Horrible service!
We contacted SatPhoneStore and asked them to re-activate our sim card but they asked for some additional payment. Customer service was very impolite and I really felt that they did not want to do anything without some extra! These money hungry scammers! In the end they left us no other option and we paid for the re-activation but nothing was done! We tried to resolve the matter but everything was useless. It was obvious they did not care. Horrible service!
No promised refund received!
SatPhoneStore company advised the purchase of a calling card for $545 for 500 minutes before 1 Oct. 2006. After which the cost would be $675. The purchase was charged prior to the 1 October deadline. Numerous attempts have been made to receive a refund of the overcharge of $130.

Some satellite operators charge a reactivation fee for reactivating a line that has been previously deactivated. In those cases we pass that fee on to the customer. We are not money hungry scammers, but we do intend to operate at a profit. Taking a loss because a customer does not agree with a legitimate charge is not good business.
