As salamu alaikum.

We have been traveling with Saudi airlines for the past 12 years.
I am from South Africa and the services of Saudi planes coming to SA is very disappointing. You have been sending planes that are so old. We travel business class and pay for quality service.
On the 23 of May 2018 we travelled to Jedda. The seats were broken and the lavatory cleanliness and equipment were broken n in a bad state. Almost all passengers were fasting. We were given a small iftar pack. Why can't the flights time be changed to landing earlier. Or if landing at fast break a decent meal provided.
In today's age and time who uses those planes.
The price of a business class is almost the same as Emirates. With this type of service it would be better to fly via UAE. Where the A380 is used in South Africa.
Please upgrade your planes. It doesn't mean South Africa has a less passenger count flying for umra or hajj so just any quality planes can be sent. And are these planes safe to travel with. Lives do matter. I would like to here why this is happening. Since the leave of manager Mr Albaitly quality and service has dropped tremendously. Yet your air fare is in the same region as Etihad n Emirates.

My cousin missed his flight and he was asked to wait in the mumbai airport for 2 hours. When we called to saudi airlines they said that we don't have staff to help your cousin to exit. After few minutes a gentle man came his name was mr. Usman and said that how dare you to call us... It is your fault you missed your flight... He even mentioned that he don't care if I will lodge a complaint against him and asked me to apologize or else he will put my cousin in a fault case... I dont know what action will be taken against such kind of behaviour please call me on +91 [protected] fur further clarification coz this gentleman mr. Usman will lie if you will ask him about the incident.

I had a flight from Riyadh king Khaled intl airport to Hyderabad on Thursday 10th May 2018 the departure time was 4:05 with flight no Sv 750.
The flight was suppose to take off at 4:05am as per schedule, bt this never happened. Around 4:30am the announcement was made stating that the delay is due to one of the passenger forgot his passport at the security check and now we got to wait for him to comeback, now 30mints later up on passengers feeling uneasy due to a/c not working in the flight asked the crew to offload the luggage of the passenger who forgot the passport since it was more than an hour that the passengers have boarded the flight and suffering from suffocation without a/c .
At around 6am when passengers started questioning the crew members we wr informed that we need to go back to the gates as the flight is having some issues with the a/c . Another 45mints passed from the time it was informed that we gonna go back to the gates still no busses arranged, many kids started vomitting due to suffocation n the elderly passengers started feeling uneasy due to lack of fresh air, despite several requests to open exit doors or to send us gates or change the flight went unheard, we wr asked for 15mints 15mints every time we asked them to offload the passengers, as it was getting tough to be in flight for more then 2 hrs in flight without a/c .
Finally we could take off in the same flight around 7:30 local time (not really sure of the time ) bt it was nearly 3 hrs after boarding the flight .

I personally felt very sick and uneasy to breath .

Please seek an explanation and provide me with the sActificatory explaination to retain my trust in Saudia airlines .. thanks

Dear Sir,
Am the frequent travel of Saudi Airlines, My family was traveling from Jed to Hyd SV754 on 9th may @ 3AM, while boarding the aircraft my son was stopped saying that, they could not find boarding card in the system and they allow my wife and other two kids to board the aircraft saying that they will send him after proper checking in the system but the flight take off without boarding my son, again they issue another boarding pass for the next day i.e., 10 may @ 8 AM almost after 29 hrs waiting, I receive a call from my son stating the above story again i visited Airport and asked the staff to send back my son and i assure them that i will bring him tomorrow morning but they refused to do so, as my son is 17 years old is not familiar with Arabic language staff on the Airport is not helping/assisting him and didn't provide any food, lounge for rest and calling facility. This is very ridiculous and strongly condemn the act of Saudi Airlines.
I would like to ask who is responsible for this act and why my son and family has to suffer.
Therefore i request higher managment to take action against the concerned authority and reply me.

We where mistreated by all the ill mannered staff and our confirmed seats where given deliberately to a saudi national and put us in the most awful seats telling us that all family members should be seated where they dictate for us to sit.

