Dear Authorities,

I was supposed to fly from Mumbai to Jeddah on the 29th August 2017 with a Valid ticket (no. [protected]) via Saudi Arabian airline (SV) 773. My connecting flight from Jeddah to Riyadh was on 30th August 2017 via Saudi Arabian airlines (SV) 1014.
For my Mumbai to Jeddah flight I reached the Mumbai airport at 9 pm on 29th august 2017 as the flight had been delayed and was to be departed at 10 pm. Eventually the flight departed at 11 pm yet I was denied boarding without being given any reason by the airline authorities. The authorities’ outrighly denied to give any logical explanations for denying me the boarding pass along with almost 35 other passengers who were also denied the boarding.
I demand an explanation for the above and would like you to refund my complete ticket expenses. Below are the required details.

I was one of the passengers on board the flight. My first flight from Riyadh to Jeddah was scheduled to be completed at 18:00 and we actually boarded the plane from about 17:00 o'clock. When we boarded to the plane, the plane did not take off. And Crew announced about a malfunction in one of the sensors at about 18:30. The crew mention that the repair will be within 15- 30 minutes. After 30 minutes the repairing process not finished and the crew made another announcement and mention again the repairing process will be within 15-30 minutes .After more than half an hour 3rd announcement by the crew that Stipulating on All passengers must evacuate the plane and return to the lounge again at about 20:10 and crew picked up the boarding of the flight number SV387 from Jeddah to Cairo and gave me new boarding number SV 383 when we arrived at the hall. I went directly to the representative of the Saudi Airlines Company located at Gate 541 "sir Khzaa and his assistant team" and asked him any method to be able to communicate with my parents in Riyadh "telephone call" or the Internet to inform them of the latest updates as I don't have Saudi SIM, He sent me to a member of his team, who ask me to going to the Hall of alfursan to get the internet password .When I went up to alfursan Hall the employee's response was violent and aggressive with me and his replay was this hall was established for the first class passengers only and did not listen to my entire conversation. Then, I was returned to the assistant professor Khzaa “I don’t remember his name”. He heard me and left me and went.
Ten minutes later we were announced to go to the plane. We boarded the plane and took off about 40 minutes later. We arrived to Jeddah airport at 0:10 am and the crew was direct me and the continued passengers to the arrival hall “which contain continuous passenger counter”. And again the employer take the boarding number SV383 and give me another boarding on SV381. Then I went up to the travelling hall and the door was not opened for boarding. 3:20. it was to take off at 3:05 pm and take off at about 4:10, the captain announcement at 3:45 of the reason that lead to our delay which was:
1. The distance from the plane and the lounge too far "and this must should be involved by the company during the secdulling of any flight “
2. A passenger will be taken off the plane because he forgot his own purposes in the departure hall "the captain descend all bags and gave him his bags while if the passenger going to the lounge and back would be faster than sorting and unloading the bags of the passengers"

It was inevitable that the flight would be 6 hours and 25 minutes and that the flight took more than 11 hours…!
I am one of the passengers. I was tired, tired and wasted a lot of time, but I am sending you because I have been accustomed to the excellent deal through your lines throughout my life but recently I found a very steep decline in the level of dealing compared to other lines such as UAE lines...
In my bad experience, I think that if trained personnel were assigned to assist passengers in the event of delayed flight, whether by providing a telephone or internet line or providing a hotel for them to relax or change the dates of the flights in consultation with the passenger

I check in early August 22, 2017 in Riyadh Airport about 9:30AM for 12noon flight going to Jeddah (SV1031). The SaudiaStaff give my passport, ticket & boarding pass without my knowledge that the claim stub for my check in baggage was not there & was not given to me but I saw him (saudia staff in the counter) sticking a baggage tag on my luggage. When I arrived in Jeddah about 1:30PM I waited for my luggage but after all my baggage was not there with me. I asked the saudia staff on their help desk but they just said that i'll just wait coz there were still baggage downstares. Until I reach 4:00PM hoping & waiting for my baggage. When I told them that why is my baggage not there yet they ask me about my claim stub so I explained to them what happen to Riyadh airport. The staff in Jeddah airport as if they didn't care about my complaint. Yes I admit that I also had a mistake about that but they must help me because at the first place their staff is the one responsible to provide me a claim stub. I am the costumer. I reported this already after I left the airport Aug 22, 2017 about 6:00pm but until now they didn't call me regarding my complaint. I already spent 100sr for load, I also went to their main office to follow up but still Mafi (no answer) from them. Even in the call center they were asking claim stub number so how can I provide coz I dont have it? This should be my vacation to relax but it came out for me to be stress & give a lot of hassle for myself. I bought my personal things because I dont have 1 on my hand carry baggage. I am very disappointed with this.

