SavvibuyNot receiving ck one

in December I went onto savvibuy to buy my husband some fragrance for Xmas. It did not arrive. On numerous occasions from xmas I have emailed the company and they replied the first time with the fact that They would look into it.

Well quite a few emails more and we're already in February I am extremely disappointed as this was a xmas gift. The company has had and taken my money and I have nothing... not even an explanation from them.
I wanted the CKone sent to me or a full refund. To say I am disgusted is an understatement.
Please advise.
