Hajj and umrah package
I was blessed to do hajj this year may allha accept. Unfortunately i took sara international travel and the bigest mistake of trusting the local imam of masjid who was the agent of imam zameer of sara tavel the head of lies, dishonesty, please never consider to use imam zameer and sara travel his team so call imam and group leaders are the most arrogant and hypocrit two face people you ever meet. They did not deliver what they promise and take more money for premium package and when you you ask for what was promised and what you paid for they told you we all are musli, m and equal no premium here. There group leader, azhar subidar, adam sabita, hamzha, hakim were no place to find to resolve any issue and when you find them they don't listen and blame on othere. They told older folks who are in need of help and complaint not to talk to them when you go back to usa get a lawyer and sue me... They have no basic things like water, food transportation which they promised and left people stranded and lost and made it extremely difficult to due the hajj. Please help yourself do not use them and inform others to stay away from imam zameer and sara international travel... I wish i have read the reviews before i choose them this year.
Canadians got scammed
About 100 people from CANADA applied for Hajj through this company for 2014 Hajj year. They advertised that they were registered as a Hajj operator with Saudi Embassy in Ottawa, but they were not. They tried to get visas through Saudi Embassy in the U.S but failed. Saudi Embassy in the U.S made it clear that Canadian Visa applications can not be processed in the U.S.
Imam Zameer Sattaur knew that yet still he accepted Hajj applications from Canadians through false advertisements and deceived them. About $10, 000 per person multiplied by 100. Canadian People lost about a million dollars to this American thug.
I request the Saudi Embassy to please revoke the Hajj License of this person / Company, who treat deceive the guests of Allah.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

sara international agency is a layer they take people money and premise them we provide docters while you guys in the hajj and we provide transportations and our servers in the lobby in the hotels in maca and madina to help you through entire of your trips but they are layers and they don, t do or provide any of these premise just a empty premise.
they take people money and charge each person 7000.00 dollar and i believe they donot spend half of the money for each person they do take your money and leave you by your self so my recemenation is Never Never go to hajj to maca in saudi arabia with this agency if you go with this agency you will regret it believe me the agency called ( sara International Agency in New YORK )
I am sure you work for sara international or you are one of Zameer family otherwise every one that i knew in the Hajj 2012 was very upset with this Agency took so much money from people so many promises but all of them are empty promises i didn't forgive him my money allah will ask him in the other world inshaullah
Actually I had à very different experience with Sara in Hajj2013: excellent from all aspects: Hotel, Food, transportation, Conferences and lectures. Sorry for what Maya havé hsppened afterward.