Another important and crucial matter regarding the safety of all passengers was the same saudi national who was given our seat was in the bathroom for almost an hour with his backpack until my husband who is a robotics engineer for general dynamics land systems london canada and your royal guard alerted the male staff on board regarding this person and he was immediately removed from the bathroom and questioned and my husband was thanked by the male staff member for this alert!

Your menu on saudia airlines caters to hindus and sikhs instead of us sunni muslim arabs!

My menu was seafood and the toronto office I contacted whose name was mohamed was very rude and yet you say you cater to north american muslim passengers!

I will never fly again on your airline as the service is untruthfull and the staff are rude and stand around and lazy and feel we are a burden in your country whereas they forget we spend the most money and without us they will be out of a job!

Another very important issue was our return flight sv61 was scheduled for 340 am and we where delayed for 3 hours without food or seats and your duty free store staff are rude and rotten behaved ajnabee from egypt!

I am calling the royal diwan, the foreign minister's office and the minister of defence office and the embassy in washington and ottawa regarding my treatment in your country!

Falcon travel is a thief and liar whom your country trusts with haj and umrah visitors!

Hi
I went to dhaka on March 24th supposed to return on April 19th.
Without informing Saudia airlines changed my return date which they scheduled for 21st April.
When I went to Saudia airlines office to learn why that happened, they lied, told me flight was cancelled.Infact flight made it on time.
They arranged me fly through Ettihad via Abu Dhabi to Read to New York, with no boarding card provided from Abu Dhabi or Riad.
I barely made my flight from Abu Dhabi to Riad due to 50munites connecting time with no boarding card.
Finally I reached Jfk but until now my one of the luggage is missing.
Please inform Dhaka Saudia airlines manager about his dishonesty telling me flight was cancelled.

My flight was departing from Toronto Pearson Airport on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 to Jeddah to Mumbai. But it was cancelled. Now i will be leaving Toronto on Friday, April 13, 2018. I had a tour package booked for the Day i landed in Mumbai. Now i have to pay an extra $800 dollars canadian to change the dates for my tour, because of the flight cancellation. So i would like to get a free upgrade on my flight to First class.

this is a clear humiliation and a case to be submitted to saudia airlines is on the way.

this person allegedly told me that princess violago is a drug user in revel people whom i do not know and must be informed as this person ira katrina amboy is scandalous, invades peoples privacy and a an ill mannered false stewardess whom I think has a bad record with Qatar Airways and extends her vacation leave in manila with false sick leaves as she had done it way back april of 2015 because she had a nose job with shimmian cosmetic surgery.

We were very disappointed with our travel experience last saturday march 10, 2018. Flight details sv 862. We ride a coaster going to the plane. While going to the plane mr. Saleh was forcefully taken our bag. My bag without putting any lock into it yet because I was thinking it was only my hand carry trolley to carry inside the plane with my small bag. I told mr. Saleh there is pertinent documents, my laptop, & phone inside. He said no give me & rushly took away without giving me any tag. He was so disresfectful with the rest of us asking for tags & to take those valuable things inside the trollyes. He say to guy passenger. What is your problem! Guy passenger asking him to take his expensive watch from his trolley taken away from him. Lady passenger asking only for tags and immediately putting so many tags to her hand with different numbers. Mr. Saleh said to me if something will be broken & missing complaint. I would like to ask saudia airline management if mr. Saleh (cabin crew-luggage) attitude is appropriate? We would like to request to stop this kind of attitude. It really ruin our travel experience with you. So disrestpecful.

It was so pitiful how I was treated yesterday by a Saudi Arabian agent. No one should ever be treated the way I was treated. The agent refused to let me board and forced me to pay for another ticket even though it was the agent's fault I missed the plane. The bag weighed exactly 23kg, and he was trying to make me pay extra for a 32kg bag. He demanded from me to pay around 2000 in Egyptian pounds, which I did not have because I was going to the United States and only had US dollars on me. The agent was refusing to take the money in US dollars, and he made me wait for an hour and thirty minutes trying to figure out what to do and how to pay. After I got the money, he still refused to let me in or pay for the bag. The airplane door was open for me, but he refused to let me go in as well. I was really disappointed with the service I got and was really depressed and crying all the way until I got home. I am requesting a refund and pay back to what I have went through.

