I and my wife Mrs. Rasheeda Begum w/o Mohd Moin khan went to umrah on 18th VIa Hyderabad to Jeddah, we are return on 23rd May 2018 via Madina - Jed - Hyderabad. I buy 2 bottles zam zam from Madina AIr Port but unfortunately i could not find at Rajiv Gandhi International AIrport Hyderabad. I complaint at Help Desk. They said come by 25th May will deliver but still not received today i.e. 30th May 2018. I thought Saudi Air Lines service is good. But i was failed. Sorry to say that is we buy from Madina Airport we are hard working money. That is not good service by Saudi AIr Lines

    Your complaint has no legal grounds and legal reasons: no falt srvice is seen,
    no documents are attached.
    The complaint lacking above documents are not bound to the air carrier
    You will not be refunded / compensated from the agent by writing useless words.

    - 15-20% from the refund/compensation, after the refund/compensation is issued to the claimimg passenger

    where, when, what was the fault of the Saudia, when you were unable to find "Rajiv Gandhi International AIrport Hyderabad"

    Failure to submit all document or the delay in the submission make your complaint or refund / request unanswered.