My Issue regarding my flight # SV 338 on 17.Aug 10:15 PM.

I'm Hardly complaining one of Tellers on boarding counter & and Hall Supervisor as well. That they prevent me to pass the gate to plane while I was waiting in queue from 8:05 PM and already I made ONLINE CHICK-IN one day before(16.Aug) "in attached.
The problem is the baggage Conveyor belts stopped working more than 35 minutes while we were standing on the queue, after that and once I got counter on 9:10 PM, the teller told me sorry you are late the Gate closed ... HOW COME ...! still more than one hour on flight moreover the late coming from yours "Belt breakdown" then he told me again system in PC is hanging ...
the Truth is : someone told him the plane is complete in count, I believe that someone took place my seat in the plane, Proof that he already gave me my boarding pass "In attached" I called the supervisor to make something meanwhile I told him that the Card mentioning the boarding time 9:30 PM but he was procrastinating without avail, I was shouting 2 hours in the hall without response. I surprised that is reaction coming from Saudi airport...

In conclusion, I got forced to book another ticket (so expensive) due to season, moreover it was urgent for me to travel on the same day.

I need to Get Free round trip through Saudi airlines as Compensation, otherwise I will loos trust and credibility in Saudi airlines services. And I'll raise my complaint.

Dear Sir,

I would like to complain about double fee charge for excessive kilograms of my luggage. I was having 4 kg extra and Saudi airlines steward let me pay double price, even the total weight count did not exceed 32 kg. In your policies is written an extra 60 dollars extra charge up to 32 kg.
Is there any solution for my double payment.

Pieces / weight on free baggage allowance

When issuing an international ticket on economy classes, and free baggage allowance shown in the ticket as (2PCs), the piece should not exceed 23 kg (50 lbs). an extra $60 CAD/USD should be charged as extra allowance on checked-in bags if over 23 kg (50 lbs) up to 32 kg (70 lbs).
Free baggage allowance for infant is 10 kg (22 lbs).
Gold/Silver AlFursan members & SkyTeam Elite/Elite Plus members are allowed an extra piece not exceed 32 kg (70 lbs) when travelling on First & Business classes and not to exceed 23 kg (50 lbs) if travelling on Guest class.

flight jeddah Beirut the 24 of august flight number 641 we supposed to arrive to Beirut at 12:25 and i had another flight on mea airlines at 3:00 was checked in and had to cancel the whole ticket which was on business class flight beirut to larnaca and couldntget another ticket the main problem is the wedding of my son in larnaca th 25th and the wedding arrangement via me only plusthe wedding rings n everything else. mea had ni other available places on other flights which put me in bad situation n i had to pay penalty also on the mea airlines

I have traveled with Saudi airlines on the 24th June and while I am boarding the plane they have stopped me and took my iPad and put it in a box for me to collect at my destination in Manchester . When I wanted to collect my luggage it was not there and I have reported and rang on many occasions for the concerned airline but they keep sending forms to fill in which I did but in vain no answer.
Now I am back in Dubai where I work and still nothing happened.

My family checked the full allowance of 6 pieces of luggage into Jeddah Airport, on arrival at Dammam, only 1 piece made it, the other 5 were left in Jeddah.

If this is not bad enough the help desk tried to blame us because "too much luggage" and " why did we not carry hand luggage only?". Once the luggage was traced they said that maybe someone can deliver it on Sunday (current time was 2am Saturday). That was it, end of conversation.

The duty Saudia manager at Dammam airport just did not care at all, when we started getting angry could not understand why and started mumbling to his minions.

I don't expect any personal resolution to this incident because SA have no concept whatsoever of dealing with customers. I only fly with them because I have to with my work contract.

I hope this serves as a warning: Travellers, beware this airline!

I am Namrata Seth, I booked Saudia airlines flight from New Delhi to Riyadh for 12 november, 2017 under booking no. PYPZY3- [protected]. I received a message on 15 august 2017 that my flight has been rescheduled and now it is preponed from 12 november 2017 to 10 november 2017. Today(19 August 2017) again I received message from Saudi airlines that fight has been rescheduled and now it is preponed from 10 november 2017 to 7 november 2017, this is very irresponsible attitude of saudi airlines . As I am going to my hometown, I further have a connecting flight which I have already preponed for 10 november 2017 as informed by the saudi airlines in there first message

Our return flight was from Bengaluru in India to Toronto, Canada, with a stopover at Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
When we collected our baggage, a total of 6 suitcases, at Toronto, we immediately noticed that the caster and one corner of a large suitcase, 62" perimeter, had completely broken off and was missing.
This suitcase was purchased for
$145.00, Canadian. I would like full compensation for this suitcase.

