Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines cancelled flight without informing me

I want to complain about the cancelled flight i have experienced this early morning without informing me. I came from Manila to Riyadh and it was delayed there.
I supposed to fly from Riyadh to Dammam at around 1:45 am this morning but they cancelled my flight and moved to 3:25 am without informing me. When i was about to board, the staff told me that my flighr was moved to 3:25 am instead if 1:45 am without informing me.

This is not acceptable for me being a Business Class passenger, the customer service should care for us. I paid for my ticket for Business Class so that i have a comfortable flight but i was disappointed for what happened to me this early morning.

It is difficult for me. I expected to arrive in Dammam with our driver waiting for me.

Kindly make an action for this. Thank you.

I am the traveler of Saudi airline. 13 of the September i reached Karachi airport from Istanbul Ataturk airport. but couldn't find my luggage. i wrote complain and my file reference number is "31367". i am calling since yesterday but your staff in Karachi airport is not receiving the call which is irritating.
please kindly trace my luggage and do something for your staff in Karachi Pakistan

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines misbehaving of saudi airlines ground staff at king khalid international airport - riyadh

15th July 2018 - SV-748 - Riyadh-Mumbai

This is to inform you about the Misbehaving of Saudia Airlines Ground staff on above date and flight.

My mother (Age 81) was in Riyadh on visit visa and 4 days prior to her departure to India, she fell down in the office with a fracture on finger of her hand and she suffered a mild stroke and was hospitalized for 2 days. She was able to walk only on walker. Myself, my wife and my mother arrived at Riyadh airport when the things started.
1. Our driver was told to leave immediately before my mother could come out of the car and somehow I managed it & told her to be on walker till I bring the wheel chair.
2. My mother was holding Business Class ticket and I went to Saudia Support staff to help me to get wheel chair. The staff sitting just IGNORED me and said 'There is no wheel chair available' I said that my mother could not walk, as I could see that she was struggling to walk on walker. Then they started making fun of me by saying 'U WANT WHEEL CHAIR' I had tears in my eyes and they insulted me and said GO...come when wheel chair arrives.
3. I managed to make her walk slowly and made her sit. Then we had 3 tickets, myself and my wife in Y Class and my mother in J Class. I requested them to issue boarding passes by checking the luggage together and they said Y Class at the other end and J Class this counter. On request to SUPERVISOR, he ignored me just because I didn't spoke to him in Arabic.
4. I managed to pull boarding for my mother and then as she was having walker they threw the walker in front of me and said GO out and wrap with plastic. I did that thing and counter guy is telling to take the approval from Support staff. I again went there and they ignored me. Ultimately the walker was pushed inside.
5. Then I requested for wheel chair which has still not arrived after spending nearly 1 hour for check in. Our flight was at 11.45 pm and wheel chair was given to me at 11.15 pm

I request the higher authorities to train your SAUDIA ground staff with etiquettes and to behave well with its customers and especially when old person of my mothers age is traveling.

I have lost one of my baggage at the Lucknow airport on arrival from SV5915 Airlines on 07/09/2018 while returning back from Hajj . This was checked in at the airport at Saudi Arabia on departure on 07/09 morning and was lost at arrival Lucknow airport morning. Bag contains majorly items like Dates, Namaz mat etc .

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines flight delays

I was flighying from Madina and catching a flight from Jeddah to Nairobi in April, the madina flight was delayed and on arrival to Jeddah the Nairobi flight had left. I contacted the customer care and they could not help and I had to buy another ticket. They claim that I didn't have it as one trip but I had a boarding passes alll the way. As Saudi airline the boarding passes were not honored and they didn't care less how will will get out of Jeddah and hence I had to buy another ticket from another airline. Very disappointing experience.

my flight was on 16 August 3.10 a.m. .when I arrived with my there was a very long queue .I asked the person who organizes people and he told me to stand at the end of the queue . Nothing was shown on the panels about the flight. they only said ( for hajj) after a long time, that man came to ask for those whose flight was at 3.10, we said yes we are . He told to get out of the queue and go to the counter . There were two passengers in front of us. He told us to wait for them. Then when we finally were in front of the counter, the person in charge took our passports and tickets and started to submit our information. to our surprise, he told us that our flight was closed 15 minutes ago.!he told me to go to the supervisor ( Karim) it was 45 minutes before taking off! However Mr Karim told us we couldn't catch that flight and tried to find another flight but after an hour he told us there was no hope for us and that we lost everything .the result was that I booked other tickets and They cost me 600 Omani rials

I went home last July and board on to saudia Airlines, from Abha to Riyadh. Sadly, my flight got delayed. Then I still have connecting flight from Riyadh to Philippines, all the same delayed. Even the landing to Philippines is too long because the aircraft is going round and encircling Luzon Area before landing. Then now as I come back to Saudi Arabia, my flight from 3:40pm was changed to 6:30pm? What the heck?! Saudia Airlines is the worst airlines making people wait for a loooong time! Is this how Arab pilots are? Always delayed. I've never been on time with this aircraft since before that I ride with this! Plus I usually get hungry Everytime I ride on this aircraft! At first they'll give food then after 4 hrs another food... Then after 8hrs...until landing... You will absolutely absolutely get hungry! My God please be on time for your passengers! You are the cause of all the delays! I hope they terminate your airline! Bec it does not serve people well!

