I would like to inform that Saudi Airline employee is cheating customer and customer is helpless in the Saudi Airline office.

I have booked a ticket for Delhi to Riyadh on 12 November 2016 form the Saudi Airline office from counter No. 14 at around 06: 00 PM situated at Al Muruj, Saudi Arabian Airlines, Olaya St, , Riyadh 12264.

The airline employee has done the mistake while entering the family name from the Passport. When I rush to the Saudi Airline office next morning
date 13 November 2016. to rectify the name spelling, the employee was
on leave. I went to the supervisor, he forced me to pay the penalty of
250 SAR, for the mistake done by the Saudi Airline employee. And I paid
under protest the penalty of 250 SAR.