This is regarding the flight reservation with Saudi Airline for my mother JASBIR KAUR. The e-ticket number is [protected].
I purchased saudi Airlines roundtrip for my mother Jasbir Kaur (Senior Citizen 60+) from DEL-WAS-DEL through Alanita.com website. She has a return flight from IAD on 3/24/18 reaching Delhi 3/26/18 3.55am. Without our consent and without giving the notice, saudi airlines has cancelled the existing reservation for the return and generated new Itinerary without informing us with the flight Leaving IAD on 3/24/18 with 2days airport say at Riyadh and reaching Delhi on 3/27/18

We called the airlines and further came to know that they are no longer operating to Delhi anymore and they cannot fly my mother to Delhi because none of the flights are available.
we are having a avery horrified experience with this ridiculous airline who is not able to take care of their passenger to reach their destination. My mother has a connecting travel arrangements made in the evening of 3/26/18 to another destination. We are in a big loss. Airlines is not ready to help in any circumstances. They have canceled the flights and it is their responsibility to get us out of this mess. Rather than helping out they are saying to apply for partial refund of around $200 because one way is already used. Their is no one way flight less than $650 back to India on these dates. They are doing fraud because they are still showing flight available to Delhi ..they are making fool of passengers.
This has caused a lot of mental distress and harassment to me and my mother with additional financial responsibility to buy new return ticket. Till today they have not informed us for any change. They are a BIG FRAUD airline and should be banned so that innocent passengers are not harassed. If I would have not checked my ticket God know what would have been to My mother in Riyadh... what would she do in Riyadh for 2 days.?
If the flights are cancelled due to airlines fault, they reroute their passengers to different airline and take care of them. I have come across this situation for the first time and dont know what to do, where to approach. They dont even talk to us and tell us to talk to the website agents from where we got the tickets. I have spent hours and days calling website and airlines but NO HELP.
I AM REQUESTING TO HELP ME OUT. What are the airline's responsibilities in this matter? Is it true they can just refund the unused return tickets which according to them is worth $200 and not care about anything else? How about the extra expenses for my trip back, are they not responsible to reimburse me? After all, those expenses only occurred because they cancelled the flight, breached the contract, and not offered me any alternative.

According to the Saudi Airline Contract-
If due to circumstances beyond its control Saudia cancels or delays a flight, is unable to provide previously confirmed space, fails to stop at a passenger's stopover or destination point, or causes the passenger to miss a connecting flight on which the passenger holds a reservation, Saudia shall either:
Carry the passenger on another of its scheduled passenger services on which space is available, or
Reroute the passenger to the destination indicated on the ticket or applicable portion thereof by its own scheduled services or the scheduled services of another carrier, or by means of surface transportation. If the sum of the fare, excess baggage charge and any applicable service charge for the revised routing is higher than the refund value of the ticket or applicable portion thereof, Saudia shall require no additional fare or charge from the passenger, and shall refund the difference if the fare and charges for the revised routing are lower, or

Make a refund in accordance with the provisions of Article-11; and shall be under no further liability to the passenger.

BUT ACCORDING TO OUT TALKS WITH AIRLINES THEY ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF WHAT THEY HAVE SAID IN THE CONTRACT. THEY ARE IN BREACH OF CONTRACT. According to them, they are not operating from Riyadh/Jeddah to Delhi. But they have not contacted any of their partnered airlines in Jeddah/Riyadh to help us reach back to DELHI, INDIA.

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines baggage lost

I took the flight from Jeddah 18/02/2018 to Chennai (SV 768) One of my bags did not arrive to Chennai.This was a bag I checked in transit from Jeddah.

We have also logged a compliant at the chennai Airport and have been following up with them daily like mad as my bag contains my laptop, currency and My certificates (Originals)

I work for Fleet Management company - Hongkong . We need to submit all out documents while boarding the ship and the same is handed back to us on finishing out duration.