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines 5 hours delay

I was traveling me and my wife from Jeddah to Riyadh on Monday Aug 27 2018 on the flight number 1022 .My booking number is TAS3WB . At the beginning our take off time was 8, 00AM.We have to wait one and a half hour .At 9.30 the plane moved but not to take off but to bring us back to the main airport building and we waited there till 1.30 PM time of the departure .The delay was around five hours and the half.
We arrived to Riyadh extremely tired and hungry since they only serve us a little snack and it was already the afternoon.
A lot off damages were caused by this delay in our health and in our work.
We are here kindly requesting the compensation of all the damages caused by this delay

Dear Sir/Madam,
My family was travelled to Pakistan on 25th AUG 2018. The Flight from JEDDAH to ISLAMABAD service is very very BAD. Flight attendants are not attending even after calling. The Aeroplane also is very BAD. After reaching ISLAMABAD, they put my baby Stroller outside while its Raining and once we received our Stroller, One Major part was missing. (The Food & Cup Holder).
Who is responsible for that ? To be honest, we never expect this type of service by Saudi Airlines. Waiting for action upon my request. Thanks.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines compensation towards differential airfare - reg.

I am constraint to escalate the matter to your good office, since I am not getting any response from Saudi Arabian Airline to my several emails.

2. I had purchased three tickets from Saudi Arabian Airline for my journey from Delhi to USA (To & From) for $ 2, 075.04 USD on 21/07/2017 (Travel Agent - JustFly) Airline Conformation - NGEK7T.

3. In December, I was informed of cancellation of flight from RUH to DEL. I requested for any alternate flight, may be different dates, long layover, two stops and/or cancellation of only RUH to DEL ticket & new air-ticket booking RUH to DEL from any other airline. Accordingly, I received an email, containing e-tickets of another flight by Saudi Arabia Airline as under:
RUH to JED 13/01 22.00 to 23.45 (SV1051)
JED to DEL 14/01 11.00 to 18.20 (SV 758)

However, subsequently JustFly informed that Saudi Arabian Airline is not agreeing to confirm these tickets and now the only option left for us is cancellation of tickets and refund. I protested to this proposal as the cancellation and consequent rebooking of tickets at last moment would result in significant increase of air-tickets.

4. In view of above, I had to make booking of air-tickets from another airline on 16/12/2017 (just a week from actual date of journey) at the cost of $ 3, 214.21 USD. This additional cost of USD 1, 139.17 ($ 3, 214.21 - $ 2, 075.04) towards differential air-fare was incurred by me due to last minute cancellation of ticket by Airline, rather than issuing alternative tickets.

5. I have written number of emails to Saudi Arabia Airlines, but have received no response. I am enclosing abstract of email communication with JustFly and Saudi Arabia Airline in this regard for your information. I sincerely request you to look into my case and compensate me with USD 1, 139.17 towards differential air-fare.

Hello Saudia Airline, I'm Altiya Tubera a Filipino Citizen working here in Milano. I'm writting you these letter to complain my last experience to your Airlines flying back here in Milan Italy from Manila International Airport last August 17, 2018 with ticket number ETKT [protected]. But the flight was cancelled because of the runway closure. Your airline representative there in Manila always saying that they resched us as soon as possible that's why I always going back everyday to the airport for five day's. And I'm always talking to them that I really need to go back to Milano as soon as possible because of my work. And it's really sad to say that I lost my job and until now I'm searching for a new job. I just writing you these letter of complain to directly ask to your office to help me to refund my ticket. I hope you consider this letter to help me. And for more information about my flight back here they transferred me to Singapore Airlines last August 22, 2018 from Manila flight number SQ 378. Thank you and we hope for you kind consideration.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines they did not provide any blanket during the whole flight. sv 734. 28-08-18

'Nawaf' was the attendent there. He didnt provide me any blanket during whole flight despite the fact that my mother was not well. Upon askimg he said that we cant provide you because there is no blanket in the whole plane. Whereas upon leaving the plane i saw couple of pessemgers alongwith the flight blanket.
I wrote a complain and provide it to theor supervisor. He said that go away.
It wan not my first trip through saudia airline. I had been to saudia for umrah for the past consecutive 3 years. I also had been to egypt via saudia airline. But this flight was a terrible disappointment.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines ticket cancellation

