Clairvoyance is a perfect tool for scamming people, Sara Freder is and has been using it to prey on people for many years; is there a legal way to put an end to her (or His)scam and protect people from the likes of the Sara Freder website.
Is there a legal recourse for people to fight back ?
there must be a legal way to eradicate them from the internet and put them behind bars. International efforts should be made to legally create deterrants, and remedies for consumers to reprt those scams, and also the tools for claiming repayment of scammed money.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Hi, I was 14 when my mom received emails from this Sara Freder about free horoscopes. They became friends and they were talking in skype everyday, this was I guess 2012 or 2013. I'm 25 now so I can't barely remember. Sara would tell my mom to gather me and my siblings so that he could read us our horoscopes and our future predictions. I don't remember if there is money involved but one day, Sara told my mom that he was gonna read me my horoscope and I need to be alone in the room.. I felt like something was not right but my mom trusted her, so they left me in the room he was asking me questions and then he turned his camera on and he was masturbating... that day I found out he was actually a MAN. He told me he is Sara's assistant and I need to stay in the room and watch him because he noticed I am a shy girl and this is needed so that I will develop self confidence when I grow older. I know it wasn't right but I was just 14 that time.. it took me one week to tell my mom what happened my mom uninstalled skype. It was a traumatic experience for me, I got scared that maybe he has videos of me watching him DID THAT. He knows our names my sister, mine, my mom we trusted him and we really thought he was legit. Now that I'm older, I realized how fraud and disgusting that was and I'm writing this to inform people especially young girls. I also found out that the real Sara Freder died in 2004, this man that is using her name is from France. BEWARE WITH THIS PEOPLE USING SARA FREDER THEY ARE PEDOPHILES
Isn't it clear for everyone she is a scam?
The predictions she does are always things thejust would happen naturally. You just don't think about it until she mentions it. That's all.
So just recently I got an email from Sara Freder, all about love, luck, and money. Three important stages and I must act now, I'm sure you've read something similar. So I googled her and I stumbled upon this message board and I also remembered that I signed up for a free horoscope reading years ago. So I decided to search in my inbox - I thank myself for not deleting my emails sometimes lol. This is what I found: THE EXACT wording in the second email I got from her, just different dates, sent in July 2007, and with a different title of the email. I quote:
"So be prepared for a string of absolutely astounding and RARE events that will suddenly befall you.
You must know that in the coming weeks, a succession of Three events, absolutely amazing and extremely rare, is going to happen.
Even separately, each of the three events is still a very rare occurrence, but their power will be so much greater since they are all going to happen within a very short interval, in just a matter of days... (exactly 13 days !)
First of all, there will be Sunday, July 22, 2007"
The real Sara Freder died in a car crash in November 2007. She was alive when this was sent but it reads like spam.
Don't pay this scammer any money.
Also, I wanted to add this information. There are things you can do to legally fight scam emails - firstly, unsubscribe (yes, I'm serious, legally you have to take this step..) If the spam emails don't stop then forward them to reportphishing@apwg.org - and - report it to: FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov.
if it still doesn't stop, you can go ahead and contact a law firm that will pursue them legally, because they're violating your rights by not adhering to your pleas to have them stopped, then you've also legally done everything in your power to have it stopped. violá, you have a case.
Let me say though, if you don't report it or try to unsubscribe, you have not legally taken any action to make it stop yourself.

Sara died in 2007, so these emails you are receiving are probably scam. There are scams everywhere, if you want to get a psychic reading make sure you do research on that person and their website.
I am scared, like I'm continue to get message even though like my gut is telling me to ignore it from the beginning even though that I signed up for it and the night one I received a message about the whole stuff I started to get cold and shivered it was like a weird feeling and then I didn't even read it but I went the next couple days and read it and then just now at this moment I will send a message to pay so I decided to look up about this person to see and I'm so glad that I found this before I did anything
She actually told me things in her emails and 100% all came through no lie. I haven’t paid any money to her but I believe her. This is not a paid thing I don’t know this woman
I have been getting this for the last 10 years or more, never paid for it, but definitely agree, the Bot definitely has some power to bring in some naive people. Did some research and found reviews, as she died in a car crash in 2007. Anyway I never cared, my comments might be of some help. Guys its a trap ! Well, if was her who died in in a car crash and red ones it's already been taken care of...n answer to the topic's question. Astro.com reports her is a him, in France. Circa 2005/6 I got a lot of the typical magic spell psychic, "luck" lead me on's. "She" looks like an oz land freak! Truly fake as in conjured and fictitious. I I think we're learning more about bots, Max Headroom characters and scammers out of China and far off countries. These charlatans should go 'luck' themselves. They say think back think back! The whole time if they're saying this to your face they're looking away from you. So funny how they can't tell you exactly who this person was.
