I bought phonecard online and paid by credit card. instantly they provided me with my pin number and deducted money from my account. When i called the provided tollfree access number it was not working. As soon it connects it dies. I tried calling customer care and same thing happened with the customer support number. No way to contact or use the phone numbers provided. I complained to my credit card company file a dispute case against them. These online phone cards sucks... go only for reliable sites.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
This company is fraud. It is cheating people for long time. Be aware.
This company is not reliable, i would strongly urge you to shop around and talk to other customers who have used this service before purchasing a card from them.
