SaveMore Disappointing Experience with SaveMore

As someone who values quality and reliability in online shopping, my recent experience with SaveMore left me extremely disappointed. The lack of transparency and poor customer service were evident from the start. Despite my excitement about the deals offered, the reality fell short. The gift card I purchased never arrived, and attempts to reach out for assistance were met with silence. It's disheartening to see a company neglect its customers in such a manner. SaveMore needs to prioritize accountability and customer satisfaction to regain trust in the online shopping community.

SaveMore I have made two purchases through this site

I have made two purchases through this site. The first one was using free credit. I had issues using the free credit and had to call them and they fixed it. Second time I used $5 to purchase a gift card. When I go to claim my gift card it said it is invalid. I am going on two days now of trying to reach them (email AND phone) and it is getting me NOWHERE. I am never again purchasing any deal through them. Im sticking to Living Social and Groupon!

SaveMore I will give that the site will save you money but beware

I will give that the site will save you money but beware, there are hidden charges you are NOT paying for up front. Take Gadget gear for example. You pay for a voucher, you wait for it, it comes to you... go to the website, find the item, put it in your basket, add the voucher number and... then you are billed for tax. Not only tax but tax on the full retail amount. NOT the deal you paid. By this time you already paid for the voucher. This needs to be made very very clear on the savemore site but it's not even mentioned.

SaveMore This site is paying some big money to be featured in

This site is paying some big money to be featured in google ad words, so I thought I would check them out and see if they had a good 2 for 1 spa type deal in my area as Valentines day is approaching (note that I was NOT going to buy from a no-name spa I never heard about, but was only going to use one that I had been to before). The usual steps of entering your email address before they will show you the deal was the case. When I got to the page, I didn't get to see any deals! So I gave away my email and got nothing in return. Maybe they don't have deals for every city yet? Now I hope I don't get too much spam. I will raise my rating if they ever offer a deal in my city

Dana Wessel Edwards: I want to know where my Subway gift card is. I ordered it over a month ago, requested it on November 14th, and it supposedly shipped within 5 days. I've called twice and left messages and emailed your so-called customer service and received no response. I am disgusted by this unprofessional behavior of your company and I will not be spending any more of my hard earned money on your site.
About a minute ago ? Like

I did get a $10 CVS e-gift card on the site for $5 before the subway card issue, that I just printed out and it worked, but the store clerk wouldn't let me keep it with a balance on the "card" (printed paper) So I had to buy something else. A real gift card can be kept with a balance on it.

SaveMore I bought a few deals from Savemore.com

I bought a few deals from Savemore.com - deals for Sports Authority, Beauty of a Site, and Fandango. When I tried to log in to the website after purchasing these deals, the website was down. I waited a few days and tried again. The website was still down. I called and emailed the company, and I did not receive a response.

Then, I tried accessing the website through my phone and SUCCESS! I have already used two of my vouchers without a problem. I still can't access the website through my laptop, but I have had no problems doing so on my phone.

I will probably use this website again since they really do offer some great deals. Customer service is seriously lacking though.

SaveMore Like many of you, I have had a very hard time getting

Like many of you, I have had a very hard time getting through to a live person when I call them. But today, I finally actually did!:-) I spoke with Jonathan and he told me that they just moved AND there are only 2 of them doing customer service. He said they're a very small company, just getting started, and they've had a huge response to some great deals, so they're sorta backed up right now answering calls, but I've already used my CVS deal that I got from them, which I had to print out something and take it to the store, but that was no problem. He assures me that my Subway gift card is on its way to me and I should get it in 2 days or so. So, have patience, they ARE a legit company and if you can get through, you will see that they do give you good customer service. I don't recommend them if you don't have time to be patient with them though.

SaveMore I purchased a $10 Subway card for $5 on November 4th

I purchased a $10 Subway card for $5 on November 4th. Around December 4th I called Savemore, was on hold for a while then asked to leave a message. I did & never received a call back. About 4 days later I called again, spoke to someone & was told I would be getting my card "any day now". A week later I still hadn't gotten my card so I called again, again kept getting placed on hold & then asked to leave a message. Which I didn't because I knew that would not result in anything. I finally got a real person on the phone & was again told that my card would be here "any day now". Was told that they would be happy to refund me my $$ or I could wait until Tuesday or Wednesday to see if it showed up & if not to call back & get my $$ back. Thursday I still hadn't gotten my card, I called probably 20+ times, each time getting placed on hold & then getting a message asking me to leave a message (I swear they have caller id). I gave up & finally called my credit card company to charge back the $5 I paid because I had not received my purchase. IRONICALLY 5 days after I spoke to my ccard company Savemore put my $10 Subway card in the mail (it was postmarked December 21st). I decided to email Savemore with my complaint & basically got back a "sorry, have a nice day" email response. They have no concern for their customers what-so-ever! I went in & UNchecked on Savemore.com for me to receive ANY emails, however I STILL get emails from them! I even replied to one of their daily emails asking to be UNSUBSCRIBED to their emails, yet still get them. IT DOESN'T GET ANY WORSE THEN SAVEMORE.COM! STAY AWAY!