The person for check inn was speaking in bad way and un respectable way
He told me that I am speaking in high ego and it is not right
He left me alone in the counter and he told me that his boss will come and he went for smoking cigarettes.
I am gold member with Star Allience and I never had this situation I am traveling every week .
I think this employee not represents saudi Airline
When I asked his boss for complaint form they don't have.

after half an hour of complete drama they gave a gate pass to exit from airport at 12.00

i request to the management of saudia to take a serious action on the staff and provide the complete refund of the tickets

I purchased a ticket from Algeria to Mecca then a return from Medina to Algeria on the 22 June 2017. On arrival at check in I was advised that they had no more first class seats available, so, they booked me into economy. I raised my concerns at the airport and was ment with rudeness and arrogance. After asking several times for them to justify they said if I did not be quiet they would summoned the police. I am not an animal and was then silent. Since returning I have been trying to get a reasonable compensation package from them, this is becoming impossible. They have offered me a Total of 24000.00 Algerian dinars which is approx 160.00£, also a EMD for 423. Which is approx 70.00£. I find this unacceptable the EMD notice number is [protected]. The flight was June 22 2017, flight number SV 343. My booking reference was 6GJ6WJ. If you can help I would appreciate it. I have visited the office here in Algeria on 3 different occasions and this is what they gave to my brother to give to me. This is totally unacceptable and would like someone to assist me with a acceptable refund and compensation.

Me and my wife checked in our luggage at Gizan airport on July 17, 2017 and we asked the the person at the check in counter from where we will be able to pick up our luggage.because we have a connecting flight, from Gizan to Jeddah and then Jeddah to Manila. We checked in a total of 4 luggage ( 1 box, 2 big suitcase and 1 small suitcase). Upon arrival to Manila we went to conveyor to wait for our luggage, not more than 10 minutes we we saw our 3 suitcases, still we were waiting for our box for an hour or so and the conveyor is already empty but still we cant find our box. we hurriedly report it to the counter and he processed our complaint. the problem is until now there's no information regarding our lost luggage. Its More than 3 weeks now. There should be compensation for the money we spent from the box, the contents of our luggage the time and effort we put into it and for the long days of waiting for it.

They CANCELLED the flight because the aircraft has technical problem SV 873 July 28, 2017they cancelled the flight and they booked us on the 29th of July 2017 at 11:30pm but instead we flew at 1:30am of july 30, 2017. I was a passenger on Flight 35, JED to IAD, on July 28th, flying Business Class. Unfortunately, for the duration of the flight, the entertainment unit did not work . A report by the supervising attendant on the flight should reflect the same problem. As the entertainment unit is a major aspect of the business flight expense, I am asking for a partial refund on my flight. I fly frequently to the Middle East on behalf of Harvard University, and I hope I can continue to have a positive relationship with Saudia.

I along with my 04 family members travelled from Jeddah to Islamabad by SV-888 on 22nd July, 2017. On arrival at Islamabad, 01 of the 12 pieces of baggage booked at Jeddah was not delivered. A complaint for the missing piece of baggage, a carton fully wrapped at the Jeddah airport bearing Tag No 065 SV 716803, was filed with Saudi Airlines staff at Islamabad airport. On the next day, i.e., 23rd July, 2017, I confirmed from the airport and was told that my baggage has been received. While collecting the same from the airport, I observed that its wrapping was removed from one side. I, therefore, opened the carton to check my baggage but was shocked to see that two items were missing including an electric self balancing 2-wheel scooter and a Eten brand designer ladies handbag.
The Saudi Airline staff was reported the matter which delivered me the carton excluding 02 missing items with a Complaint No. A/ISB SV 21415. The missing items were brand new which were gifts purchased at a cost of SAR 1700 from Jeddah.
I request that the missing items may kindly be recovered and delivered to me preferably at Islamabad as I will be staying there till 08 September, 2017 after which I will travel back to Jeddah.

Aslamoalykum to whom it may concerned I am writing this because our whole trip was ruined from the beginning. We flew on 02/12/2017 from jfk the attendance on the airport gave us hard time them flight went to London. Instaid of Riyadh by the time we reached Riyadh connecting flight was gone we were told the next flight was after 2 days we has to fight to get the flight on the same day when we reached to our destination our luggage was missing we had to wait for it for 2 days this all 1year old baby on returned flight our stroller never came to this date I m waiting for the stroller.today is 07/11/2017 I need some one to reply to me asap with this situation.
