Savvibuy — Not receiving my order
I have emailed merchant.[protected]@savvibuy.com twice to cancel my order as you directed but my emails keeps bouncing back. I am just letting you know that I want a full refund immediately for my order that I placed & did not receive.

I wish to cancel my order(SVV22116373) that was placed with SavviBuy on the 2nd of Dec 2016 for a hatchimals-pengualas-pink-egg for £85.50.
I was promised delivery by the 15th of Dec & then by the 23rd of Dec but my order never came.
This hartchimal was for my 6 year daughter from Santa so it's of no use to me now.
So I am requesting a full refund for this immediately.
