Justin Sturby Remax Kelowna and his partner Rene Bertrand lie steal and cheat, they have taken over $70, 000 from a lady who the befriended in order to extort money from her, the money was to pay back a debt and stop Justin from getting his legs broken, came crying to my door begging for help !
They prey on friends and people with money base it in trust and then screw them, they make you chase them for the money and even manage to try and make you feel bad when you ask for it back, realtor extraordinary! Steals money and still practises real estate, he actually owns the business as Rene is still fighting bankruptcy! Scammers both of them
Rene Bertrand and Justin Sturby cannot litigate their way out of all the debt and unpaid invoices they have amassed over the years. The TRUTH will never go away fellas.
It seems they’ve resorted to sending out phoney threats of legal action haha, here’s a sample(see ALL CAPS for errors, time for a new lawyer, maybe one who can spell)

You have published negative and untrue statements concerning our clients in comments under the compliant titled ‘Savoir Faire Design Poor Quality Reno’. These statements are complete fabrications plainly intended to unfairly attack our clients integrity and character. This malicious behaviour will not be tolerated. Our clients’ reputations are a central pillar of their success, and your statements are obviously calculated to harm that reputation. Our clients are intent on commencing legal proceedings against you for defamation.
Accordingly, we demand that you immediately do as follows:
1) remove from this website and any other website any and all statements you made about our clients;
2) publish the following retraction and apology on this website:
I retract the negative statements made about Rene Bertrand, Justin Sturby, and Savior Faire Design on this website. I unreservedly apology(APOLOGY? DO YOU MEAN APOLOGIZE? REALLY? [censored]s) to all for making those statements, and I acknowledge that those negative statements are untrue and unjustified.
If you have not complied fully with our demand by close of business on July 30, 2021, we will presume you have maintained your malicious posture toward our clients, and will take legal action accordingly.

I see things just haven't changed a bit. I've know Rene since he was 16 y/o. In fact I dated him for over 10 years. He's always been a scammer, and when he found out Manitoba wasn't big enough to run from all his scams...he moved put west. He even scammed 2 of my family member on painting jobs, they payed in advance because of our relationship, and he NEVER completed either job...just how does he still get away with this game?
