I have registered mail no. RU150531123SA, for Lucknow, India, at the time of booking I was informed that within 8 to 10 days it will be reached, now after first of July 2015, there is no update,
So I request you to please look into the matter because it is very important documents.

Waiting for bags from 20 september 2014
I have sent my baggage with saudi post. 20september. They told me maximum 15days I will receive my bags in south africa. I sent my bags with saudi post thinking that when I return home my bags will arrive. I am back from hajj 10october and up until today I have not yet received my bags. I am waiting 2months already and I cant track my parcel. Saudi post does not respond to my emails regarding status on my parcels. I am highly disappointed and will not recommend saudi post to anyone. This is not right. I am upset and feel that what they told me while I was giving my bags in is all a lie. So many of my hajjee friends have sent their parcels with saudi post and are also waiting DISAPPOINTED!

Hi everybody I was to get a document from saudi post from dammam in its tracking site it is showing from past 10 days the same status departed from the outward office of exchange to riyadh and in office section it is showing mumbai the tracking i. d is eh001743984sa somebody please help as that document is very importatnt for me how can I get from what I came to know from internet it is ready for going through the scanning in the inbound customs department and then it shud go through inward exchange from where it will go to gpo for distribution. but all this shud happen before 1 week i. e the document should be in outward exchange department for only 1 week but why mine is taking more than 1 week please some body help me as mine is a serious case.

My two packaged send my wife here in saudi coming from california with the following date : december 24, 2012 and february 14, 2013... I received only yesterday one package (20 march 2013), this is the last package that send to me my wife last february 14, 2013... Suppossed to be the first package im gonna receive for the month of february... I dont know what happened to my package and there is something wrong to the employee of saudi post office or in the tracking? Its almost 6 package I received last year but its good nothing happened like this... The only thing I dont like is my last package last year, I remember november 2012... Something wrong with the carton... I have noticed that the original packaging tape of u. S. Was changed by the tape of saudi post... Ive losted 3 shirt and one belt... Its rediculous... And its happened again almost one big carton I did not receive... Im hoping that the saudi post office management give an action to this kind of problem... This is a bad image of saudi post office in riyadh if youre some employee doing something wrong with their job... Hoping that this problem dont happened again... Thank you very much...
