This website is a complete SCAM beware! First of all, I just signed up to get points for my game. When you sign up, they say that is you want to cancel, the you can do that within 48 hours and your credit card will not be charged. This a lie! My credit card was charged immediately although that charge was quickly reversed. Second, there is no way to get...

Saveology.com I highly doubt I will get the product at all but in any event this company is a scam

STAY AWAY! To redeem a voucher you have to call the "redmption center" to supposedly give your address. I was wondering why this couldn't be done online but now I know why. The call took 15 minutes of which half was waiting on hold and half was spent explaining to the agent that I didn't want to buy the "Elite" membership. I highly doubt I will get the product at all but in any event this company is a scam.

Saveology.com TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dear prospective Saveology customers,

NEVER USE SAVEOLOGY. The very first time I used saveology.com for a great deal, they over-sold the product by 400, 000 buys (because they did not set a buying limit) and they randomly cancelled my order after >2 months of waiting. When trying to call their customer service to fix the problem, my calls were dropped every single time and I never got to speak with a representative. I have never gotten this kind of unprofessional customer service from Groupon, LivingSocial, DailySave, etc.

Just be warned. I will never use this site ever again and I have advised all of my friends and family to do the same.

Sincerely,
Extremely Dissatisfied Customer

I will never sign up with a provider that uses Saveology rebates again. I have had a terrible customer service experience trying to get my rebate for Time Warner Cable. No one wants to take responsiblity for promising and NOT delivering the rebate. Do not be fooled and if you see Saveology's name on any of the offers, do not sign up.

Saveology.com Selling practices

As a former employee, I can agree with every complaints posted here. The worst part about it is that I was a part of the scam. I can't believe that crap I had to "sell" to unaware customers, such as Support Squad (which the customer can only cancel with written notice or canceling their credit or debit card. ADT Home Security ($200 gift card, which the customers never really get. The processing fees for Dish Network. And the $50 rebate which after shipping and handling is actually under $30! Dish Network, which was totally misrepresented in their mailings and website advertising. My advise is STAY AWAY FROM SAVEOLOGY!

Bad Bad Bad. Ordered Gas card Nov 15th 2012 and it is suppose to expire Jan 30 2013 and still as of Jan 15th 2013 have yet to get it. Only way to contact company after placing an order is through email. Emailed so many times that my fingers hurt. Deciding to put a stop on my credit card! Would NEVER buy from this company again.

I was partnered with Saveology/Qology Direct for 8 years as an affiliate. We had an agreement that they would pay us weekly on sales made the week prior. It got to the point where they owed us $70000+ and quit paying us all together. Needless to say, we are currently in litigation with them. They will lie through their teeth to tell you anything you want to hear, and its 100% BS. After reading countless bad reviews from customers and former EMPLOYEES, it ALL MAKES SENSE! Stay as far away as you can from this company. They are the worst company I have ever done business with.

Do not do business with them . Haven't you read the complaints online from employees? I was a senior manager there, and I will back up everything that people are saying, they are liars, and they skim customers, and they will use you up and spit you out like nothing. It doesn't matter what education level you have, or how much you contribute to the company, or how successful you are and producing positive cash flow. They will screw you over and not bat an eye. It is like hell on earth. It seems fun and nice at first, but then the reality kicks in, and you realize that you just sold your soul. Run faster than you have in your life ... put a jet pack on your back and fly out of there. Truth.

If this company offers you a job, run and run very fast. The sale department is a scam designed to do one thing lure women into the company so they can be spied on and recorded. DO NOT work here, the entire business is a scam to cover the CEO soliciting women

Is Quology Direct any different. Currently looking into working with SEO team copywriting and managing outsourced content sources in Jamaiica? Please let me know because I am nervous about moving forward-- heard a lot of bad things about Saveology and the whole sales process. But would I be separated in the copywriting group and Quology Business Unit?

I have the best rebuttals but to talk about filthy mouths, you should read what you wrote before talking about filth! Maybe as a mother you shouldnt be using your filthy words online. So its easier for you to post them anonymously than let the true you come out? Real classy!

Saveology.com Scam Misconception

I have worked at SAVEOLOGY.COM for 7 months and I can tell you that we are taught how to sell orders and most of my fellow agents (there are 200 of us) are trying to do the best that we can. With any business you will have new agents (and even verteran agents) that may make a mistake but THAT DOES NOT MAKE A COMPANY A SCAM. You will find complaints about every company in America. Its a legitimate business, filling a legitimate need. I wish there was a site that had compliants in comparation to satisfied customers.

I had heard there were "issues" with rebates and we do not handle them anymore. The same is true of Best Buy and Dell ect... Rebates are difficult to do ...

I explain to my customers that SAVEOLOGY.COM is to the "TV, Internet, Telephone World" what Expedia.com or Travelosity is to the Hotel and Airline industry. We represent 10-15 Top National companies and only a VERY FEW allow us to accept a nominal processing fee for the work we do. These companies refer to us as colleagues and their sales department.

We may take your order, but you do the business with Comcast. AT&T ...etc...
Call me if you need new landline service. [protected]

Saveology.com Fraudulant sales of discounted internet packages

Saveology markets discounted internet/phone and cable packages. I ordered a package for $69.97 that was to include phone, internet and cable - they were very professional on the phone and provided me with everything that I needed. I contacted Charter to have it installed. When I received my bill, they did not honor the pricing indicated on my saveology confirmation. I called saveology customer service and they indicated that sometimes the local offices don't honor their pricing and that they have no control over that and wouldn't help at all. They indicated that I needed to contact charter and negotiate the best deal that I could - now this has all been installed and I have a bill for more than double what was indicated.

Wow. You must not have read the fine print. On the Saveology website it says, "*Price and offer details may not be available in all areas. To see the actual cost of plans in your area, enter your address in the search box and click Compare and Save. " So before you try to blame a legitimate company, read the disclaimer first.
