't have any and gave a refund then there would be no issue from me. All I want is my money returned. Thanks

SavviBuy Scooby doo lego

I recieved email to advise that i would recieve parcel between 13th-17th Dec then when that didnt happen i had to chase the company up for them to tell me that there was a back log and that i would def get it before xmas and would recieve text by wed 21st which i didnt and then funny enough no one answered my emails from no on and i never recieved my parcel on friday 23rd as promised! And no one answers emails and the phone is all automated it is truely shocking they are a complete cowboy company!

SavviBuy Hatimach

I hope people who are working at Savvibuy will have the same broken Christmas as my daughter. I did order Hatimach for very high price because of a promise of sure delivery between 14th-18th, this was very important for me. After 18th had only one response from customer service making me sure I will receive the item before Christmas Eve . No item. And no more responses. Absolute ignorance and greediness . Making promises to get money mutch higher than price, but no effort to earn that profit.

SavviBuy Non delivery of christmas present

Hi
I ordered my fiance an Armani watch on 11th December 2016. I received an email confirming my order and that delivery would be between 14th-18th December. No delivery received. I then received an email on 17th December to apologise for delay but that my gift would be with me guaranteed delivery by 23rd December. Once again, I appreciate this busy time of year and gave you the benefit of the doubt to deliver my gift before Christmas. It is now Christmas eve and I have no gift for my fiance this Christmas.
Can I please request a full refund.

SavviBuy Scam

I purchased over $500 worth product from SavviBuy website and they disappeared with all my money. I tried to contact them so many times and asked about my order status but they ignored me. I'm still not able to reach them and I have no tracking number to find where my order is. They have my money and it seems impossible to get it back. Do not buy from this site! I reported SavviBuy and will do everything I can to get my money back.

I'm another Savvibuy victim and a member of the 3, 000 strong Facebook group. Cancelled my order on the 23rd December (without a problem which is weird because that's when delivery was guaranteed!). Still awaiting refund. Been onto my credit card but having to go down the non-delivery of goods route because I didn't cancel my order within 14 days.

You will not receive it, this is a scam, the so- called company Savvibuy is run by AdvanceTech who have several other 'companies' and are based in Rochdale. Join 'unsatisfied SAVVIBUY customers' on Facebook UK as there are 3000 unhappy people who have not received their goods and have contacted Watchdog etc. I have emailed Actionfraud.police.co.uk and have received a crime number, who are now looking into this!

There is a facebook account called savvibuy unsatisfield customers... please join the group there is lots of useful information on there on how to get your money back ... savvibuy is a complete scam