I have also enrolled into a course in Chennai for higher studies, but without my certificates I will not be able to start that either.

We have been given a lan line 044-[protected] / [protected] which people pick up only after 12 noon India time, and a standard reply comes back to us that our luggage will reach us by Sunday.

No updates are sent to our mobile as promised to us by the Saudi Airlines inspite of us giving a complaint for the lost baggages.

Request some action to be taken at the earliest so that I get back my luggage at the earliest.

I am on a flight from Jeddah to Johannesburg
The flight is already two hours and fifteen minutes delayed.All passengers are aboard.An announcement was made that due to the legality of the cockpit we are awaiting a captain!
Ridiculous
Kids are extremely crabby
Aircon is not working properly as plane door is open
Saudia don't seem to care about their passengers

Assalamualaikum
Just now we are travelling from jiddah to Karachi in flight no: SV700
WHen our Baby was feeling cool and we said to airhost for bringing two blanket... when she brought the blancket we surprised because the blancket was to dirty, It was looks that they didn't wash those more then a month when we complain to airhost,
She accept the mistake and she said she know they are not washing these blancket and she suggest us to complain on site ..
Plz who will solve these problem ...

Thanks for giving me these (EMD vouchers number: [protected] - [protected] - [protected] - [protected]) on dated Feb 02, 2017. But when I called to book reservation and use these vouchers in Jan 2018, first they told me and send a email, that these vouchers is already expired in Nov 2017. After provide the proved of email by me that was direct by Toronto office that mention it is valid up to Feb 2017, they did not apologies for this. Later on they send me another email that You have to pay extra fees 150 SR on each voucher when you buying a ticket, that was also not showed anywhere in these vouchers. And the price they gave me $1550 (from Toronto to Karachi) so after detect this voucher value ($500) and 150 SR, I have to pay about $1100 / person. My travel agent gave the price about $ 1000/person with Oman airline. it mean I have to pay $100 extra from my pocket to Saudi airline if I am using these vouchers. It seem that I have to pay plenty to use this voucher. so please keep this vouchers for next valuable guest. Thank you for giving me your valuable time

Dear Sir/Madam,
I previously applied for the refund for the cancelled TICKET:[protected] - Mohammed Magdy Altetawy. The booking was done through travelgenio on 9/27/2017.
All attempts to reach you using other means has been in vain. Contacted travelgenio and they informed me that I can only get the refund through you. Not received the refund till today. Please give feedback.

Dear Sir, dear Madam,
I would like to inform you about my trip from Jakarta to Paris last december and the troubles I got on my way to that destination.
Through an online site, Opodo, I booked a flight SV 817 and SV 127 from Jakarta to Paris for Friday, december 22, 2017.
First trouble :
However, the day before I left, I suddenly learned without prior information, looking at my flight confirmation ticket that it was delayed for a day without explanation from the Saudia company. I had to call Saudia office in Jakarta to get information and then I had to immediately inform my family in France so that they don't have to pick me up in Paris on the 23rd but the 24th of december.
So I arrived in France 24th of just in time for Christmas Eve... and I had to take a train from airport to go to my destination because my family was not available on 24th to pick me up in Paris… and then no time to have a rest before...

Saudia / Saudi Arabian Airlines / Saudia Airlines the service provided by saudi airline regard baggages

Hi
We used saudia airlines for our trip to proform the Umra,
We had flight from Islamabad to Jedda and to Manchester UK on 4th Dec and 5th Dec
Islamabad Sv 727 on 4th Dec transit
Jedda SV 123 to Manchester
We lost a 5 litre Zam Zam Water at Manchester airport which we were told it has not arrived so we put a complaint and we were told we have to come and collect ourself .
We live close to Birmingham which is over 100 miles from Manchester .
I had a phone call from airport Zam Zam has arrived so I arrange some one to collect and it has cost me £80.00 .
And the Zam Zam we were given is not the one we had how can we sure some one filled up from the normal tap it is not sealed .
I think we should have our own Zam Zam and the cost what I paid should be given to us as it was not our fault.