SaveMore Incorrect price tag and not giving 20% discount on senior citizen

I would like to file a proper complain for the senior Citizen lane and incorrect price tags. as per the price tag it says that it is 350 pesos but on the receipt it is clearly says its 400 pesos why do you guys have MANGLAMANG sa kapwa 20% discount is a privilage for seniors if they forgot theyre booklets give them 1 time courtesy na mabigyan ng discount pag kayo naging seniors tandaan niyo mas matindi pa pag ddaanan niyo grabe kayo mang lamang 400 pesos nagpakilala kayo!

SaveMore complaining the cashier (# 2213) of savemore amang rodriguez

Last day i was at Savemore Amang Rodriguez. Since un ung pinakamalapit na grocery at completo. Then when i was at the counter nkangiti ako cashier pero di sya ngumiti at inirapan pa nya ako at nagsungit napakasarcastic ng ugali nya but still i ask her name nicely at pangalan nya dw ay Jellen Yata . Sana magawan sya ng disiplinary action para hndi na nya magawa sa ibang tao kc kilala c SM sa good in service.

Ma’am/ Sir, I would like to Report in your good office Mr. Ferdinand Gabon a Regular employee Regarding to his attitude Problem and what he did wrong in this branch…

(1st Incident Report) This is to report Mr. Ferdinand Gabon, a regular employee as a Receiving assistant in Savemore Angeles City, regarding to his Attitude behavior in the store during Pep talk in the Store witnesses by the Supervisor on duty Ms. Alice S. Delgado and all the opening Merchandiser and SC in that incident, he shout and angry to one promo-diser ( Splash) and personally saying “KRIMINAL KA NAGPALAGLAG KA NG BATA” infront of all the opening that time knowing the Supervisor was there he was continue shouting saying “ KALA MO DIKO ALAM ANG BAHO MO” continous saying bad words to the Splash Promo-diser, we don’t know what comes in his mind and he asking a fight to the other Merchandiser on duty that time by saying “IKAW LOLU( Green Cross) and TULABOT”(U.R.C.) KASAMA KABA NILA” even the Merchandiser in other Branch(Savemore Balibago) “SABIHIN NYO KAY MEADJOHNSON HINAHAMON KO SYA” while he was shouting he cant control he’s anger he took forward to splash promo-diser he want to slap the face of the promo-diser, when the other Merchadiser stop him to attack the promo-diser knowing the young lady was crying….and the supervisor(alice) shouting to bong by saying “TUMIGIL KANA” but bong ignore her like he did not hear anything….he just only stop him when they called the Manager and the Security Guard….he mad because of the chika about his mistress or kabit he suspect ms. Splash and meadjohnson because the chika was all over the savemore because he know the two persons know his secret about his relations to ms. Abbigail a promo-diser before at savemore angeles. Ms. Abby was resign due to her pregnancy.

mr.Edison Salazar all the employee of the savemore angeles even the Regular employee and supervisor witnesses of mr.gabon did to one Merchandiser(PTC) he just want to attend the party and give a support to his supervisor before but mr.gabon knowing he just also a visitor was drunk when he saw PTC he shouting and asking a fight to (PTC) the said merchandiser was shock thinking what he did wrong and mr. gabon saying “ANUNG GINAGAWA MO DITO NAG-MAMANMAN KA” still shouting “SABIHIN MO SA BOSS MO KAY MEADJOHNSON and BORSI HINAHAMON KO SILA” while mr.gabon still shouting at him(PTC) the other merchandiser (Kimberly) grab the neck of (PTC) and he said “MAY PROBLEMA KA, GUSTO MO NG PROBLEMA” and (PTC) remove the hand of Kimberly, and then the supervisor( Benjie) said please don’t ruin the farewell party of (Edison) and they stop fighting when they hear the supervisor, PTC and CDO they just leave the party.

Went to savemore angeles around 8’o clock in the evening while the closing merchandiser RFM, PTC, FEDERATED take their cofi break infront of savemore angeles when suddenly mr. bong and his group of merchandiser namely Pepsi, nestle, sysu, Kimberly, fly ace, ride on their motorcycle and they drunk went to savemore angeles and took forward to the merchandiser on break infront of savemore angeles knowing the head of the security( vican1) was their he witnesses what happen that time, when mr. bong confronting RFM and asking him a fight this is what happen

BONG: Borsi may Problema ba?
RFM: baka ikaw ang may problema sir
BONG: wala ka utang na loob, alam mo ba kung bakit ka umabot ng C5

When mr. bong attacked RFM he just stop him by Federated when they get separated mr.bong and his group leave the area. Mr. bong he’s not on duty he came on the store drunk and making a trouble, he just only want to fight the employee on duty what kind of a regular employee is him instead of being a leader in the outlet he’s the one who’s making a Trouble, knowing he’s on eastern warning by the manager of savemore because of what he did to Splash promo-diser if he cause another trouble or any problem in the store he will be terminate.we don’t know if the security gave him a security report please investigate your employee he’s not a good example on your Company….

He’s blaming the merchandiser for what happen to mr.Edison R. Salazar if it’s not on them mr. Edison was still on savemore until now mr. bong said. That’s why he want to revenge to the merchandiser and with his group.