Due to Chinese Xiamen Airlines crash landed in Manila International Airport last August 18, 2018 our flight has been cancelled by Saudia Airlines. Text was sent but there was no options given to us like rebooking, refund or transfer of airline at that time. We were distressed as we need to fly back to London ASAP due to work commitment and our children's schooling. We have to change the flight or else we will be charge of no show if we don't have to move the date. As per conversation at the time of my call August 19, 2018 the only available date was Sept 11 that's why I have to accept the date rather than losing our entire booking. Now, as passengers right during this uncontrollable situation and incident which was not our fault there should be exemption to the charges, changes, care and support. (GAVA article 10 International Flight cancellation). I am complaining about the hassle it caused us delaying our flight back to London resulted to worries and headaches. We are physically, emotionally, financially and psychologically distressed and disturbed right now. Please I am begging for your kind help to sort out our flight. Why do we have to pay £ 1, 900 for moving the date . Now, we are still here in Philippines and unable to travel internationally.

On my transit in Jeddah, coming from Egypt and going to Muscat Flight no.(sv306), I left my mobile phone on that plane.
I told the customer services and they told me you have to follw us in Muscat.
For two days now I can't reach anyone from Saudi airlines in Muscat.
The lost mobile is samsung note 7 black and covered with a protective plastic layer

We have come to hyderabad on june 25th boarding saudi airlines flight SV0754, to our surprise the complete baggage of 11 pieces were missing and as advised by the airline we filled up the forms and handed over to them after the normal procedure and they assured that our baggage will be delivered at our residence within two day which never happend and we had to chase the airlines calling them on the numbers provided which they never bothered to answer and even if they picked up the call they would give silly excuses and very rude answers, after 11 days we received half of our baggage and the other day remaining baggages were delivered but still three zam zam water is still yet to be delivered for which they have called us to airport to collect it and to our suprise they came with an excuse saying there is no stock, my questions is if they dont have any stock why are they calling us to the airport and wasting our time, iam not sure whom to complaint regarding this disgusting customer support from saudi airlines staff in hyderabad

My name is Hassan Adan Ibrahim of passport number C057061 travelling with my mother-in-law Halima Ibrahim Ali passport number P00580504 travelling from JED to NBO on ticket number SV 065--[protected] and 065-[protected] on subject flight. We had 2 bags each. only one bag was received by your staff and the remaining 3bags refused for reasons not explained to me. I have arrived at destination but my 3 bags are still in KSA. How will i get my bags as i have been inconvenienced beyond measure? i have attached both my ticket and my boarding pass for reference.

To whom it may concern,

My name is Raouf Lewis Gergess. I had a flight from LAX (Los Angeles International Airport) to Jeddah, then to Cairo, Egypt as my final destination on June 27, 2018 at 3:00pm. Flight Number SV 42 on Saudi Arabian Airlines. At gate 136, I was forced to "check" one of my carry-on bags due to lack of space on the aircraft. I was reluctant in agreeing to check this carry-on item of mine due to the face that it had many important items that I needed at all times, for example my medication, as well as some expensive jewelry, including a gold watch, and a brand-new sealed iPhone. The person who took my bag to have "checked" noticed how worried I was and promised to have my bag returned to me as soon as I landed in Jeddah with all of my items still in there as they should be. When I landed in Jeddah, my bad was indeed returned to me, but the brand-new sealed iPhone was missing. I feel like this needs to be addressed. This phone needs to found immediately, or I need to be reimbursed by the company for losing my item. Please investigate this incident until a resolution is found.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines flight cancellation

I had reservation with Saudi airlines for Dammam to Riyadh to Delhi on 12 th June, 7am.
When at Airport, I was told flight from Dammam to Riyadh is cancelled. First time in 30 years of travel with Saudia. I was given reservation for next day. I had onward journey reservation from Delhi to Srinagar next day. I lost that too. There was no refund as is usual with low budget airlines. Also I had to make New reservation at extra price as near to day of travel.
No reason given for cancellation, only that message came 3 hours before flight departure.
I was sort of detained in Dammam for one whole day without any purpose & lost 533 SAR too.
Why this type of practice by a major airlines.

I and my wife Mrs. Rasheeda Begum w/o Mohd Moin khan went to umrah on 18th VIa Hyderabad to Jeddah, we are return on 23rd May 2018 via Madina - Jed - Hyderabad. I buy 2 bottles zam zam from Madina AIr Port but unfortunately i could not find at Rajiv Gandhi International AIrport Hyderabad. I complaint at Help Desk. They said come by 25th May will deliver but still not received today i.e. 30th May 2018. I thought Saudi Air Lines service is good. But i was failed. Sorry to say that is we buy from Madina Airport we are hard working money. That is not good service by Saudi AIr Lines
