M/s. Satwis infra in 2010 with false promises and without obtaining any approval/sanction for construction of a building next to HORAMAVU, collected more than 20% booking amount from more than 40 buyers of flats in Satwis clarinet (proposed) for building of 6 floors to be constructed by M/s. Satwis infra under the redevelopment scheme. Without obtaining sanction from BMC they made the chawl owners vacate their chawls and demolished their chawls in 2011 and forced the buyers to pay immediately further 30% of the total cost as demolition charges and didn’t even enter into any Sale Agreement with the buyers even on the demand of the buyers. Further, in 2009 without obtaining any sanction and without even starting the construction work of the Building M/s. Satwis infra increased the cost of the flat by 25% and forced the buyers to pay the increased amount of 25% immediately by sending a letter and also harassing the buyers on telephone to pay immediately the revised payment or else they will cancel the booking.

I am looking for buying apartment and I am planning to look in Satwi Vielle. As Satwi Vielle is in construction, I want to know exact feedback on quality in Satwi Clarinet. Were all ameneties provided in Clarinet, and how is the inside construction quality?

Satwi's Clarinet Review- quality of work is very bad. Cheap materials are used also inexperienced/ unqualified labours are used for the project. People who bought apartment are repenting. Water leakages, incomplete wiring, broken tiles can be seen in the flats. They are coming up with Satwi's Vielle. I suggest before buying that please contact people who have bought in Clarinet and you would never ever think of buying the apartment. The builder speaks very nicely and convince to buy the apartment. once registration done, you would see a different attitude and he would never listen to you. I got fooled, so please you dont. Think 100 times before you buy Satwi's apartment.
